Claims (4)

  1. Arbre porte-lames inférieur pour une cisaille à mollettes servant à la découpe longitudinale de feuilles ou de plaques en bandes, à l'aide d'au moins une lame inférieure de cisaille (3), l'arbre porte-lames inférieur présentant un nombre de lames inférieures de cisaille (3) supérieur à la quantité de coupes, les lames inférieures de cisaille (3) étant disposées, pour l'essentiel, à intervalles réguliers, sur l'arbre porte-lames inférieur, les intervalles entre les lames inférieures de cisaille (3) permettant de choisir librement la largeur des bandes et l'arbre porte-lames inférieur présentant de nombreuses douilles de perçage (1), les douilles de perçage (1) présentant chacune d'entre elles de nombreuses lames inférieures de cisaille (3),
    caractérisé en ce que les lames inférieures de cisaille avec doubles bords coupants (4,5) sont équipées de languettes (6), l'arbre porte-lames inférieur comprenant un assemblage languette et rainure (2), les bords coupants ayant un angle de coupe d'environ 3° et les rainures une largeur de 0,8 à 2 mm de telle sorte que l'arbre porte-lames inférieur est utilisable pour des procédés de découpe à la cisaille ou de découpe à la lame de rasoir.
  2. Arbre porte-lames inférieur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les lames inférieures de cisaille sont séparées, les unes des autres, d'un intervalle allant de quelque 0,5 à 10 mm.
  3. Arbre porte-lames inférieur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les lames inférieures de cisaille sont séparées, les unes des autres, d'un intervalle allant de quelque 1 à 2 mm.
  4. Cisaille à mollettes servant à la découpe longitudinale de feuilles ou de plaques en bandes avec un arbre porte-lames inférieur (11) selon une des revendications 1 à 3 et au moins deux lames de cisaille supérieures (8) insérées dans l'arbre porte-lame inférieur (11).
