Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif pour replier des tôles comportant une installation de serrage de la tôle et un mors de moule (4.1) monté pivotant pour plier la zone de tôle (14) à replier,
    le mors de moule (4.1) étant monté pivotant dans son boîtier (5) pour que le repliage se fasse autour de la ligne de pliage,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif est une presse dans laquelle la tôle est serrée entre un outil inférieur (2) prévu sur le bâti (1) et un outil supérieur (3), mobile, et
    le mors (4.1) est pivoté par un chariot (7) entraîné hydrauliquement par un ensemble vérin-récepteur (9) coopérant avec un ensemble vérin-moteur installé sur le bâti (1) et actionné par la partie supérieure de la presse.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le mors (4.1) prend complètement la zone de tôle (14) à replier.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le mors (4.1) est fixé à un organe de rotation (4) guidé dans le boîtier (5) et dont le côté arrière est muni d'un levier (6).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le boîtier (5) est fixé à l'outil inférieur (2) de la presse.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 ou 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le boîtier (5) présente des surfaces latérales de guidage (18) coopérant avec des surfaces de guidage (18) de l'organe de rotation (4).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'organe de rotation (4) est pivoté contre la force d'un ressort (16).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le chariot (7) porte un galet (21) coopérant avec le levier (6).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le chariot (7) est mobile sur des surfaces de guidage (22-24) fixées au bâti (1).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le chariot (7) est relié à la tige de piston de l'ensemble vérin-récepteur (9).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la tige de piston (10.1) de l'ensemble vérin-moteur est actionnée par un poussoir prévu sur l'outil supérieur (3) de la presse.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'outil inférieur (2) de la presse est mobile.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 11,
    caractérisé par
    un poinçon de formage (12) prévu sur le bâti (1) de l'outil qui coopère avec une surface de butée (surface de contact 4.2) de l'organe de rotation (4).
  13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 3 à 12,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le levier (6) est réalisé pour qu'à la fin du mouvement de l'outil inférieur (2) de la presse, l'organe de rotation (4) continue de basculer après l'opération de repliage.
