Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine durch Blasen hergestellte Flasche aus Kunststoff einer beliebigen Art.
Die Erfindung betrifft insbesondere, jedoch nicht ausschließlich Flascher der genannten Art aus einem nachgiebigen Kunststoffmaterial als Behältnis für Reinigungs- und Pflegemittel. Bei derartigen Anwendungen wird vom Verbraucher häufig gefordert, dass er auf die Flasche von Hand eine Quetschkraft ausüben muss, um den Flaschen inhalt unter Druck zu setzen, so dass eine dosierte Abgabe des Flaschen inhaltes durch eine Ausgießöffnung vorgenommen werden kann. Dabei kann grundsätzlich jede Stelle der Flasche erfasst werden, da der Tastsinn des Verbrauchers wegen der gleichförmigen Oberflächenbeschaffenheit der Flasche keine Orientierungshilfe für eine vorzuziehende Stelle vermitteln kann. Ähnliche Verhältnisse bestehen beim Handhaben der Flasche um diese von einer Ablagestelle zu einer anderen zu bringen. Dabei können die Flaschen leicht aus der Hand rutschen, insbesondere wenn sich auf der Oberfläche rutschige Ablagerungen des Flaschen inhalts abgesetzt haben. Analoge Verhältnisse bestehen bei Verschlüssen, z. B. Schraub- oder Aufsteckkappen, mit denen die Ausgießöffnungen von Flaschen verschlossen werden können. Des weiteren besteht ein Bedarf nach individualisierender visueller Gestaltungsmöglichkeit der Flaschen ohne dass hierdurch deren wirtschaftliche Fertigung in Frage gestellt wird.
Außerdem ist es häufig nützlich, wenn man die räumliche Lage oder Orientierung des Verpackungsmittels nur durch den Tatsinn alleine feststellen kann. Diese Möglichkeit ist beispielsweise bei Flaschen für Shampoo oder Duschbad von Vorteil, wenn der Benutzer wegen des Schaumes in seinem Gesicht die Augen geschlossen hat und dennoch feststellen will, wo die, Öffnung bzw. der Verschluss des Behältnisses angeordnet ist und ob sich die Flasche aufrecht oder in umgekehrter Lage in seiner Hand befindet.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, bei einer Flasche der eingangs genannten Art Mittel vorzusehen, die den Tastsinn des Benutzers anzusprechen vermögen, so dass der Benutzer insbesondere die räumliche Lage/Orientierung der Flasche blind ertasten kann, ohne auf die Geometrie des Verpackungsmittels achten zu müssen.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
Die Erfindung beschäftigt sich insbesondere mit der sogenannten Haptik, der Lehre vom Tastsinn. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Oberfläche des Verpackungsmittels in Teilbereichen, auch durchgehend auf dem Umfang, mit einem unterschiedlichen Kunststoffmaterial versehen, der sich in der Haptik und vorzugsweise auch in der Farbe vom übrigen Teil der Oberfläche des Verpackungsmittels unterscheidet.
Zum besonders einfachen und bequemen Ertasten der räumlichen Lage und Orientierung des Verpackungsmittels ist es von Vorteil, wenn der lokal begrenzte Bereich nur im unteren oder nur im oberen Teil der Wandung vorgesehen ist.
Wenn im unteren Teil der Wandung mindestens ein Bereich mit einer gummiartigen Haptik vorgesehen ist, legt dies dem Benutzer nahe, das Verpackungsmittel in seinem unteren Bereich zu greifen.
Weiterhin wird vorgeschlagen, dass die äußere Oberfläche des lokal begrenzten Bereichs mit dem übrigen Teil der äußeren Oberfläche der Wandung im wesentlichen fluchtet. Diese Ausgestaltung bietet Vorteile hinsichtlich der Ästhetik und auch der Handhabung.
Nach dem heutigen Stand der Technik lassen sich geblasene Körper nur mit einer einheitlichen Materialoberfläche herstellen. Nur durch Blasen im Koextrusionsverfahren sind auch streifenartig andere, ähnlich dem Verpackungsmittel aufgebaute Materialeinschlüsse möglich (vgl. DE-A-19 610 194). Im Blasverfahren lassen sich jedoch nicht flächig angelegte Bereiche, die aus anderen Materialien bestehen, z. B. aus thermoplastischen Elastomeren (TPE) mit gummiartiger Haptik, die auch auf kompletten Umfangsbereichen angelegt sind, realisieren. Daher ist gemäß der Erfindung der lokal begrenzte Bereich Teil eines separaten Kunststoffteiles, welches mit dem übrigen Teil der Wandung verbunden ist. Der Hauptkörper des Verpackungsmittels, insbesondere der Flaschenkörper, ist also mindestens zweigeteilt. Der Körper besteht aus der eigentlichen Flasche, welche später das Produkt aufnimmt und einem insbesondere spritzgegossenen Zusatzteil, welches den zweiten Teil der äußeren Oberfläche des Verpackungsmittels bildet. Dieses Zusatzteil, welches hier auch "separates Kunststoffteil" genannt wird, wird durch Klemmen, Schrauben, Kleben, Schweißen oder dergleichen insbesondere fest mit dem übrigen Teil des Verpackungsmittels verbunden.
Das spritzgegossene separate Kunststoffteil kann unterschiedlich hergestellt sein. Es kann aus dem Material bestehen, welches die unterschiedliche Oberflächen-Haptik ergibt. Es ist aber auch möglich, dass das separate Kunststoffteil ein Zweikomponenten-Kunststoffformteil, hergestellt durch Zweikomponenten-Spritzgießen, ist. Dieses koextrudierte Teil weist ein inneres Kernmaterial auf, welches zur sicheren Verbindung mit dem übrigen Teil des Verpackungsmittels dient, und eine Außenschicht aus dem Material mit der gewünschten Haptik. Dabei kann das Kernmaterial partiell in die äußere Schicht hineinragen oder mit der Oberfläche der äußeren Schicht im wesentlichen fluchten, also bündig sein oder aus der Außenschicht herausragen, so dass das Kernmaterial etwas über die Oberfläche vorsteht, um so neben der veränderten Haptik weitere optische Effekte zu erzeugen.
Weiterhin wird vorgeschlagen, dass das härtere Kunststoffmaterial ein Polyolefin und das weichere Kunststoffmaterial ein elastomeres Material umfasst. Dabei ist es bevorzugt, wenn das härtere Kunststoffmaterial PE, also Polyethylen, oder PP, also Polypropylen, und das weichere Kunststoffmaterial ein thermoplastisches Elastomer ist.
Weiterhin ist es von Vorteil, wenn der lokal begrenzte Bereich anders als der übrige Teil der äußeren Oberfläche der Wandung gefärbt ist. Eine unterschiedliche Färbung kann auch innerhalb des separaten, aus zwei Komponenten bestehenden Kunststoffteiles mit Vorteil vorgesehen sein, wenn nämlich das Kernmaterial und die Außenschicht unterschiedlich eingefärbt sind.
Weiterhin kann sich das separate Kunststoffteil nicht nur durch das Material und gegebenenfalls die Farbe, sondern auch durch die geometrische Gestaltung der Oberfläche von dem übrigen Teil der äußeren Oberfläche der Wandung unterscheiden. Dazu wird vorgeschlagen, dass der mindestens eine lokal begrenzte Bereich eine Vielzahl von verteilt angeordneten noppenartigen Strukturen an der äußeren Oberfläche aufweist. Die noppenartigen Strukturen können von den Fingern eines Verbrauchers leicht ertastet werden, so dass er ohne Hinsehen die Stelle der Wandung finden kann, an der eine Kraft bevorzugt angelegt werden sollte. Die noppenartigen Strukturen können darüber hinaus rutschfest ausgebildet sein. Sie üben gleichzeitig einen optischen Reiz auf den Verbraucher aus, insbesondere wenn sie sich durch eine geeignete Farbgebung oder Strukturierung, z. B. Rauheit, von der Hintergrundfläche deutlich abheben. Sie sind daher geeignet, das Verpackungsmittel visuell zu individualisieren und auf die Kaufentscheidung fördernd einzuwirken.
Vorgeschlagen wird weiterhin, dass die noppenartigen Strukturen über den übrigen Teil der äußeren Oberfläche der Wandung um ein geringes Maß vorstehen.
Von Vorteil ist es außerdem, wenn die noppenartigen Strukturen eine größere Härte als die des Kunststoffmaterials des übrigen Teils der äußeren Oberfläche der Wandung haben. Besonders bevorzugt ist es jedoch, wenn die noppenartigen Strukturen eine geringere Härte als die des Kunststoffmaterials des übrigen Teils der äußeren Oberfläche der Wandung haben.
In einer speziellen vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung wird außerdem vorgeschlagen, dass die Wandung mehrschalig mit einem inneren Schalenbereich aus dem Kunststoffmaterial mit der größeren Härte und einem äußeren Schalenbereich ausgebildet ist, wobei die noppenartigen Strukturen vom inneren Schalenbereich nach außen abstehen und in dem Kunststoffmaterial des äußeren Schalenbereichs umfänglich eingebettet sind. Die Verpackungsmittel nach der Erfindung lassen sich in wirtschaftlicher Weise problemlos nach dem Zweikomponenten-Spritzgießverfahren in Großserie herstellen.
Sofern die noppenartigen Strukturen eine geringere Härte als die des Kunststoffmaterials des übrigen Teils der äußeren Oberfläche der Wandung haben, kann weiterhin mit Vorteil vorgesehen sein, dass die noppenartigen Strukturen in Öffnungen in der Wandung einsitzen.
Im folgenden werden Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung anhand von Zeichnungen näher beschrieben. Es zeigen

In allen Zeichnungen haben gleiche Bezugszeichen die gleiche Bedeutung und werden daher gegebenenfalls nur einmal erläutert.
Obschon die Erfindung nachfolgend anhand von konkreten Ausführungsbeispielen beschrieben wird, versteht es sich, dass die Erfindung hierauf nicht beschränkt ist, sondern immer dann vorteilhaft angewendet werden kann. wenn eine Verpackung gleich welcher Art hinsichtlich ihres Tastsinnes und gegebenenfalls auch ihrer visuellen Erscheinungsform verbessert werden soll.
Zunächst wird das erste Ausführungsbeispiel im einzelnen erläutert, welches in den Figuren 1 bis 7 dargestellt ist.
Die Kunststoffflasche ist als Behälter für ein flüssiges Duschbad-Produkt vorgesehen. Die Flasche besteht im wesentlichen aus drei Teilen, dem geblasenen Flaschenkörper 5, welcher eine obere Öffnung 6 (Figur 7) aufweist, aber ansonsten geschlossen ist. Die Flasche besteht ferner aus einem separaten Kunststoffteil 7 und einem Verschluss 8, der in an sich bekannter Weise aufgebaut und auf der Öffnung 6 des Flaschenkörpers 5 aufgedrückt und durch Einrasten damit verbunden wird. Vorzugsweise haben die drei Teile, der Flaschenkörper 5, das separate Kunststoffteil 7 und der Verschluss 8 eine unterschiedliche Färbung.
Der Verschluss 8 besteht aus dem Kunststoff Polypropylen (PP). Er weist in an sich bekannter Weise einen Verschlussdeckel 9 auf, der über ein Filmscharnier 13 oder andere Scharnierkonstruktionen angelenkt ist und mit Hilfe einer Griffmulde 14 geöffnet werden kann.
Der im Gegensatz zum blauen Verschluss 8 weiss eingefärbte Flaschenkörper 5 besteht aus dem Kunststoff Polypropylen (PP). Auf die Unterseite des Flaschenkörpers 5 ist das gelb eingefärbte separate Kunststoffteil 7 aufgesetzt und eingerastet, wie besonders deutlich aus Figur 7 hervorgeht. Das separate Kunststoffteil 7 ist im Zwei-Komponenten-Verfahren spritzgegossen. Die äußere Schicht besteht aus dem Kunststoff TPE (thermoplastisches Elastomer), die innere Schicht, also die Kernschicht, besteht aus dem Kunststoff Polypropylen (PP). Die Außenseite des separaten Kunststoffteiles 7 trägt eine noppenartige Struktur 4 in Form von einzelnen sich geringfügig über die Oberfläche nach außen hin erstreckenden Noppen. An der Außenseite des Bodens des separaten Kunststoffteiles 7 (Figur 5) sind keine Noppen vorgesehen. An vier Bereichen 15 erstreckt sich die Kernschicht des Kunststoffteiles 7 durch die Außenschicht hindurch. Diese Kernschicht ist deutlich härter als die Außenschicht, und die Bereiche 15 dienen als Gleithilfen für den Behälter beim Transport in den Abfüllanlagen. Ähnliche Elemente können auch auf der Außenseite dieses Kunststoffteiles 7 als gestalterische Elemente angebracht sein, die zusätzlich auch technische Vorteile haben können. Der Boden des separaten Kunststoffteiles 7 (Figur 5) hat eine beliebige Anzahl unterschiedlich geformter Öffnungen, vorzugsweise zwei kreisförmige Öffnungen 19.
Die Verbindung des separaten Kunststoffteiles 7 mit dem Flaschenkörper 5 wird besonders deutlich in Figur 7. Vier innerhalb des Kunststoffteiles 7 und in Längsrichtung verlaufende Kunststoffschienen 16 greifen in entsprechende Hinterschneidungen des Flaschenkörpers 5 ein. Das separate Kunststoffteil 7 wird nach dem vollständigen Aufschieben auf den Flaschenkörper 5 von Rastelementen 18 des Flaschenkörpers 5 gehalten, welche mit entsprechenden Rastelementen an den Schienen 16 des Kunststoffteiles 7 korrespondieren.
Nachfolgend wird auf Figur 8 Bezug genommen, die einen erfindungsgemäß aufgebauten Behälter gemäß einem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel zeigt, der das allgemeine Bezugszeichen 1 trägt. Vom Behälter 1 sind lediglich dessen Umfangswand 2 und Bodenwand 3 zu sehen. Das nicht gezeigte, obere Ende des Behälters 1 kann in beliebiger Weise ausgestaltet sein. Z. B. kann es mit einer durch eine Verschlusskappe verschließbaren Ausgießöffnung oder dgl. versehen sein. Die Umfangswand 2 kann eine zylindrische, rechteckförmige, ovale oder andere gewünschte Konfiguration haben.
An der Umfangswand 2 des Behälters 1 ist nahe der Bodenwand 3 eine Vielzahl von noppenartigen Strukturen 4 vorgesehen, deren Verteilung über die Umfangswand 2 regelmässig oder unterbrochen sein kann. Wenn erwünscht, können daher Bereiche der Umfangswand 2 ohne noppenartige Strukturen 4 vorgesehen sein. Es wird bevorzugt, dass die noppenartigen Strukturen 4 an diametral gegenüberliegenden Stellen der Umfangswand 2 vorgesehen sind, so dass von gegenüberliegenden Stellen der Umfangswand 2 aus mittels des Daumens und Fingers einer Hand eine Quetschkraft auf den Behälter 1 ausgeübt werden kann, wobei die noppenartigen Strukturen 4 einen Hinweis an den Benutzer vermitteln, an welcher Stelle die Quetschkraft bevorzugt ausgeübt werden sollte. Obwohl die noppenartigen Strukturen 4 bei der vorliegenden Ausführungsform der Erfindung an einem Bereich der Umfangswand 2 nahe der Bodenwand 3 des Behälters vorgesehen sind, können anstelle davon oder zusätzlich auch andere Bereiche der Umfangswand 2 ausgewählt werden. Die noppenartigen Strukturen 4 können mit der Oberfläche der Umfangswand 2 fluchten oder über die Oberfläche um ein geringes Maß vorragen. Sie können eine runde, eckige, ovale oder andere geeignete Querschnittskonfiguration haben und an der frei liegenden Oberfläche plan, gewölbt, glatt oder rauh sein.
Die noppenartigen Strukturen 4 bestehen im Gegensatz zum vorherigen Ausführungsbeispiel aus einem Kunststoffmaterial mit anderer Härte als die Härte des die äußere Oberfläche der Umfangswand 2 bildenden Kunststoffmaterials. Je nach Wahl des Kunststoffmaterials für die noppenartigen Strukturen 4 können diese demzufolge eine grössere oder geringere Härte als das die Oberfläche der Umfangswand 2 bildende Kunststoffmaterial haben.
Der Behälter wird vorzugsweise nach dem Zweikomponenten-Spritzgiessen hergestellt, wie es dem Fachmann grundsätzlich bekannt ist, wobei eine Komponente das Kunststoffmaterial mit der größeren Härte und die andere Komponente das Kunststoffmaterial mit der geringeren Härte umfasst. Ein bevorzugtes Kunststoffmaterial der erstgenannten Art ist ein Material aus der Gruppe der Polyolefine, insbesondere Polyethylen (PE) oder Polypropylen (PP). Ein bevorzugtes Kunststoffmaterial der letztgenannten Art ist ein Material aus der Gruppe der gummielastischen Materialien, wie Elastomere, insbesondere thermoplastische Elastomere.
Beim Zweikomponenten-Spritzgiessen eines Behälters mit den noppenartigen Strukturen 4, wenn diese eine größere Härte als die des Kunststoffmaterials an der äußeren Oberfläche der Umfangswand 2 haben sollen, wird vorzugsweise so vorgegangen, dass in einem ersten Schritt eine Innenschale der Behälterumfangswand 2 aus dem härteren Kunststoffmaterial zusammen mit den davon nach außen abstehenden noppenartigen Strukturen 4 gespritzt wird. Auf die vorhandene Innenschale wird anschließend eine die äußere Oberfläche der Umfangswand 2 bildende Außenschale aus dem weicheren Kunststoffmaterial gespritzt, wodurch die noppenartigen Strukturen 4 in dem weicheren Kunststoffmaterial der Außenschale eingebettet werden.
Wenn es erwünscht ist, dass die noppenartigen Strukturen 4 eine geringere Härte als die des Kunststoffmaterials an der äußeren Oberfläche der Umfangswand 2 haben sollen, wird so vorgegangen, dass in einem ersten Arbeitsschritt die vollständige Umfangswand 2 aus dem härteren Kunststoffmaterial gespritzt wird, wobei gleichzeitig eine der Vielzahl an noppenartigen Strukturen 4 entsprechende Vielzahl an Perforationen in der Umfangswand 2 vorgesehen werden. In einem nachfolgenden Schritt wird das weichere Kunststoffmaterial in die Perforationen der Umfangswand 2 gespritzt, um die noppenartigen Strukturen 4 zu schaffen. Diese können an der Innenseite der Umfangswand 2 durch dünne Verbindungsstege netzartig miteinander verbunden sein.
Die Wanddicke der Behälterumfangswand 2 kann über die gesamte Länge des Behälters 1 im wesentlichen gleichförmig sein. Es kann jedoch auch vorgesehen werden, dass die Wanddicke an einem die noppenartigen Strukturen 4 enthaltenden Abschnitt der Umfangswand 2 größer als an den restlichen Abschnitten des Behälters 1 ist, wodurch der Behälter 1 nahe z. B. der Bodenwand 3 eine höhere Formstabilität erhalten würde als an den übrigen Bereichen. Auch eine umgekehrte Wanddickenverteilung könnte für manche Anwendungsfälle vorteilhaft sein.
Figur 2 zeigt eine Aufsteckkappe gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung, die das allgemeine Bezugszeichen 10 trägt. Bei dieser Ausführungsform sind die noppenartigen Strukturen 4 in der Umfangswand 2 der Aufsteckkappe 10 an diametral gegenüberliegenden Breitseiten 12 vorgesehen. Sie geben dadurch dem Benutzer einen Hinweis, wo eine Fingerkraft angelegt werden sollte, um die Breitseiten 12 zu verformen. Eine derartige Verformung der Breitseiten 12 ist z. B. erforderlich, um Rastmontagemittel 11 der Aufsteckkappe 10 außer Eingriff mit komplementären Hintergreifmitteln an einem Behälter (nicht gezeigt) zu bringen, wenn es erwünscht ist, die Aufsteckkappe 10 vom Behälter zu entfemen, um dessen Inhalt ausgeben zu können. In analoger Weise könnte die Umfangswand einer Schraubverschlusskappe ausgebildet sein, um deren Handhabung zu verbessern. Die noppenartigen Strukturen könnten auch an einer Außenkappe, die eine innere Verschlusskappe umfasst, vorgesehen sein, um das Abnehmen der Außenkappe zu erleichtern.
Schließlich kann es erwünscht sein, die Erfindung bei Zusatzausrüstungen für Verpackungsmittel der vorgenannten Art vorzusehen. Z. B. könnte die Wandung einer an einem Behälter oder einer Verschlusskappe montierbaren, z. B. anklemmbaren Tafel, Plakette, Platte oder dgl. (nicht gezeigt) in der vorerwähnten Weise ausgebildet und mit noppenartigen Strukturen versehen sein. Der Begriff "Zusatzausrüstung" schließt ferner eine eine Umfangswand eines Behälters oder einer Verschlusskappe umfassende Bandage (ebenfalls nicht gezeigt) ein.

Claims (13)

  1. Kunststoffflasche (1), die einen blasgeformten Flaschenkörper (5) und mindestens einen lokal begrenzten Bereich ihrer äußeren Oberfläche mit einem gegenüber dem Kunststoffmaterial des Flaschenkörpers (5) weicheren Kunststoffmaterial aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der lokal begrenzte Bereich von einem zum Flaschenkörper (5) separaten, an diesem angebrachten, spritzgegossenen Kunststoffteil (7) aus einem thermoplastischen Elastomer mit gummiartiger Haptik gebildet ist.
  2. Kunststoffflasche nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kunststoffteil (7) auf gegenüberliegendenen Seitenbereichen der Kunststoffflasche (1) eine unterschiedliche Längserstreckung aufweist.
  3. Kunststoffflasche nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kunststoffteil (7) nur im unteren oder nur im oberen Teil der Kunststoffflasche (1) vorgesehen ist.
  4. Kunststoffflasche nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kunststoffteil (7) auf die Unterseite des Flaschenkörpers (5) aufgesetzt ist.
  5. Kunststoffflasche nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das separate Kunststoffteil (7) ein im Zweikomponentenspritzgußverfahren hergestelltes Zweikomponenten-Kunststoffformteil ist.
  6. Kunststoffflasche nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kunststoffteil (7) mehrschalig mit einer inneren Kernschicht aus einem Kunststoffmaterial mit einer größeren Härte und einer demgegenüber weicheren Außenschicht aus dem thermoplastischen Elastomer mit gummiartiger Haptik ausgebildet ist.
  7. Kunststoffflasche nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich, insbesondere im Bodenbereich des Flaschenkörpers (5), die Innenschicht bereichsweise (15) durch die Außenschicht hindurch erstreckt.
  8. Kunststoffflasche nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb des Kunststoffteils (7) in Längsrichtung verlaufende Kunststoffschienen (16) in entsprechende Hinterschneidungen des Flaschenkörpers (5) eingreifen.
  9. Kunststoffflasche nach Anspruch 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kunststoffteil (7) mit Rastelementen (18) des Flaschenkörpers (5) in Eingriff stehende, an den Kunststoffschienen (16) ausgebildete Rastelemente aufweist.
  10. Kunststoffflasche nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das jeweils härtere Kunststoffmaterial ein Polyolefin, insbesondere Polyethylen (PE) oder Polypropylen (PP), ist.
  11. Kunststoffflasche nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußere Oberfläche des Kunststoffteils (7) mit dem übrigen Teil der äußeren Oberfläche der Kunststoffflasche (1) im wesentlichen fluchtet.
  12. Kunststoffflasche nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kunststoffteil (7) eine noppenartige Struktur (4) an der äußeren Oberfläche aufweist.
  13. Kunststoffflasche nach Anspruch 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die noppenartige Struktur (4) über die äußere Oberfläche des Flaschenkörpers (5) um ein geringes Maß vorsteht.
