Claims (15)
- Drucksortierer zum Entfernen von Störstoffen aus einer störstoffhaltigen Papierfasersuspension (S) mit einem Gehäuse (6', 6'''), das mindestens zwei zylindrische Siebe (1, 2) enthält,
wobei das erste Sieb (1) axial außerhalb des Raumes angeordnet ist, in dem sich das zweite Sieb (2) befindet,
wobei die zugeführte Papierfasersuspension (S) im Gehäuse (6', 6''') durch zwei zylindrische Siebe (1, 2) radial von innen nach außen geführt wird,
wobei das Gehäuse mindestens einen Einlaufstutzen (3), mindestens einen Gutstoffauslaufstutzen (4) und mindestens einen Rejektauslauf (9, 10) aufweist,
wobei die Siebe (1, 2) so angeordnet sind, dass sie nacheinander von der durch den Einlaufstutzen (3) in das Gehäuse eingeführten Papierfasersuspension (S) durchströmbar sind, indem der Teil der Papierfasersuspension (S), der das erste Sieb (1) als erster Gutstoff (A1) passiert hat, dem zweiten Sieb (2) zuströmen kann,
wobei der Gutstoffauslaufstutzen (15) für den ersten Gutstoff (A1) des stromaufwärtigen Siebes (1) extern mit einem Zwischeneinlauf (16) am Gehäuse (6'), der zur Zulaufseite des stromabwärtigen Siebes (2) führt, verbunden ist und
wobei der Teil der Papierfasersuspension (S), der auch das zweite Sieb (2) passiert hat, durch den Gutstoffauslauf (4) als zweiter Gutstoff (A2) wieder aus dem Gehäuse herausgeführt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zuerst von der Papierfasersuspension (S) durchströmte Sieb (1) unten im Gehäuse (6', 6''') und das zweite Sieb (2) oben angeordnet ist und
dass die Papierfasersuspension (S) über einen unten liegenden Einlaufstutzen (3) in das Gehäuse (6', 6''') eingeführt wird. - Drucksortierer nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass exakt zwei zylindrische Siebkörbe vorhanden sind. - Drucksortierer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Siebe (1, 2) schlitzförmige Sortieröffnungen haben. - Drucksortierer nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlitzweite höchstens 0,8 mm beträgt. - Drucksortierer nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlitzweite höchstens 0,3 mm beträgt. - Drucksortierer nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sortierwirkung bei beiden Siebe (1, 2) etwa gleich ist. - Drucksortierer nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Siebe (1, 2) koaxial angeordnet sind. - Drucksortierer nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Siebe (1, 2) von einem einzigen rotierenden Siebräumer (5) von Verstopfungen frei gehalten werden, wobei dessen Räumelemente (7, 8) in geringem Abstand an den Flächen der Siebe (1, 2) vorbeigeführt werden. - Drucksortierer nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das dem Antrieb des Siebräumers (5) näher liegende Sieb (1) einen größeren Durchmesser hat als das weiter liegende Sieb (2). - Drucksortierer nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (6', 6''') keine interne Verbindung zwischen dem Gutstoffraum (13) des stromaufwärtigen Siebes (1) und dem Zulaufraum des stromabwärtigen Siebes (2) hat. - Drucksortierer nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gutstoffauslauf (15) des stromaufwärtigen Siebes (1) radial außen und dass der Zwischeneinlauf (16) zentral angeordnet ist. - Drucksortierer nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die externe Verbindung über eine pumpenfreie Rohrleitung (17) erfolgt. - Drucksortierer nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der als Siebräumer (5) dienende Rotor auf seiner oberen Stimfläche Pumpschaufeln (23) aufweist. - Verwendung des Drucksortierers nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die Konsistenz der zugeführten Papierfasersuspension (S) zwischen 1 bis 3 % beträgt und die Papierfasersuspension (S) frei ist von harten Störstoffen mit einer Ausdehnung von über 3 mm. - Verwendung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rejektrate des ersten Siebes (1) auf das mindestens 1,5-Fache, vorzugsweise Doppelte, der Rejektrate des zweiten Siebes (2) eingestellt wird.
