Der Querschnitt A des Fertigfirstes 1 ist in Figur 2 detailierter dargestellt. Auf dem Kunststoffträger 3 ist eine erfindungsgemäße Metallfolie 5 mit strukturierter Oberfläche vorzugsweise aus hochreinem Kupfer aufgebracht, bspw mit Klebstoff fest verbunden. Der Träger 3 ist in der in Figur 2 dargestellten Ausführungsform mit einer Schiene 7 bspw. über eine Schraubverbindung verschraubt. Die Schiene 7, die bevorzugt aus einem massiven Metall hergestellt ist, dient dazu, die aus einem Kunststoff- Trägermaterial hergestellte Schiene auszusteifen. Ist das Trägermaterial bspw ein aus Beton gegossener Fertigfirst oder ein aus Beton gegossener Firstziegel, so ist eine derartige Aussteifung 7 nicht erforderlich. Ist die Aussteifung 7 aus einem leitenden Material, bspw Metall, so kann dieser Leiter geerdet und mit einem Blitzableiter wie Figur 3 gezeigt verbunden werden.
Claims (17)
- Vorrichtung zur Verhinderung von Bewuchs auf der Witterung ausgesetzten Flächen, insbesondere Dachflächen, umfassend
wenigstens eine Bahn aus einem metallischen Material mit einer strukturierten Oberfläche, wobei die Oberfläche vergrößert ist und damit die Verweildauer von auf der Oberfläche befindlichen fluiden Medien, insbesondere Wasser, erhöht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das metallische Material, das insbesondere hochreines Elektrolytkupfer ist, eine derartige Dicke aufweist, daß es an beliebige Dachformen frei anpassbar ist. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke der Bahn im Bereich 10 - 1000 µm, bevorzugt 30 - 100 µm liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die strukturierte Oberfläche eine Prägung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prägung runde oder ellipsoidförmige Auswalzungen umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Vorrichtung Verbindungsmittel zum Verbinden der Vorrichtung mit der Witterung ausgesetzten Flächen umfaßt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Witterung ausgesetzten Flächen ein aus Kunst- oder Faserstoff bestehender Fertigfirst ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Witterung ausgesetzten Flächen ein aus Beton- oder Tonmaterialien bestehende First- oder Dachziegel sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Witterung ausgesetzten Flächen ein Abdichtmittel, insbesondere ein Firstabdichtmittel ist, wobei durch das Aufbringen der Vorrichtung die Form des Abdichtmittels stabilisiert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadaurch gekennezeichent, daß die Bahn, die auf das Abdichtmittel aufgebracht wird, zusätzlich mit einer Faltung versehenen ist, die daß Dichtmittel in eine zu bildende Form, insbesondere eine Wellenform bringt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Verbindungsmittel ein Klebstoff ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Verbindungsmittel eine Haltevorrichtung umfasst, mit der die Bahn auf der der Witterung ausgesetzten Fläche verankert wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die strukturierte Oberfläche mit einer Substanz vorbehandelt ist, die Metallionen aus der Oberfläche freisetzt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz H2S oder Cu(NO3)2 3H2O oder K2S3 ist.
- Ziegel, insbesondere Dachfirstziegel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ziegel, insbesondere Dachfirstziegel, eine Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 aufweist und die Bahnen der Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 mit einem Verbindungsmittel, insbesondere einem Klebstoff auf dem Ziegel, insbesondere dem Dachfirstziegel, befestigt sind.
- Dachfirstziegel nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche der Bahnen größer als die Oberfläche des Dachfirstziegels ist.
- Fertigfirst, umfassend16.1 ein Trägermaterial,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß16.2 mit dem Trägermaterial eine Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 verbunden ist. - Fertigfirst gemäß Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 13 durch Kleben, Eingießen, Einschweißen oder Einlegen mit dem Trägermaterial verbunden wird.
