Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zur Regelung des Flächengewichtsquerprofils, der Formation, der Faserorientierung und anderer Qualitätsparameter einer Faserstoffbahn nach dem Stoffauflauf bei Papier-, Tissueund Zellstoffentwässerungsanlagen, mit mindestens einer Suspensionszuführung, mindestens einer Verteilvorrichtung und mindestens einer Ableitung der überschüssigen Suspension aus der Verteilvorrichtung, wobei die Verteilvorrichtung eine Verteilkammer und eine Turbulenzerzeugungskammer aus einer Anzahl aneinandergereihter Rohre aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in beiden Randbereichen des aus Verteilkammer (1) und Turbulenzerzeugungskammer (2) bestehenden Stoffauflaufes jeweils Ableitungen (11, 12) für einen Teilstrom der Suspension in Bahnlaufrichtung vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verteilkammer (1) sich auf beiden Seiten des Stoffauflaufes um die Breite der unregelmäßigen Zonen an den Papierbahnrändern über die Papierbahnbreite hinaus erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Turbulenzerzeugungskammer (2) auf beiden Seiten des Stoffauflaufes um die Breite der unregelmäßigen Zonen an den Papierbahnrändern über die Papierbahnbreite verbreitert ist und in diesen Bereichen jeweils mehrere Rohre (7, 8) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohre (7, 8) an den Rändern der Turbulenzerzeugungskammer (2) gegenüber den übrigen Rohren gekürzt, insbesondere auf etwa ein Viertel der Länge der übrigen Rohre gekürzt, sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die äußeren, insbesondere gekürzten Rohre (7, 8) der Turbulenzerzeugungskammer (2), jeweils Sammelrohre (11, 12) anschließen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Sammelrohren (11, 12) Regelarmaturen (13) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei mehrlagigen Stoffaufläufen für jede Lage (14, 15, 16) getrennt entsprechende Ableitungen vorgesehen sind.
- Verfahren zur Regelung des Flächengewichtsquerprofils, der Formation, der Faserorientierung und anderer Qualitätsparameter einer Faserstoffbahn nach dem Stoffauflauf bei Papier-, Tissueund Zellstoffentwässerungsanlagen, mit mindestens einer Suspensionszuführung, mindestens einer Verteilvorrichtung und mindestens einer Ableitung der überschüssigen Suspension aus der Verteilvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in beiden Randbereichen des Stoffauflaufes jeweils ein Teilstrom der Suspension in Bahnlaufrichtung vorgesehen abgeleitet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Teilstrom abgeleitet wird, der durch die Umleitungen an den Kanten der Verteileinrichtung verwirbelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abgeführten Teilströme geregelt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei mehrlagigen Stoffaufläufen für jede Lage getrennt entsprechende Teilströme abgeleitet werden.
