Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Erkennen des Vorhandensein eines Objektes, vorzugsweise eines blatt- oder bogenförmigen Objektes, auf einem Transportweg, insbesondere zur Vorbereitung und/oder Steuerung einer Bearbeitung des Objektes, bevorzugt für eine Bedruckung des Objektes in einer Druckmaschine, insbesondere einer digitalen Druckmaschine, wobei das Objekt auf dem Transportweg an einer Sensoreinrichtung, vorzugsweise einer Lichtschranke, für eine Erkennung und Registrierung der in Transportrichtung vorderen Kante des Objektes vorbeitransportiert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach der Erkennung der Vorderkante des Objektes wenigstens einmal überprüft wird, ob das Objekt weiterhin im Meßbereich der Sensoreinrichtung vorhanden ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Überprüfung taktweise, mehrfach durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein bestimmter Zeitabschnittstakt vorgegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine vom Objekt zurückgelegte Transportstrecke gemessen wird und daß für die Sensoreinrichtung ein bestimmter Wegabschnittstakt vorgegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Position des Meßbereiches der Sensoreinrichtung auf dem Transportweg bezüglich eines Bezugspunktes definiert und festgelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Überprüfung des Vorhandenseins des Objektes eine Mindestlänge eines Objektes in Transportrichtung Berücksichtigung findet, in der Weise, daß nur bei Vorhandensein des Objektes auch noch nach Zurücklegen der Mindestlänge am Meßbereich der Sensoreinrichtung vorbei, ein erkanntes Objekt als solches anerkannt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Verwendung formatierter Objekte, die Länge des zur eventuellen Verwendung vorgesehenen Kleinstformates als Mindestlänge berücksichtigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Takt, bei Verwendung eines Zeitabschnittaktes unter Berücksichtigung der Transportgeschwindigkeit, für eine Messung der Länge des Objektes verwendet wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Erkennen des Vorhandenseins eines Objektes, vorzugsweise eines blatt- oder bogenförmigen Objektes, auf einem Transportweg, insbesondere zur Vorbereitung und/oder Steuerung einer Bearbeitung des Objektes, bevorzugt für eine Bedruckung des Objektes in einer Druckmaschine, insbesondere einer digitalen Druckmaschine, wobei der Transportweg an einer Sensoreinrichtung, vorzugsweise einer Lichtschranke, für eine Erkennung und Registrierung der in Transportrichtung vorderen Kante des Objektes vorbeiführt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sensoreinrichtung (4) für wenigstens eine Überprüfung des noch Vorhandenseins des Objektes (3) in ihrem Meßbereich (5) nach einer ersten Erkennung des Objektes (3) eingerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sensoreinrichtung (4) für eine mehrfache Überprüfung getaktet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein bestimmter Zeitabschnittstakt für die Sensoreinrichtung (4) vorgegeben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, gekennzeichnet durch eine Meßeinrichtung (10) zur Messung einer vom Objekt (3) zurückgelegten Transportstrecke, die mit der Sensoreinrichtung (4) in Verbindung steht, zur Vorgabe eines bestimmten Wegabschnittstaktes für die Sensoreinrichtung (4).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sensoreinrichtung (4) und die Meßeinrichtung (10) zur Messung der Transportstrecke über eine Recheneinheit und/oder eine Signalausgabeeinheit (6) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Position des Meßbereiches (5) der Sensoreinrichtung (4) auf dem Transportweg bezüglich eines Bezugspunktes (9) definiert und festgelegt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Transport des Objektes (3) entlang des Transportweges ein transparentes Transportband (1) vorgesehen ist, auf welches das Objekt (3) auflegbar ist.
