- in einem fünften Schritt das Formelement in einem gewünschten Endformat fertiggestellt wird.
Claims (11)
- Formelement z.B. für Werbezwecke, Geschenkartikel, etc., das ein Trägermaterial aus einem wasserlöslichen teilhydrolysierten Polymer aufweist, wobei zumindest ein werbewirksamer Fremdkörper in dem Trägermaterial eingeschlossen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägermaterial (1) eine Dicke von bis zu 1 cm besitzt und der Hydrolysegrad sich in Abhängigkeit von der Dicke zwischen 75 - 97 mol % bewegt.
- Formelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fremdkörperanteil 82 % nicht übersteigt.
- Formelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Viskosität einer 4- %igen wäßrigen Polyvinylalkohollösung bei 20 ° C zwischen 3 - 47 mPa·s liegt.
- Formelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Trägermaterial (1) Zusatzstoffe wie z.B. Wasser, Glyzerin (1-5 %) zur Einstellung des Weichheitsgrades, Fließverbesser, Verdickungsmittel, Verarbeitungsstabilisatoren (0,1-3,6 %) zur Verbesserung der Verarbeitbarkeit oder Pigmente, Füll- und Farbstoffe beigefügt sind.
- Formelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formelement eine oberflächige Imprägnierung aufweist, um einer vorzeitigen Auflösung bei Kontakt mit Wasser entgegenzuwirken.
- Formelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fremdkörper (2) zumindest ein Pflanzensamen ist.
- Formelement nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pflanzensamen (2) ein Tausendkorngewicht von max. 220 g aufweist.
- Formelement nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pflanzensamen (2) zum Schutz vor chemischen oder physikalischen Einwirkungen mit einer Schutzhülle, beispielsweise Methylcellulose ummantelt sind.
- Formelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägermaterial im Ausgangszustand aus zwei Folienelementen (3, 5) besteht.
- Formelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägermaterial (1) im Ausgangszustand in flüssiger Form vorliegt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Formelementes nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßin einem ersten Schritt das erste Folienelement (3) zur weiteren Behandlung justiert wird,in einem zweiten Schritt eine Oberfläche (4) dieses Folienelementes (3) beispielsweise durch eine Flüssigkeit oder Dampf derart behandelt, daß eine Klebewirkung erzielt wird,in einem dritten Schritt die Fremdkörper (2) auf der Oberfläche (4) aufgebracht werden,in einem vierten Schritt das zweite Folienelement (5) auf das erste Folienelement (3) angeordnet wird, derart, daß das Trägermaterial (1) fertiggestellt wird, undin einem fünften Schritt das Formelement (6) in einem gewünschten Endformat fertiggestellt wird.
