Claims (11)
- Sortierer zur Reinigung einer Faserstoffsuspension, wobei im Zulaufbereich ein zusätzlicher Siebkorb (11) zur Vorsortierung vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Vorsortierbereich (10) im Zulaufstrom angeordnete, rotierende Flügel (12) vorgesehen sind und der zusätzliche Siebkorb (11) denselben Durchmesser aufweist, wie der Siebkorb (5) der weiteren Sortierstufe.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zusätzliche Siebkorb (11) mit dem Rotor (12) mitrotiert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zusätzliche Siebkorb (11) feststehend ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Akzeptraum (6) doppelt konisch ausgestaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sortierer (1) als Doppelmaschine ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zulauf axial durch den Rotor (4) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der antriebsseitige Rotorteil (4) in seiner Höhe gleich oder größer als der an- und durchströmte, der Antriebsseite abgewandte Rotorteil (4') ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zulauf mittig von der Seite erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Akzeptauslass (7, 7') zweifach vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sortierer (1) liegend angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Rotor (4, 4') mehrere Flügel über Höhe und/oder Umfang verteilt vorgesehen sind.
