Ein Sitz-Liegemöbel mit einem Gestell 2, einen an dem Gestell 2 schwenkbar angelehnten Rückenlehnenrahmen 7, einem gelenkig mit dem Rückenlehnenrahmen 7 verbundenen Rückenpolster 9 und einem aus dem Gestell 2 ausziehbaren, einen Sitzrahmen 4 mit einem Sitzpolster 5 tragenden Wagen 3 ist dadurch bestimmt, daß der ausziehbare Wagen 3 über ein in Ausziehrichtung gegenüber dem Gestell 2 beweglich am Gestell 2 geführtes Kupplungsstück 12 verbunden ist und seinerseits gegenüber dem Kupplungsstück 12 in Ausziehrichtung verschiebbar ist und daß das Rückenpolster 9 rahmenlos und die Oberseite des Kupplungsstück 12 als Auflagefläche für die Rückseite des Rückenpolsters 9 in der Liegestellung des Möbels 1 dient. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Sitz-Liegemöbel mit einem Gestell, einen an dem Gestell schwenkbar angelehnten Rückenlehnenrahmen, einem gelenkig mit dem Rückenlehnenrahmen verbundenen Rückenpolster und einem aus dem Gestell ausziehbaren, einen Sitzrahmen mit einem Sitzpolster tragenden Wagen.
Ein derartiges Sitz-Liegemöbel ist beispielsweise aus DE 44 37 326 C2 bekannt. Bei diesem Sitz-Liegemöbel ist an der Rückseite des Gestells, welches bei dem in diesem Dokument beschriebenen Gegenstand als Bettkasten ausgebildet ist, ein Rückenlehnenrahmen schwenkbar angelenkt. Der Rückenlehnenrahmen trägt an seiner von dem Gestell wegweisenden Seite eine Polsterung und befindet sich in aufrechter Stellung in der Sitzstellung des Sitz-Liegemöbels. An dem in der Sitzstellung des Sitz- und Liegemöbels aufgerichteten Rückenlehnenrahmen ist im Bereich seiner oberen, zum Gestell weisenden Kante ein Rückenpolster mittels Scharnieren angelenkt, die einerseits an dem Rückenlehnenrahmen und andererseits an einem dem Rückenpolster zugeordneten Rahmen befestigt sind. Das vorbekannte Sitz-Liegemöbel umfaßt einen Wagen, der einen Sitzrahmen mit einer Sitzpolsterung trägt. Dieser Wagen ist gegenüber dem Gestell in einer von dem Rückenlehnenrahmen weg gerichteten Bewegungsrichtung ausziehbar, um das Sitz-Liegemöbel von seiner Sitzposition in seine Liegeposition zu bringen. In der Sitzstellung des Sitz-Liegemöbels grenzt der Wagen bzw. das Sitzpolster an den Rückenlehnenrahmen und die Unterseite des Rückenpolsters liegt auf der Oberseite des Sitzpolsters auf.
Aus der Sitzstellung des Sitz-Liegemöbels wird dieses in seine Liegestellung gebracht, indem der Wagen ausgezogen, anschließend das Rückenpolster mit seinem Rahmen aufgeschwenkt und gemeinsam mit dem Rükkenlehnenrahmen auf die Oberseite des Gestells herabgeschwenkt wird. Das aus der DE 44 37 326 C2 bekannte Sitz-Liegemöbel ist als sogenannter Querschläfer konzipiert, bei dem die Schlafrichtung quer zur Auszugsrichtung und somit zur Breite des Sitz-Liegemöbels vorgesehen ist.
Von Nachteil ist bei einem solchen Sitz-Liegemöbel, daß aufgrund seiner Konzeption als Querschläfer das Sitz-Liegemöbel eine Breite aufweisen muß, die der Länge einer das Sitz-Liegemöbel liegend benutzenden Person entspricht. Daher sind diese Sitz-Liegemöbel üblicherweise 1,90 m bis 2,00 m breit. Die relativ große Länge bedingt zum einen, daß das Sitz-Liegemöbel optisch relativ mächtig wirkt und insbesondere, daß von einem Benutzer durch Anheben des Rückenpolsters mit seinem Rahmen und Absenken desselben zusammen mit dem Gewicht des Rückenlehnenrahmens und seiner Polsterung ein nicht unerhebliches Gewicht bewegt werden muß. Auch wenn ein Ausbilden der Liegefläche zumeist von jedermann durchgeführt werden kann, so bereitet jedoch das Umrüsten des Sitz-Liegemöbels von seiner Liegestellung in seine Sitzstellung mitunter Schwierigkeiten, da dann die zuvor abgesenkten Elemente angehoben werden müssen.
Unter anderem aus diesen Gründen sind sogenannte Längsschläfer entwickelt worden, bei denen die Schlafposition in Richtung der Auszugsbewegung verläuft. Aus diesem Grunde können derartige Sitz-Liegemöbel erheblich schmaler ausgebildet sein, beispielsweise auch als Ein- oder Zweisitzer. Derartige Sitz-Liegemöbel können ähnlich aufgebaut sein wie das zuvor beschriebene, jedoch ist es üblich, die einzelnen Polsterteile - Sitzrahmen, Rückenpolsterrahmen, Rückenlehnenrahmen - gelenkig miteinander zu verbinden, so daß mit der Auszugsbewegung des Wagens die weiteren Elemente in die Liege- bzw. Sitzposition gebracht werden, ohne daß durch zusätzliche Handgriffe bestimmte Elemente aufgerichtet werden müssen. Bei einer solchen gelenkigen Kopplung einzelner Elemente aneinander besteht ferner die Möglichkeit, das die Aufstellbewegung der Rückenlehne durch die Kraft eines Federelementes unterstützt ist, welche Federkraft beim Wandeln des Sitz-Liegemöbels von seiner Sitzstellung in seine Liegestellung durch das Absenken des Rückenlehnenrahmens gespeichert wird. Derartige Sitz-Liegemöbel stellen nicht unbeträchtliche Anforderungen an die eingesetzten Beschläge und sind daher aufwendig in ihrer Herstellung.
Vor dem Hintergrund des diskutierten Standes der Technik liegt der Erfindung daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein eingangs genanntes Sitz-Liegemöbel dergestalt weiterzubilden, daß dieses nicht nur ohne weiteres gewandelt werden kann, sondern welches zudem ohne einen Einsatz komplizierter Beschläge auskommt.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der ausziehbare Wagen über ein in Ausziehrichtung gegenüber dem Gestell beweglich am Gestell geführtes Kupplungsstück verbunden ist und seinerseits gegenüber dem Kupplungsstück in Ausziehrichtung verschiebbar ist und daß das Rückenpolster rahmenlos und die Oberseite des Kupplungsstück als Auflagefläche für die Rückseite des Rückenpolsters in der Liegestellung des Möbels dient.
Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Sitz-Liegemöbel ist der aus dem Gestell ausziehbare bzw. von dem Gestell abziehbare Wagen über ein Kupplungsstück mit dem Gestell verbunden. Das Kupplungsstück selbst ist am Gestell und der Wagen am Kupplungsstück in Auszugsrichtung verschieblich geführt. Dies hat zum Vorteil, daß mit einem solchen Sitz-Liegemöbel im Gegensatz zu einem sogenannten Querschläfer und die mit einem solchen Möbel nur geringe zu realisierende Liegebreite durch die teleskopartig ausziehbare Anordnung von dem Wagen und dem Kupplungsstück gegenüber dem Gestell vergrößert ist. Ferner ist das Rückenpolster des beanspruchten Sitz-Liegemöbels rahmenlos ausgebildet und hat somit nur ein geringes Gewicht. Die Oberfläche des Kupplungsstückes dient als Auflagefläche für die Rückseite des Rückenpolsters in der Liegestellung des Möbels. Somit übernimmt das Kupplungsstück in der Liegestellung des Sitz-Liegemöbels die tragende Funktion für das Rückenpolster, was beim vorbekannten Stand der Technik durch den Rückenpolsterrahmen bewerkstelligt worden ist. In der Sitzstellung des Sitz-Liegemöbels stützt sich das Rückenpolster an den Rückenlehnenrahmen ab, so daß auch in dieser Stellung ein ohnehin vorhandenes Element, nämlich der Rückenlehnenrahmen ausgenutzt wird, um dem Rückenpolster die notwendige Stabilität auch in der Sitzstellung des Sitz-Liegemöbels zu verleihen. Das rahmenlose Rückenpolster kann aufgrund seines geringes Gewichtes quasi von jedermann angehoben oder abgesenkt werden.
In einer zweckmäßigen Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, daß das Kupplungsstück nach Art eines Auflagerahmens konzipiert ist und gestellseitig als auch wagenseitig auf Kufen geführt ist. Die Auszugsbewegungen können durch gegen die jeweiligen Rahmen wirkende Anschläge begrenzt sein. Selbstverständlich können auch Rollenführungen eingesetzt sein.
Zur gelenkigen Verbindung des Rückenpolsters mit dem Rückenlehnenrahmen ist es beim Gegenstand des beanspruchten Sitz-Liegemöbels ausreichend, wenn der Bezugsstoff des Rückenpolsters an dem Rückenlehnenrahmen befestigt ist. Zum Ausgleich einer unterschiedlichen Höhe zwischen der Oberseite des Kupplungsstückes und der Oberseite des Gestells, nachdem das Kupplungsstück von dem Gestell abgezogen bzw. ausgezogen worden ist, können Scharniere eingesetzt werden, deren gestellseitig befestigter Schenkel mit Abstand zur Drehachse rechtwinklig abgewinkelt ist und mit diesen abgewinkelten Schenkel an dem Rückenlehnenrahmen befestigt sind. Der Abstand der Drehachse von der Abwinklung entspricht der Höhe, mit der die Oberseite des Kupplungsstükkes von der Oberseite des Gestells beabstandet ist. Mit einem solchen Höhenausgleich ist eine ebene Liegefläche herstellbar.
Nachfolgend ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügten Figuren beschrieben. Es zeigen:

Ein Sitz-Liegemöbel 1 umfaßt ein Gestell 2, von dem ein Wagen 3 ausziehbar ist. Auf dem Wagen 3 ist ein Sitzrahmen 4 mit einem Sitzpolster 5 angeordnet. An der Rückseite des Gestells 2 ist über Scharniere 6 ein Rückenlehnenrahmen 7 mit einer Polsterung 8 schwenkbar angelenkt. Die Polsterung 8 ist von dem Gestell 2 wegweisend an dem Rückenlehnenrahmen 7 befestigt und dient bei einer Wandelung des Sitz-Liegemöbels 1 zur Ausbildung der Liegefläche. An der zum Gestell 2 weisenden oberen vorderen Kante ist gelenkig ein rahmenloses Rückenpolster 9 angeordnet, wobei die gelenkige Verbindung zwischen dem Rückenpolster 9 und dem Rückenlehnenrahmen 7 dadurch hergestellt ist, daß der Bezugsstoff des Rückenpolsters 9 an dem Rückenlehnenrahmen 7 bzw. an der vorderen Kante des Bezugsstoffes der Polsterung 8 befestigt ist.
Das Gestell 2 verfügt über Füße 10, während der äußere Wagen 3 sich auf Rollen 11 bodenseitig abstützt.
Der Wagen 3 ist, wie aus Figur 2 ersichtlich, in der der Wagen 3 von dem Gestell 2 abgezogen dargestellt ist, über einen als Kupplungsstück dienenden Auflagerahmen 12 mit dem Gestell 2 verbunden. Der Auflagerahmen 12 ist einerseits wagenseitig auf Kufen 13 geführt, wobei der Auflagerahmen 12 über Anschläge 14 verfügt, um die Auszugsbewegung des Auflagerahmens 12 aus dem Wagen 3 zu begrenzen. In entsprechender Weise ist der Auflagerahmen 12 ebenfalls gestellseitig geführt; die diesbezüglichen Anschläge sind in Figur 2 mit dem Bezugszeichen 15 gekennzeichnet. In nicht näher dargestellter Weise weist der Auflagerahmen 12 eine innere größere Ausnehmung auf, die mit Gurten zur besseren Polsterung überspannt ist.
Die Scharniere 6, mit denen der Rückenlehnenrahmen 7 an dem Gestell 2 schwenkbar angelenkt sind, sind mit einem flachen Schenkel 16 auf der Oberseite des Gestells 2 montiert. Der andere Schenkel 17 ist abgewinkelt, wobei der abgewinkelte Abschnitt 18 an dem Rückenlehnenrahmen 7 befestigt ist. Der Abstand des abgewinkelten Abschnittes 18 von der Drehachse 19 der Scharniere 6 entspricht in etwa der Stärke des Auflagerahmens 12, damit bei einer Ausbildung einer Liegefläche eine ebene Liegefläche, wie in Figur 3 dargestellt ist, realisierbar ist. Figur 3 zeigt das Sitz-Liegemöbel 1 in seiner Liegestellung, nachdem das Rückenpolster 9 um seinen schematisiert mit dem Bezugszeichen 20 gekennzeichneten Gelenkpunkt aufgeschwenkt worden ist und anschießend das Rückenpolster 9 mit dem Rückenlehnenrahmen 8 abgesenkt worden ist.
Eine Wandlung des Sitz-Liegemöbels 1 von der in Figur 3 gezeigten Liegestellung in die in Figur 1 gezeigte Sitzstellung erfolgt entsprechend umgekehrt.
Aus der Beschreibung der Erfindung wird deutlich, daß mit dem beanspruchten Sitz-Liegemöbel nicht nur in einfacher Weise ein funktionales wandelbares Sitz-Liegemöbel herstellbar ist, sondern daß dieses auch ohne weiteres von jedermann gewandelt werden kann, ohne daß zu diesem Zweck besondere Beschläge benötigt werden würden.

Sitz-Liegemöbel mit einem Gestell (2), einen an dem Gestell (2) schwenkbar angelehnten Rückenlehnenrahmen (7), einem gelenkig mit dem Rückenlehnenrahmen (7) verbundenen Rückenpolster (9) und einem aus dem Gestell (2) ausziehbaren, einen Sitzrahmen (4) mit einem Sitzpolster (5) tragenden Wagen (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ausziehbare Wagen (3) über ein in Ausziehrichtung gegenüber dem Gestell (2) beweglich am Gestell (2) geführtes Kupplungsstück (12) verbunden ist und seinerseits gegenüber dem Kupplungsstück (12) in Ausziehrichtung verschiebbar ist und daß das Rückenpolster (9) rahmenlos und die Oberseite des Kupplungsstück (12) als Auflagefläche für die Rückseite des Rückenpolsters (9) in der Liegestellung des Möbels (1) dient.
  2. Sitz-Liegemöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kupplungsstück (12) nach Art eines Auflagerahmens konzipiert ist und einen mit Gurten überspannten Innenraum umfaßt.
  3. Sitz-Liegemöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kupplungsstück (12) gestellseitig und wagenseitig auf Kufen (13) geführt ist und die Auszugsbewegungen durch gegen die jeweiligen Rahmen wirkende Anschläge (14, 15) begrenzt ist.
  4. Sitz-Liegemöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rückenpolster (9) mittels seines Bezugsstoffes an dem Rückenlehnenrahmen (7) befestigt ist.
  5. Sitz-Liegemöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rückenlehnenrahmen (7) über Scharniere (6) gestellseitig befestigt ist, deren am Rückenlehnenrahmen (7) befestigter Schenkel (17) mit Abstand zur Drehachse (19) rechtwinklig abgewinkelt ist, wobei der Abstand der Drehachse (19) von der Abwinklung (18) der Höhe entspricht, die die Oberseite des Kupplungsstücks (12) von der Oberseite des Gestells (2) beabstandet ist.
