Definitions

  • the invention relates to a holder for home textiles, any on surfaces Underground, e.g. Tiles, glass, smooth plastics, on doors, profile frames, walls or hot water radiators of different designs can be attached and the is provided with one or more supporting devices, on or in which items of clothing, Hand and bath towels and similar home textiles can be hung.
  • any on surfaces Underground e.g. Tiles, glass, smooth plastics, on doors, profile frames, walls or hot water radiators of different designs
  • the invention is provided with one or more supporting devices, on or in which items of clothing, Hand and bath towels and similar home textiles can be hung.
  • Holders for home textiles are commercially available, the attachment of which is designed such that it can only be attached to a predetermined surface, door, profile frame or wall.
  • These holders for home textiles have the disadvantage that they can only be attached to a single surface and if they are intended for attachment to a surface, holes have to be drilled and dowels have to be inserted. It is therefore not possible to attach them to glass surfaces or plastic walls of shower cubicles, for example. Wherever drilling can take place in walls, the type of fastening has the disadvantage that ugly holes, especially in tiles, remain in the event of removal.
  • a movable towel holder is known from German published patent application DE 100 05 135, which is movably attached to a wall or a radiator. It consists of a support rod that runs horizontally at a distance from the wall or the radiator and is fixed to the wall or the radiator by means of one or more support arms and corresponding fastening elements. A joint is provided between the respective support arm and the associated fastening element, which enables the movement of the support rod. In addition, it allows the self-locking jamming of a towel between the support bar and the wall or the radiator.
  • the device provided on the fastening element for connection to the radiator should be designed as a U-shaped retaining clip, the retaining clip being used to engage in the holes in the top cover of a radiator and to clamp or brace it there.
  • this published specification specifies that the device provided on the fastening element for connection to the heating element is an end-side bend, which is used to reach behind a clamp clamped on the heating element.
  • the execution of this towel holder has the disadvantage that it can only be attached to walls and radiators and that, if it is to be attached to walls, drilling and dowelling must be carried out, with the disadvantage of remaining ugly holes as described above in the event of a later Distance.
  • a universal towel holder device is known from European patent application EP 0 943 280 known for radiators. This consists of a telescopic rod on the Both ends, opposite each other, are attached to the holder support the radiator elements. The holders should be perpendicular to the telescopic pole be aligned. Inside the telescopic rod are at both ends of the rods Fixed parts that are arranged so that they press / pull the holder against the Allow radiator elements.
  • This universal towel holder device tensions in the assembled state on the ribs of a radiator or the vertical Pipes of a bathroom radiator or on the two outer surfaces of a flat radiator.
  • the disadvantage of this universal towel holder device is that it only attached to hot water radiators or components with a similar design can be.
  • a universal radiator towel holder is known from German utility model G 90 15 288.3, which can be fitted to almost all common radiator types, even retrospectively.
  • it is proposed to design a universal radiator towel holder made of metal for single or multi-layer finished radiators, radiators, heating plates etc. so that the side rails of the universal radiator towel holder between the flow connection and the radiator valve and between the ventilation connection and air plug of the radiator to be assembled.
  • Such a universal radiator towel holder suffers from the disadvantage that its longitudinal extent must match the longitudinal extent of the radiator, or protrude beyond it so far that the forward and return pipes can be gripped.
  • the length of the universal radiator towel holder depends on a main dimension of the radiator, namely its length. Another disadvantage of this universal radiator towel holder is that it cannot be used satisfactorily if the supply and return pipes in the transition to the radiator are very close to the floor. It cannot be installed on radiators that have a cladding, primarily a front cladding, which means that the inlet and outlet pipes are covered. Such a universal radiator towel holder cannot be arbitrarily installed from a first type of radiator, for example a flat radiator, to another type, for example a bathroom radiator. This may be necessary when modernizing the heating system or when moving. In addition, this universal radiator towel holder requires mechanical rework if certain fastening parts, such as the spacer ring, cannot be used. The universal radiator towel holder cannot be attached to surfaces other than radiators.
  • a towel holder in particular a kitchen towel holder, is known from German utility model G 86 19 524.7, which has a horizontal support rod mounted on one or two sides.
  • Each of the two rod holders has a vertical plate to which resilient or screw-operated claws are attached.
  • the claws engage behind the connecting flanges or the rear walls of the radiators.
  • the towel holder should be able to be attached to ribbed or flat radiators in a few simple steps.
  • the disadvantage of such a towel holder is that claws of different designs are required for different types of radiators.
  • the resilient claws are used for tubular radiator elements. In doing so, they must largely correspond to the dimensions of the parts to be encompassed. For bathroom radiators, they must be adapted to the profiles of the vertical pipes.
  • a towel holder and fastening device for fastening the towel holder to tubular radiators.
  • the fastening device should be designed so that it can be attached to a tubular heater on the one hand and on the other hand can accommodate a hollow support rod end at its free end.
  • a support part should rest on one side of the tubes and a plug-in part on the other side. Both are clamped against the tubes by means of a screw bolt.
  • the plug-in part should have a cylindrical connecting pin for receiving and fastening a correspondingly hollow end of a bracket of a towel holder or the like.
  • the plug-in part should also have a back part, the diameter of which is larger than that of the connecting pin, the screw bolt being firmly connected to the support part.
  • This towel holder and its fastening device have the disadvantage that two fastening devices are always required for fastening the support rod of the towel holder, one at each end of the support rod, since the support rod would otherwise twist and cannot be used for the proposed purpose.
  • this towel holder and its fastening device is only intended for attachment to tubular radiators.
  • Another disadvantage is that tools have to be used to fasten it (assembly of the screw bolt and the Allen screw), especially when special tools are required.
  • the assembly is made more difficult by the fact that the two support parts must be pre-assembled precisely in accordance with the unchangeable length of the support rod. The required use of tools, however, limits the use of such towel holders to artisan users.
  • a mountable on the edge of a plate-shaped radiator or the like is known, in particular for hand towels or bath towels.
  • This holder is intended to include at least two holding clips with a U-shaped cross section, which form, preferably clamping, legs which encompass the edge or the adjoining side wall regions of the radiator.
  • a support arm is to extend from one of the legs and forms or supports a support device, which in particular should be a rod that runs horizontally at a distance from the radiator.
  • the other leg of the retaining clip has at least one axial incision of a certain width, which extends to the web of the U-shaped cross section of the retaining clip.
  • the holder for hand or bath towels according to this utility model cannot be attached to any type of radiator or to any other surface. Also, the retaining clips on ribbed or radiator radiators and especially on tubular bathroom radiators do not provide sufficient stability or cannot be attached at all due to their shape.
  • a towel holder is known from the German utility model G 87 04 635.0, which consists of a horizontally extending support rod, which is provided on both sides with holding devices and is fastened parallel to a vertically running surface.
  • the holding devices are designed as clip brackets which can be plugged onto the upper edge of the plate heater.
  • An upper part which is approximately hairpin-shaped in cross section, encompasses the welding edge of the plate heating element.
  • a lower part has on each hairpin leg an initially roof-shaped sloping downwards and outwards and then downwards flat and / or surface-true to the plate radiator clamping leg.
  • the support rod should be connected at a distance from the outer clamping legs to the outside thereof.
  • the towel holder according to this utility model has the disadvantage that it is only suitable for attachment to plate or flat radiators, can only be hung loosely in it and can neither be jammed nor clamped to it. Another disadvantage is that although it can accommodate two parallel support rods that are spaced apart, they have to be angled several times. Such an embodiment is expensive to manufacture.
  • Document DE-U-29909663 discloses a holder for home textiles which has the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • a support device such as a support rod, a support ring or a hook support rod
  • the holding device consists of a locking lugs provided on the inside of its side walls
  • Upper part and a lower part provided with locking grooves on the outer sides of its side walls, vertically braced with the upper part and provided with a recess in its rear wall, and the upper part has a rearward-extending, nose-shaped extension provided with notches, Inner walls and in the recess in the rear wall of the lower part connecting element to fix the holder for home textiles stable on any surface or hot water radiator and at any point on the surface or hot water radiator.
  • the connecting element is clamped between the recess in the rear wall of the lower part, in which the connecting element partially engages, and the nose-shaped extension of the upper part by bracing the upper part with the lower part.
  • the support device is designed as a support rod, it can also be supported in the holding element on one side or projecting unevenly.
  • the fastening to a hot-water radiator is implemented directly. It is advantageous to adapt the molded part in its contour that extends over a partial area of the hot water radiator to the contour of this partial area of the hot water radiator. It is advantageous to form a section of the molded part towards the hot water radiator so that there is also frontal bracing on the hot water radiator. If the side walls of the upper part are locked in place with those of the lower part of the holding element, the holder for home textiles is stable and safe to attach to hot water radiators, such as single-plate flat-panel radiators or multiple-plate flat-panel radiators, each with and without a cover.
  • a connecting element provided with a fastening means is used in such a way that it is supported against the front of the hot water radiator and with the aid of the counter holder arranged on the rear of the hot water radiator jammed on the hot water radiator. Due to the resilient design of the central regions of the side walls of the lower part, the upper part can be easily manually released from the lower part and thus the entire holder by compressing the side walls.
  • the holder for home textiles can be attached to hot water radiators, but especially to any surface.
  • a holding element can be attached to it.
  • the holding element consists of a hollow upper part and a hollow lower part which can be pushed into one another and the rear wall of the lower part has a first opening for receiving the hook of the connecting element and the upper part has a nose-shaped extension which extends backwards and which rests on the flat surface of the connecting element , The holding element is fastened to the connecting element by bracing the upper part with the lower part.

  • the carrying device is a carrying bar
  • the holding elements are fastened to the ground, depending on the length of the carrying bar, so far apart that at least one spread out towel can be hung between them. It is also advantageous to attach the support rods as hook support rods designed with suspension hooks. In addition to spreading textiles, textiles with loops can be hung up with them.
  • a fixing bar and correspondingly a second opening in the rear wall of the lower part are attached vertically to the hook of the connecting element, a special torsional rigidity of the connecting element on the holding element is achieved.
  • the connecting element on the side of its annular surface has a fastening means designed as a threaded pin, a fastening element adapted to the contour or shape of the substrate can be screwed into the latter. It braces the connecting element, for example, against the pipes of a bathroom radiator.
  • the connecting element is provided with a fastening means designed only as a hole, it can be passed through with a pin attached to the fastening element and secured on its front side.
  • the annular surface of the connecting element is designed as a hollow annular surface, a suction cup can be accommodated therein. Its rear pin penetrates the hole and is secured with its free end against the front of the connecting element.
  • the assignment of a suction cup to the connecting element allows it to be attached to smooth surfaces, such as tiles and glass or smooth plastic walls, without any damage to them.
  • the connecting element on its front side with a recess lying on the axis of the hole, which is larger in diameter than the diameter of the hole. A nut can be inserted into this, to which the fastening element is screwed. It is particularly advantageous to design the recess in such a way that it corresponds to the external shape of the mother or to mold the mother into it. This prevents twisting when screwing the fastening element.
  • the fastener is designed as a shaped bracket, the holder for Home textiles can be hung on doors or profile frames.
  • the support device which is designed as a support rod, can be mounted twice by means of two holding elements, the holding elements being able to be arranged both in the end region of the support rod and as desired between the ends thereof.
