- the invention particularly relates to washing and subsequent Post-treatment such as rinsing and / or finishing laundry items in commercial laundries.
- Washing machines can be found in commercial laundries. in particular continuous washing machines, use rotating over a have drivable, elongated drum.
- the laundry items or others too Treating objects are fed lengthways through the drum passed through and at least washed and rinsed. If applicable equipment after washing in the washing machine Laundry.
- washing and subsequent treatment of the laundry in the washing machine is done with a treatment liquid.
- these are Water with the necessary for washing, rinsing and, if necessary, finishing Is provided.
- the washing takes place in another Treatment liquid as the subsequent rinsing instead.
- the treatment liquid with the laundry items by the individual Treatment stations in the drum in particular through the washing station and the rinsing station or the chambers formed for this purpose within the drum, passed. The result is a constant mix of different ones Treatment fluids as well as treatment fluids contaminated with dirt.
- the object of the invention is a method to wash especially laundry items, creating an individual Treatment of the laundry items is possible without a noteworthy Mixing or at least only a slight mixing of those for the respective Treatment used different treatment fluids.
- a method for solving this problem has the measures of claim 1.
- the method according to the invention is preferably used for the transition the items of laundry from the washing zone, in particular the clear washing zone, to the subsequent one Rinsing zone by putting the laundry items into the washing machine without the free washing water Rinsing zone are transferred.
- the items of laundry are preferably reloaded from the chamber or, in the case of several chambers, the last chamber of the clear wash zone to the chamber of the rinsing zone or a first chamber of a plurality of chambers having a rinsing zone without the free liquor, that is to say without those in the rinse zone existing washing liquid.
- Reloading laundry items from one treatment zone to the next Treatment zone or from one chamber to the next chamber happens expediently after the items of laundry in the chamber from which they are in the subsequent chamber can be reloaded, at least by the free fleet for the most part, preferably completely separated.
- the free liquor from the respective treatment chamber derived before the laundry items into the subsequent treatment chamber be reloaded. This ensures that there is not a remainder when reloading the free fleet is present in the chamber and together with the laundry items the subsequent chamber is reloaded.
- the Drum during the discharge of the free fleet from reloading the laundry into the adjacent treatment zone and / or chamber continue to be driven in rotation, and preferably in a washing and / or rinsing manner. in this connection part of the bound liquor is removed from the laundry.
- the bound liquor, which has been partially separated from the laundry can then be spun with the free fleet are discharged before the laundry is reloaded into the subsequent one Treatment zone and / or treatment chamber of the same.
- the further drive of Drum can go so far that it is not only during the derivation of the free Fleet is maintained; rather, also about an adjoining one Period extends, so that after deriving the free fleet from the Treatment liquid running off laundry items after the complete Drain off the actual free fleet as the free fleet can be derived.
- the method according to the invention is particularly suitable for reloading the laundry items in washing machines with a drum having chambers, the Reloading of the laundry items is carried out according to the "bottom transfer" principle.

At least one of these wheels 24 is in can be driven in a known manner.
- the drum 12 has a cylindrical shape.
- individual chambers namely washing chambers 18, rinsing chambers 19 and Finishing chambers 20.
- all washing chambers 18, Rinsing chambers 19 and equipment chambers 20 are approximately the same size, namely they extend over substantially the same length section of the drum 12.
- Each chamber has a cylinder jacket 25, which extends in the longitudinal direction extending part of the drum 12 forms. Furthermore, the drum 12 has Partitions 26. These partitions 26, which are preferably identical to one another are formed are at substantially the same distance from each other in vertical arranged to the longitudinal central axis 13 of the drum 12 planes. This is each chamber bounded by two parallel partitions 26, the opposite End faces of the respective cylinder jacket 25 to form each chamber assigned. Two successive cylinder jackets 25 different Chambers are thus separated from each other by a partition 26.
- the Partitions 26 are with the associated end faces of the cylinder jackets 25 of the connected individual chambers, and preferably welded liquid-tight. On In this way, the entire drum 12 is made up of several in the treatment direction 17 successive cylinder jackets 25 and partitions 26 are formed.
- the Cylinder jackets 25 different chambers each with a partition 26 connected with each other.
- the cylindrical outer drum 23 has a diameter which is slightly larger than is the outer diameter of the inner drum 12. It arises between the inner drum 12 and the outer drum 23 an annular space 27.

- the at least partially with the Perforation 34 provided cylinder cover 15 of the drum 12 washing and / or Rinsing liquid derived from the relevant chamber if necessary, namely be drained.
- the drum 12 is pivoted back and forth during the treatment of the laundry items driven here, the drum 12 alternately in one or the other Direction is rotated over part of its circumference.
- the drum 12 thus performs at Treatment of the laundry items 11 no circular motion.
- the openings 30 of the partitions 26th always in an upper area of the drum 12, whereby the laundry items 11 and if necessary, the treatment liquid always in the same chamber Washing zone 14, rinsing zone 15 and finishing zone 16 remain.
- the goods are reloaded Items of laundry 11 in the next chamber in the treatment direction 17.
- This Reloading of the laundry items 11 takes place according to the invention without those in the laundry items 11 non-bound treatment liquid, i.e. without the so-called free liquor. It thus only the laundry items 11 with the adhering liquid (bound Fleet) transhipped from one chamber to another, preferably during a respective break in treatment.
- the Treatment liquid in particular water, if necessary with Detergent residues and / or dirt is drained. Draining the Treatment liquid expediently takes place in the chamber from which the Items of laundry 11 are transferred to the subsequent chamber without the free liquor should.
- the cylinder section 28 assigned to the respective chambers Outer drum 23 drained the treatment liquid by moving to another Site is transported or is temporarily stored in a storage container.
- the treatment liquid is drained from the outer drum 23, the Area of the respective chamber located within the drum 12 Treatment liquid through the perforation 34 in the cylinder jacket 25 of the drum 12 in the outer drum 23, from where the treatment liquid is discharged.
- the treatment liquid is expediently discharged before the start of the Reloading the laundry 11 from the chamber in question into the next Chamber. This can be the case, for example, in the final phase of the treatment of the laundry items 11 take place.
- the drum 12 continues to rotate, in particular pivot, driven after the free fleet had already been drained from the chamber in question has been.
- the drum 12 then performs the same movements that it did Washing or rinsing the laundry items 11 performed.
- the Movements faster, with different angles of rotation and also with larger delays and / or accelerations take place. This may cause some of the items in the laundry 11 bound fleet of laundry items 11 are separated, namely like a spin cycle.
- This original bound fleet can then how the free fleet also get from the drum 12 to the outer drum 23 and there be drained.
- the items of laundry 11 are then reloaded with a reduced bound fleet.
- the transfer of the share of Treatment liquid from one chamber to another in particular from one Treatment zone to another with the lowest possible proportion of treatment liquid from the previous treatment.
- the items of laundry 11 are preferably without the free liquor and optionally with a reduced proportion of the bound liquor transhipped from the washing zone 14, especially the rinse zone located at the end of the same, towards the rinse zone 15.
