Claims (8)
- Untermesserwelle für eine Rollenschneidmaschine zum Längsschneiden von Folien und Bändern in Streifen mit mindestens einem Untermesser (3),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Untermesserwelle eine über die Schnittanzahl hinausgehende Anzahl von Untermessern (3) aufweist, die Untermesser (3) in im wesentlichen regelmäßigen Abständen auf der Untermesserwelle angeordnet sind und die Abstände zwischen den Untermessern (3) eine flexible Wahl der Breite der Streifen zulassend gewählt sind. - Untermesserwelle nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Untermesser (3) abwechselnd als Untermesser für linken und rechten Schnitt ausgebildet sind. - Untermesserwelle nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Untermesser (3) als beidseitige Schneidkanten (4, 5) an den Federn (6) einer Nut-Feder-Teilung (2) der Untermesserwelle ausgebildet sind. - Untermesserwelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Untermesserwelle eine Mehrzahl von Schneidbüchsen (1) aufweist und die Schneidbüchsen (1) jeweils eine Mehrzahl von Untermessern (3) aufweisen. - Untermesserwelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Untermesser (3) in einem Abstand von etwa 0,5 bis 10 mm zueinander angeordnet sind. - Untermesserwelle nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Untermesser (3) in einem Abstand von etwa 1 bis 2 mm zueinander angeordnet sind. - Untermesserwelle nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nuten (7) eine Breite von 0,8 bis 2 mm aufweisen. - Rollenschneidmaschine zum Längsschneiden von Folien und Bändern in Streifen mit einer Untermesserwelle (11) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 und mindestens zwei in die Untermesserwelle (11) eintauchenden Obermessern (8).
