Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO E PROCESSO PARA REGULAGEM DO PERFIL TRANSVERSAL DO PESO SUPERFICIAL, DA FORMAçãO, DA ORIENTAçãO DE FIBRAS E OUTROS PARâMETROS QUALITATIVOS DE UMA SEçãO DE MATERIAL DE FIBRAS". A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para regulagem do perfil transversal do peso superficial, da formação, da orientação de fibras e outros parâmetros qualitativos de uma seção de material de fibras após o coletor de material nas instalações de desidratação de papel, de "tissue" e celulose, com ao,menos uma alimentação de suspensão, ao menos um dispositivo de distribuição e ao menos uma derivação de suspensão excedente do dispositivo de distribuição, sendo que o dispositivo de distribuição apresenta uma câmara de distribuição (1) e uma câmara geradora de turbulência (2) constituída de uma série de tubos adjacentes. Ela é principalmente caracterizada pelo fato de que nas duas regiões marginais do coletor de material que é constituído da câmara de distribuição (1) e da câmara geradora de turbulência (2), estão previstas derivações (11, 12) para uma corrente parcial de suspensão na direção do deslocamento de material. Além disso, a invenção abrange um processo correspondente para regulação.
