Claims (11)
- Scharnier zum schwenkbaren Lagern eines ersten Bauteils, insbesondere einer Glastür (44, 62, 64), an einem zweiten Bauteil, insbesondere einem Wandabschnitt (66, 68) einer Duschkabine (60), mit zwei Montageabschnitten (12) zum Befestigen des Scharniers an dem ersten und zweiten Bauteil und einem die Montageabschnitte (12) schwenkbar verbindenden Lager (14), wobei wenigstens einer der Montageabschnitte (12) an einem Flächenabschnitt (45) des korrespondierenden Bauteils (44) mittels Befestigungsmitteln (42, 46) befestigbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montageabschnitt (12) ein relativ zu dem Lager (14) und in einer im Wesentlichen zu dem Flächenabschnitt (45) parallelen Ebene in alle Richtungen bewegbares Verstellelement (24) aufweist, das mit den Befestigungsmitteln (42, 46) in Verbindung steht und das nach Fixieren der Befestigungsmittel (42, 46) reib- und/oder formschlüssig mit dem Montageabschnitt (12) verbunden ist. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montageabschnitt (12) eine an dem Flächenabschnitt (45) des Bauteils (44) anliegende Halteplatte (36) aufweist und die Befestigungsmittel (42, 46) als Schraube (42) ausgebildet sind, die in eine korrespondierende Gewindebohrung (40) in dem Verstellelement (24) eingreift, und dass die Schraube (42) im befestigten Zustand durch eine Öffnung in dem zu befestigenden Bauteil sowie durch eine Öffnung (54) in der Halteplatte (36) hindurchgesteckt angeordnet ist und das Verstellelement (24) sowie das Bauteil gegen die Halteplatte (24) anzieht. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lager (14) als je ein den Montageabschnitten (12) zugeordnetes, einen Drehbolzen (20) konzentrisch aufnehmendes Scharniergewerbe (16) ausgebildet ist. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 2 und 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montageabschnitt (12) als an das Scharniergewerbe (16) angeformtes Gehäuse (22) zur Aufnahme des Verstellelements (24) ausgebildet und die Halteplatte (36) an dem Gehäuse (22) befestigbar ist. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuses (22) im Inneren Anschlagelemente aufweist, die Bewegbarkeit des Verstellelements (24) begrenzen und das Verstellelement (24) gegen ein Verdrehen beim Anziehen der Schraube sichern. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstellelement (24) eine kreuzförmige Struktur aufweist und die Anschlagelemente in Form von mit den ausgesparten Ecken des Kreuzes korrespondierenden Zapfen (30) ausgebildet sind. - Scharnier mindestens nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstellelement (24) einen zylindrischen Ansatz (38) senkrecht zu der Bewegungsebene des Verstellelements (24) aufweist, in dem die Gewindebohrung (40) konzentrisch verläuft und das sich axial in die Öffnung (54) der Halteplatte (36) erstreckt. - Scharnier mindestens nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Schraube (42) und dem Bauteil ein zylindrisches Zwischenstück zur Zentrierung der Schraube (42) in der Bauteilöffnung angeordnet ist. - Scharnier mindestens nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Schraube (42) und dem Bauteil ein einen konischen Abschnitt aufweisendes Zwischenstück (46) zur Zentrierung der Schraube (42) in der Bauteilöffnung angeordnet ist. - Scharnier mindestens nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Bauteil, insbesondere einer Glastür (44, 62, 64) oder einem Wandabschnitt (66, 68) aus Glas, und der Schraube (42) bzw. zwischen dem Bauteil und dem Zwischenstück (46) und/oder zwischen dem Bauteil und der Halteplatte (36) Dämpfungselemente (48, 50), beispielsweise aus Kunststoff oder Gummi angeordnet sind. - Raumtrennvorrichtung, insbesondere Duschkabine (60), mit einem Wandabschnitt (66, 68) und einer mittels wenigstens einem Scharnier (74, 76) an dem Wandabschnitt (66, 68) schwenkbar gelagerten Tür, insbesondere Glastür (44, 62, 64), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnier (74, 76) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche ausgebildet ist.
