Definitions
- the invention relates to a snow plow with one of several share segments existing ploughshare, which is supported by a plow frame, the Share segments are each connected to the plow frame via support arms are at least partially elastically deformable.
- the elastic support arms are used for starting impacts when moving off the obstacle to be cleared above.
- the support arm this deforms and the share segment swivels backwards and above, so that the obstacle is passed.
- the object of the invention is to provide a snow plow of the type mentioned in the introduction, its share segments despite the connection to the plow frame greater stability by means of at least one elastic support arm have opposite lateral forces.
- This is achieved according to the invention in a snow plow of the type mentioned in that at least one of the two outer share segments, preferably for both outer share segments Share segments, at least one tensile stabilizer to counteract a lateral Evasion when a lateral force acts on this outer share segment is provided, the tension stabilizer on this outer share segment and attacks the plow frame and the point of attack on the share segment is further to the side than that Point of attack on the plow frame.
- the tensile stabilizers according to the invention support the outer coulter segment towards lateral deflections as a result of lateral forces occurring, whereby also the middle share segments by support on the outer Share segment to be stabilized.
- An appearance of gaps between the Share segments in the clearance is significantly reduced and one Damage to the support arms due to the start of a share an obstacle is effectively counteracted.
- the respective stabilizer with an imaginary vertical plane that is parallel to the Plow frame lies, seen from the top view (that is, in a projection into one Horizontal plane) an acute angle of less than 45 °, preferably of includes less than 30 °.
- the tensile stabilizer can cause lateral forces absorb effectively.
- the tensile stabilizers are preferred here arranged approximately horizontally or rising from the plow frame to to the respective outer share segment, i.e. they close in the Home position of the share segment if the share segment is not through an obstacle is deflected with the horizontal an angle of less than 20 °. When deflecting the lower edge of the share segment backwards and upwards hitting an obstacle shifts the point of attack the tensile stabilizer on this coulter segment at most insignificantly outwards, so that no larger gap is formed between the share segments becomes.
- the tension stabilizer can be rigid as a strut or rod, and in this case articulated both with the plow frame and with the corresponding outer one Share share be connected. Furthermore, there is a training of the tension stabilizer in the form of a pull rope (at least over a large part of its length) or as Chain possible.
- the tensile stabilizers are preferably in the lowest Third of the respective outer share segment involved, namely on the Back of the share segment.
- the embodiment shown in the figures of an inventive Snow plows have a ploughshare that consists of two middle share segments 2 and two outer share segments 3. At the bottom of everyone A blade 6 is attached to the coulter segments.
- the share segments 2, 3 are each connected to a plow frame 1 by means of support arms 4, 5.
- an upper rigid support arm 5 is provided, which is about horizontal axes pivotable both with respect to the share segment 2, 3 and opposite the plow frame 1 is mounted.
- Lower support arms 4 are provided, which are seen on both sides of the rigid in plan view Bracket 5 are arranged and are elastic. Between Share segments 2, 3 and the plow frame 1 are also elastic tension members 22 provided, which pull the respective share segment down (up to a stop of the rigid support arm 5).
- the plow frame 1 is also about a vertical pivot axis 19 by means of piston-cylinder units 20 pivotally mounted on a suspension.
- This suspension comprises supports 21 (of which each have two beams arranged one above the other and a parallelogram guide form), by means of which the plow frame over another, in the Fig. 1 not visible piston-cylinder unit can be raised and lowered.
- a Device plate 18 By means of a Device plate 18, the snow plow can be attached to a clearing vehicle become.
- the connection between the plow frame 1 and the implement plate 18 but does not form the subject of this invention and can be in any be formed in a conventional manner.
- Fig. 1 is also on the right side of the plow frame an impeller 16 and On the left side a slide shoe 17 is drawn in, over which the plow frame can be supported on the ground (this is only supposed to be different possibilities To illustrate how to support the plow frame on the ground; in practice either two running wheels or two sliding shoes are provided).
- a tensile stabilizer 7 is provided for both share segments 3. This takes hold of the respective outer share segment 3 and on the plow frame 1, the point of attack 26 on share segment 3 lies further to the side than the point of attack 25 on the plow frame 1.
- the respective tension stabilizer 7 closes with a imaginary vertical plane 23, which is parallel to the plow frame seen in plan view - that is, in a projection in a horizontal plane - a pointed one Angle 24 of less than 45 °, preferably less than 30 °. In the shown In the exemplary embodiment, this angle is in the basic position of the share segment about 20 °.
- the point of attack 25 of the respective tension stabilizer on the plow frame 1 lies lower than the point of attack 26 in the exemplary embodiment shown this tensile stabilizer 7 on the respective laterally outer share segment 3
- Angle 27 of the tension stabilizer 7 in the basic position of the share segment to the horizontal is preferably less than 20 °. in the Embodiment shown, this angle 27 is approximately 8 °.
- the train stabilizer but can also be arranged horizontally.
- the tension stabilizer is designed as an essentially rigid rod.
- the train stabilizer 7 is both articulated with the share segment 3 and with the plow frame 1 connected. These articulated connections are in the manner of ball joints educated.
- This ball joint head 10 works with ball joint shells 13 together, which are provided in fastening tabs 8, 9 are rigidly connected to the plow frame 1 or rigidly to the share segment 3.
- the ball joint shells 13 can be used instead the spherical segment-like joint surface also has a frustoconical joint surface exhibit.
- the tensile stabilizers 7 can advantageously be changed in their effective length trained to enable their adjustment. This is at one end an external thread 11 is provided on the rod, the ball joint head being opposite the external thread 11 is displaceable and by hexagon nuts 12 is supported on the side facing away from the joint surface.
- the tension stabilizer could also be designed in such a way as in the Fig. 9 is shown.
- the tension stabilizer over a large part of it Length formed by a rope 29.
- the rope is preferably again via an articulated connection connected to the plow frame and the share segment, wherein in the embodiment 9 in turn ball joint heads 10 are provided are.
- the Tension stabilizers could also be designed in the form of chains. A articulated connection of the tension stabilizers with the share segment and the Plow frames could be omitted here.
- FIG. 7 illustrates the forces that occur when the ploughshare hits an obstacle, here in the form of a protruding above the underground to be cleared Manhole cover 14 can occur.
- the direction of travel of the clearing device is as Arrow 15 drawn.
- the one in the open area in FIG. 7 visible clearing bar 6 of the middle share segment 2 on the edge of the manhole cover on.
- the share segment stops and the moving segment Plow frame pushes the elastic support arms 4 together, creating the share segment is pivoted backwards and the clearing bar 6 is raised, so that it can slide over the obstacle at the appropriate height.
- the on the The force acting on the scraper became vertical and tangential in force components disassembled to the edge of the manhole cover. From Fig.
- the invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiment shown.
- Buchstabilisatoren 7 could also be used in constructions where both the upper 5 and the lower support arms 4 are elastic.
- the number of support arms per share segment can vary.
- the articulated connection the tension stabilizers with the plow frame and the respective share segment could also be designed in a different way than shown.
- the ploughshare could of course also have a different number of share segments have, for example three or five share segments.
