Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zur Regelung des Flächenquerprofils, der Formation, der Faserorientierung und anderer Qualitätsparameter einer Faserstoffbahn bei Papier-, Tissue- und Zellstoffentwässerungsanlagen, mit mindestens einer Verteilvorrichtung, wobei die Verteilvorrichtung eine Verteilkammer mit einseitiger Suspensionszufuhr quer zur Laufrichtung der Faserstoffbahn mit anschließender Umlenkung, eine Turbulenzerzeugungskammer bestehend aus einer Mehrzahl von in Maschinenquenichtung aneinandergereihter Rohre sowie eine Rücklaufleitung aufweist, und wobei sich die Verteilkammer (1) auf beiden Seiten über die Papierbahnbreite hinaus erstreckt, die Turbulenzerzeugungskammer (2) auf beiden Seiten des Stoffauflaufes über die Papierbahnbreite verbreitert ist und in diesen Bereichen jeweils mehrere äußere Rohre (7, 8) aufweist und in beiden in Maschinenquerrichtung seitlichen Randbereichen der Vorrichtung jeweils Ableitungen für einen Teilstrom der Suspension vorgesehen sind, bestehend aus jeweils in Maschinenquerrichtung seitlich angeordneten Sammelrohren (11, 12), in die die äußeren Rohre (7, 8) der Turbulenzerzeugungskammer (2) münden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sammelrohre (11, 12) mit Regelarmaturen (13) ausgestattet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußeren Rohre (7, 8) an den Rändern der Turbulenzerzeugungskammer (2) gegenüber den übrigen Rohren gekürzt, insbesondere auf etwa ein Viertel der Länge der übrigen Rohre gekürzt, sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei mehrlagigen Stoffaufläufen für jede Lage (14, 15, 16) getrennt entsprechende Ableitungen vorgesehen sind.
- Verfahren zur Regelung des Flächenquerprofils, der Formation, der Faserorientierung und anderer Qualitätsparameter einer Faserstoffbahn bei Papier-,Tissue- und Zellstoffentwässerungsanlagen, mit mindestens einer Verteilvorrichtung und einer Rücklaufleitung, wobei in beiden in Maschinenquerrichtung seitlichen Randbereichen der Verteilvorrichtung jeweils ein Teilstrom der Suspension in Bahnlaufrichtung abgeleitet wird, wobei der Teilstrom abgeleitet wird, der durch die Umleitungen an den Kanten der Verteileinrichtung verwirbelt wird und wobei die abgeführten Teilströme geregelt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei mehrlagigen Stoffaufläufen für jede Lage getrennt entsprechende Teilströme abgeleitet werden.
