Claims (12)
- Rahmen für Fenster und/oder Türen, gekennzeichnet durch horizontale und vertikale Rahmenteile (22, 23; 24, 25) aus Holz sowie diese nach außen abdeckende Abdeckprofilabschnitte (21) aus Kunststoff, Keramik, Glas, Naturstein oder Holz bzw. Metall in einer Feinblech-Materialstärke, wobei die Abdeckprofilabschnitte (21) an den Rahmenteilen (22, 23; 24, 25) ohne zusätzliche Befestigungsmittel festgelegt sind.
- Rahmen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aus Metall bestehenden Abdeckprofile (21) gekantet, rollverformt oder gepresst sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Rahmen für Fenster und/oder Türen, die aus horizontalen und vertikalen Rahmenteilen aus Holz bestehen, wobei diese Rahmenteile nach außen hin durch Abdeckprofile abgedeckt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anbringung der Abdeckprofile an den Rahmenteilen erfolgt und der Zusammenbau der so gebildeten Halbfabrikate zu einem Rahmen für Fenster und/oder Türen dem Einsatzfall entsprechend anschließend erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassa) die den Rahmen bildenden horizontalen und vertikalen Rahmenteile (22, 23; 24, 25) als Halbfabrikate aus Holz hergestellt werden,b) die Halbfabrikate fertig oberflächenbearbeitet werden,c) die Endbereiche der Rahmenteile (22, 23; 24, 25) mit zusammenwirkenden Verbindungsmitteln (26) versehen werden,d) die Rahmenteile (22, 23; 24, 25) ggf. mit Aufnahmenuten für Abdeckprofile (21) ausgerüstet werden,e) die Anbringung der Abdeckprofile (21) an den Rahmenteilen (22, 23; 24, 25) erfolgt und der Zusammenbau der Halbfabrikate dem Einsatzfall entsprechend vorgenommen wird.
- Abdeckprofilabschnitt nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch einen Blechprofilabschnitt (21) aus Metall in einer Feinblechmaterialstärke, der C-förmig ausgebildet ist und einen Sichtschenkel (2), zwei an den Sichtschenkel (2) anschließende Randschenkel (3, 4) und zwei rückwärtige, an die Randschenkel (3, 4) anschließende, sich im wesentlichen parallel zum Sichtschenkel (2) erstreckende Befestigungsschenkel (5, 6) aufweist, wobei die Befestigungsschenkel (5, 6) an ihren freien Enden (7, 8) in einem stumpfen Winkel (α) abgekantet bzw. ausgebildet sind.
- Abdeckprofil nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden (7, 8) der Befestigungsschenkel (5, 6) wenigstens an einem freien Ende des Profilabschnittes (21) je eine Gleitkante (9, 10) schaffend abgeschrägt sind.
- Abdeckprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1, 2, 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialstärke 0,5 - 2,5 mm beträgt.
- Abdeckprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1, 2 und 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Metallprofilabschnitte aus Aluminium, Zink, Kupfer, Edelstahl, Messing oder Bronze bestehen.
- Abdeckprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abdeckprofil aus einem widerstandsfähigen und witterungsbeständigen Holz besteht.
- Rahmen nach Anspruch 1 oder 5, gekennzeichnet durch in den aus Holz bestehenden Rahmenteilen (22, 23; 24, 25; 15, 16) ausgebildete Aufnahmenuten (11, 12) für die Enden (7, 8) der Befestigungsschenkel (5, 6).
- Rahmen nach Anspruch 1 oder 5, gekennzeichnet durch aus Metall oder Kunststoff bestehende, an den Rahmenteilen (22, 23; 24, 25; 15, 16) aus Holz festlegbare Halterungsprofile (17, 18), die Aufnahmenuten (11, 12) für die Enden (7, 8) der Befestigungsschenkel (5, 6) aufweisen oder ausbilden.
- Rahmen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen in die Aufnahmenuten (11, 12) eingefüllten Kleber oder ein in die Aufnahmenuten (11, 12) eingefülltes Versiegelungsmittel.
