Claims (15)
- Anlage (10) zur Herstellung von Fahrwegelementen (32)
mit einer Mehrzahl von in Anlagenrichtung hintereinander angeordneten Haltevorrichtungen (14, 16), welche jeweils ein auf Rädern (34) bewegliches Basiselement (20) und mindestens eine mit diesem zumindest mittelbar verbundene Auflagereinrichtung (28) umfassen, die so ausgestaltet ist, daß ein Abschnitt (30, 172) eines vormontierten Fahrwegelements (32) in im wesentlichen der späteren Einbaulage entsprechender Ausrichtung auflegbar ist, und die gegenüber dem Basiselement (20) in ihrer Position verstellbar ist wobei mindestens eine der Haltevorrichtungen (14, 16) hydraulische (157, 166) oder elektrische (36, 64, 88, 100, 118) Aktuatoren umfaßt, welche die entsprechenden Bewegungen bewirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlage eine Steuereinheit (120) mit einem Speicher aufweist, die Signale erzeugt und mit den Aktuatoren (36, 64, 88, 100, 118, 157, 166) verbunden ist, derart, daß die Aktuatoren (36, 64, 88, 100, 118, 157, 166) abhängig von im Speicher für ein bestimmtes Fahrwegelement (32) abgelegten Daten in die entsprechenden Positionen bewegbar sind. - Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Auflagereinrichtung (28) mindestens einer Haltevorrichtung (14) um eine im wesentlichen vertikale Achse verschwenkbar ist. - Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflagereinrichtung (28) mindestens einer Haltevorrichtung (14) auf einem gegenüber dem Basiselement (20) beweglichen oberen Zwischenelement (26) gehalten ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Auflagereinrichtung (28) mindestens einer Haltevorrichtung (14) gegenüber dem oberen Zwischenelement (26) um die im wesentlichen vertikale Achse verschwenkbar ist. - Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Haltevorrichtungen (14, 16) voneinander beabstandete längenverstellbare, einerseits mit dem Basiselement (20) und andererseits zumindest mittelbar mit der Auflagereinrichtung (28) verbundene Stützelemente (24) umfaßt, über welche eine vertikale Verstellung der Auflagereinrichtung (28) der Haltevorrichtung erfolgt.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Haltevorrichtungen (14, 16) Führungen (46) und mit diesen zusammenarbeitende Führungsschlitten (44) umfaßt, welche eine Verstellung der Position der Auflagereinrichtung (28) in einer Richtung im wesentlichen quer zur Anlagenlängsachse ermöglichen.
- Anlage nach einem der ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aktuatoren (36, 64, 88, 100, 118) elektrische selbsthemmende Spindelantriebe umfassen).
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei mindestens einer der Haltevorrichtungen (14, 16) Sensoren (122, 124, 126, 128, 130, 132, 176, 178, 180, 182) vorgesehen sind, welche die Stellung der Auflagereinrichtung (28) erfassen und ein entsprechendes Signal an die Steuereinheit (120) abgeben, die wiederum eine Komparatoreinrichtung aufweist, welche die erfaßten Werte mit im Speicher abgelegten sollwerten vergleicht, wobei eine Warnmeldung erzeugt wird, wenn die erfaßten Werte und die Sollwerte um mehr als einen festgelegten Wert voneinander abweichen.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflagereinrichtung (28) mindestens einer der Haltevorrichtungen (14) mindestens ein Auflagerelement (110, 161)) umfaßt, welches um eine quer zur Anlagenlängsachse verlaufende und im wesentlichen horizontale Achse verschwenkbar ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auflagerelement (110) einen seitlichen Anschlag (116) umfaßt und/oder als Spannbacke (161) ausgebildet ist.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Feineinstelleinrichtung (118) vorgesehen ist, mit der die Höhe des Auflagerelements (110) gegenüber dem Basiselement (20) individuell eingestellt werden kann.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei Auflagerelemente (110, 161) vorgesehen sind, deren gegenseitiger Abstand veränderbar ist.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Mehrzahl von Haltevorrichtungen als Hauptlager-Aufnahmevorrichtungen (14) ausgebildet ist, auf deren Auflagereinrichtung (28) ein Hauptlager (30) eines in Einbaulage ausgerichteten Fahrwegelements (32) auflegbar ist, und mindestens eine der Haltevorrichtungen als Spann- und Dämpfvorrichtung (16) ausgebildet ist, auf deren Auflagereinrichtung (28) ein Abschnitt eines Basiskörpers (172) eines in Einbaulage ausgerichteten Fahrwegelements (32) auflegbar ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Auflagereinrichtung (28) der Spann- und Dämpfvorrichtung gelenkig an einem ersten Aktuator (157) befestigt ist, welcher mit dem Basiselement (20) um eine im wesentli chen in Anlagenlängsrichtung verlaufende Achse gelenkig verbunden ist und an dem ein zweiter Aktuator (166) angreift, mit dem der winkel zwischen erstem Aktuator (157) und Basiselement (20) einstellbar ist. - Anlage nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen zwei Hauptlager-Aufnahmevorrichtungen (14) mindestens eine, vorzugsweise vier, Spann- und Dämpfvorrichtungen (16) angeordnet sind.
