Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bilderrahmen mit zu einem Grundrahmen verbundenen Rahmenleisten und mit einer Einrichtung 2 zur Aufnahme eines Bildes 4, die innerhalb des Grundrahmens 6 mit seitlichem und rückwärtigem Abstand zu dessen Rahmenleisten 8, 10, 12 am Grundrahmen mittels Halte-/Abstandsmitteln 14, 16 anbringbar ist. Die Einrichtung 2 zur Aufnahme eines Bildes weist einen ersten, eine Glasplatte oder Klarsichtkunststoffplatte 20 und/oder ein Passepartout 22 und/oder ein Bild 4 aufnehmenden Profilrahmen 18, einen zweiten mit dem ersten Profilrahmen verbundenen, unter dem ersten Profilrahmen angeordneten Profilrahmen 24, dessen Außenabmessungen kleiner sind als die Außenabmessungen des ersten Profilrahmens, und eine die Glasplatte oder Klarsichtkunststoffplatte und/oder das Passepartout und/oder das Bild beaufschlagende Andrückplatte 26 auf. Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bilderrahmen mit zu einem Grundrahmen verbundenen Rahmenleisten gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Übliche Bilderrahmen bestehen aus einem Rahmen aus Holz-, Kunststoff- oder Metalleisten, welche eine rückseitige, am Innenrand ausgebildete Ausnehmung aufweisen, in die eine Glasplatte oder Klarsichtkunststoffplatte und/oder ein Passepartout und/oder ein Bild und/oder eine Rückwand einsetzbar ist/sind und mittels rückseitigen Halte-/Klemmitteln im Rahmen gehalten ist/sind. Bei diesen bekannten Bilderrahmen liegen die Bilder auf der Rückwand.
Es sind ferner Bilderrahmen bekannt, die eine Glas- oder Klarsichtkunststoffplatte und eine Rückwand umfassen, welche durch randseitige Klemmittel zusammengehalten werden. Bilder werden zwischen der Glas- oder Klarsichtkunststoffplatte und der Rückwand ggf. unter Verwendung eines Passepartouts angeordnet.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, einen Bilderrahmen der eingangs genannten Art so auszubilden, daß ein Bild mit rückseitigem und seitlichem Abstand zum Grundrahmen angeordnet werden kann zur Erzielung einer besonderen, räumliche Tiefe vermittelnden optischen Wirkung.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Erfindung gemäß Anspruch 1 gelöst.
Vorteilhafte und zweckmäßige Weiterbildungen der Aufgabenlösung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
Die Erfindung schafft eine Einrichtung zur Aufnahme eines Bildes, die das Bild mit einem rückwärtigen und seitlichen Abstand zu den Rahmenleisten eines bspw. aus Holzleisten bestehenden Grundrahmens am Grundrahmen so befestigt, daß bei Betrachten des Bildes der Eindruck entsteht, als schwebe das Bild innerhalb des Grundrahmens, da die Einrichtung zur Aufnahme des Bildes nicht sichtbar ist.
Die Erfindung soll nachfolgend anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert werden.

Die Zeichnung zeigt eine Einrichtung 2 zur Aufnahme eines Bildes 4, die innerhalb eines in den Fig. 2 und 3 dargestellten Grundrahmens 6 mit seitlichem und rückwärtigem Abstand zu den Rahmenleisten 8, 10, 12 mittels Halte-/Klemmitteln 14, 16 anbringbar ist.
Die Einrichtung 2 umfaßt einen ersten vorzugsweise aus einem Klarsichtkunststoff bestehenden Profilrahmen 18, welcher zur Aufnahme einer Glasplatte oder Klarsichtkunststoffplatte 20 und/oder eines Passepartouts 22 und/oder eines Bildes 4 vorgesehen ist. Die Einrichtung 2 umfaßt ferner einen zweiten vorzugsweise aus Aluminium bestehenden Profilrahmen 24, welcher mit dem ersten Profilrahmen 18 verbunden und zentriert unter diesem ersten Profilrahmen angeordnet ist. Die Außenabmessungen des zweiten Profilrahmens sind kleiner als die Außenabmessungen des ersten Profilrahmens. Die Einrichtung 2 umfaßt ferner eine die Glasplatte oder Klarsichtkunststoffplatte und/oder das Passepartout und/oder das Bild beaufschlagende Andrückplatte 26.
Die Halte-/Klemmittel 14, 16 sind in den Profilrahmen 24 einsetzbar und mit den Rahmenleisten 8, 10 des Grundrahmens 6 verbindbar. Die Halte-/Klemmittel 14, 16 sind Profilstücke aus Metall oder Kunststoff und sind wenigstens teilweise elastisch ausgebildet.
Der erste Profilrahmen 18 besteht aus etwa L-förmigen Profilleisten 28, deren einer Schenkel 30 als Auflagefläche für die Glasplatte oder Klarsichtkunststoffplatte, und/oder das Passepartout und/oder das Bild vorgesehen ist und deren anderer zweiter Schenkel 32 mit einer an seinem freien Ende angeordneten, einwärts gerichteten Abwinkelung 34 die Glasplatte oder Klarsichtkunststoffplatte und/oder das Passepartout und/oder das Bild randseitig umgreift. Der erste Schenkel 30 weist auf seiner der Glasplatte oder Klarsichtkunststoffplatte oder dem Passepartout oder dem Bild abgewandten Außenseite eine hinterschnittene Nut 36 auf, die bspw. als T-Nut oder schwalbenschwanzförmige Nut ausgebildet sein kann.
Der zweite Profilrahmen 24 besteht im wesentlichen aus Kastenprofilleisten 38, welche einen im Querschnitt rechteckförmigen Hohlraum 40 aufweisen. Die Außenwand 42 des Hohlraumes 40 weist eine auswärts zeigende Außenleiste 44 auf, deren freies Ende eine komplementär zur Nut des ersten Schenkels der L-förmigen Profilleisten ausgebildete, zur Anordnung in dieser Nut vorgesehene Abwinkelung 46 aufweist. An der Innenwand 48 des Hohlraumes 40 ist eine einwärts ragende Innenleiste 50 angeformt. Die obere Wand 52 des Hohlraumes 40 weist Abstandselemente 54 auf, welche in Höhe des ersten Schenkels des L-förmigen Profils enden und ebenfalls als Auflage für die Glasplatte oder Klarsichtkunststoffplatte und/oder das Passepartout und/oder das Bild vorgesehen sind.
Die der Glasplatte oder Klarsichtkunststoffplatte und/oder dem Passepartout oder dem Bild abgewandte untere Wandung des Hohlraumes 40 weist eine längsverlaufende Öffnung 58 auf, welche durch seitliche kurze Wandteile 60, 62 begrenzt ist.
Die Andruck-Platte 26 ist innerhalb des zweiten Profilrahmens 24 angeordnet und wird von mehreren umfangsmäßig verteilten Vorspannfedern 64 beaufschlagt, die sich randseitig zwischen der Andrückplatte und der Innenleiste 50 des zweiten Profilrahmens 24 abstützen und die Andruck-Platte gegen die Glasplatte oder Klarsichtkunststoffplatte und/oder das Passepartout und/oder das Bild drücken und damit über die Andrückplatte die Glasplatte oder Klarsichtkunststoffplatte und/oder das Passepartout und/oder das Bild gegen die Abwinkelungen 34 des ersten Profilrahmens 18 vorspannen.
Die Halte-/Klemmittel 14 sind als etwa T-förmige Profilstücke 66 ausgebildet, deren T-Balken 68 in den Hohlraum 40 der Kastenprofilleisten 38, dabei die kurzen Wandteile 60, 62 hintergreifend einführbar sind. Das eine Ende des einen Teils des T-Balkens ist als Gabel 70 ausgebildet, deren einer Schenkel 72 das eine innere kurze Wandteil 62 hintergreift und dessen anderer Schenkel 74 dieses kurze Wandteil 62 untergreift. Der T-Steg 76 des Halte-/Klemmittels 14 weist eine Abwinkelung 78 auf, die die Rahmenleiste 8, 10 des Grundrahmens 6 rückseitig übergreift, derart, daß im montierten Zustand der Innenrand 79 des Grundrahmens zwischen der Unterseite der Kastenprofilleiste 38 des zweiten Profilrahmens 24 und der Abwinkelung 78 des Halte-/Klemmittels 14 angeordnet ist. Der T-Balken 68 weist oberseitig ein elastisches Organ 80, das vorzugsweise durch Gummileisten gebildet ist, auf zum Andrücken des T-Balkens gegen die kurzen Wandteile 60, 62 des Hohlraumes 40 der Kastenprofilleisten 38 des zweiten Profilrahmens 24. Die Abwinkelung 78 greift vorzugsweise in eine innenrand- und außenseitige Ausnehmung 81 der Rahmenleisten 8, 10 ein.
Zur Herstellung eines rechteckförmigen Bilderrahmens werden vier der zu einer Einheit verbundenen, endseitig auf Gehrung geschnittenen Profilleisten 18 und 24 mit Hilfe von in die Hohlräume 40 der aneinander grenzenden Kastenprofilleisten 38 einführbaren Spreizelementen 82 (schematisch in der Fig. 2 eingezeichnet) verbunden. Die Spreizelemente 62 bestehen aus zwei übereinander liegenden Metallwinkelblechen 84, 86, deren Schenkelbreite etwa der lichten Weite des Hohlraumes 40 der Kastenprofilleisten 38 entspricht. Beide Schenkel des außen liegenden Winkelbleches 84 weisen wenigstens eine Gewindebohrung 88 auf, in die Madenschrauben 90 einschraubbar und gegen das untere Winkelblech 86 schraubbar sind, wodurch das untere Winkelblech gegen die Innenseite der oberen Wandung 52 und das obere Winkelblech 84 gegen die Innenwandung der kurzen Wandteile 60, 62 der Öffnung 58 des Hohlraumes 40 der Kastenprofilleiste 38 gedrückt und somit die beiden aneinander grenzenden Kastenprofilleisten miteinander verbunden werden.
Das Einsetzen der Einrichtung 2 in den Grundrahmen 6 kann mit Hilfe von wenigstens 4 Halte-/Klemmitteln 14 erfolgen, indem der Grundrahmen 6 und die Einrichtung 2 leicht relativ zueinander verdreht werden, so daß in den vier Eckbereichen der Einrichtung 2 Halte-/Klemmittel 14 in die Hohlräume 40 der Kastenprofilleisten 38 eindrückbar sind und durch Zurückdrehen der Innenrand 79 des Grundrahmens 6 unter die Abwinkelungen 78 der Halte-/Klemmittel 14 schiebbar sind. Es ist auch möglich, Halte-/Klemmittel 14 nur in die Hohlräume 40 von zwei benachbarten Kastenprofilleisten 38 einzusetzen, dann den Grundrahmen 6 mit zwei Seiten in diese Halte/Klemmittel einzuschieben und zur Verbindung der beiden restlichen Seiten elastische Klemmelemente 16, bspw. aus Kunststoff, vgl. Fig. 3 zu verwenden. Diese elastischen Klemmelemente 16 können auch allein ohne die Halte-/Klemmittel 14 verwendet werden.

Claims (13)

  1. Bilderrahmen mit zu einem Grundrahmen verbundenen Rahmenleisten, gekennzeichnet durch eine Einrichtung (2) zur Aufnahme eines Bildes (4), die innerhalb des Grundrahmens (6) mit seitlichem und rückwärtigem Abstand zu dessen Rahmenleisten (8, 10, 12) am Grundrahmen mittels Halte/Klemmitteln (14, 16) anbringbar ist.
  2. Bilderrahmen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (2) zur Aufnahme eines Bildes
    einen ersten, eine Glasplatte oder Klarsichtkunststoffplatte (20) und/oder ein Passepartout (22) und/oder ein Bild (4) aufnehmenden Profilrahmen (18),
    einen zweiten mit dem ersten Profilrahmen (18) verbundenen, unter dem ersten Profilrahmen (24) angeordneten Profilrahmen, dessen Außenabmessungen kleiner sind als die Außenabmessungen des ersten Profilrahmens, und
    eine die Glasplatte oder Klarsichtkunststoffplatte und/oder das Passepartout und/oder das Bild beaufschlagende Andrückplatte (26) aufweist,
    und daß die Halte-/Klemmittel (14, 16) in den zweiten Profilrahmen (24) einsetzbar und mit den Rahmenleisten (8, 10) des Grundrahmens verbindbar sind.
  3. Bilderrahmen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Profilrahmen (18) aus einem klarsichtigen Kunststoff besteht.
  4. Bilderrahmen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Profilrahmen (24) aus Metall oder Kunststoff besteht.
  5. Bilderrahmen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halte-/Klemmittel (14, 16) Profilstücke aus Metall oder Kunststoff sind.
  6. Bilderrahmen nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Profilrahmen (18) aus etwa L-förmigen Profilleisten (28) besteht, deren einer erster Schenkel (30) als Auflagefläche für die Glasplatte oder Klarsichtkunststoffplatte (20) und/oder das Passepartout (22) und/oder das Bild (4) vorgesehen ist und deren anderer zweiter Schenkel (32) mit einer an seinem freien Ende angeordneten einwärts gerichteten Abwinkelung (34) die Glasplatte oder Klarsichtkunststoffplatte und/oder das Passepartout und/oder das Bild randseitig umgreift, wobei der erste Schenkel (30) auf seiner der Glasplatte oder Klarsichtkunststoffplatte oder dem Passepartout oder dem Bild abgewandten Außenseite eine hinterschnittene Nut (36) aufweist.
  7. Bilderrahmen nach Anspruch 2, 4 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Profilrahmen (24) im wesentlichen aus Kastenprofilleisten (38) besteht, welche einen im Querschnitt rechteckförmigen Hohlraum (40) aufweisen,
    an dessen Außenwand (42) eine auswärts zeigende Außenleiste (44) angeformt ist, deren freies Ende eine komplementär zur Nut (36) des ersten Schenkels (30) der L-förmigen Profilleisten (28) ausgebildete, zur Anordnung in dieser Nut vorgesehene Abwinkelung (46) aufweist,

    auf dessen oberer Wand (52) Abstandselemente (54) angeformt sind, welche etwa in Höhe des ersten Schenkels (30) des L-förmigen Profils (28) enden und ebenfalls als Auflage für die Glasplatte oder Klarsichtkunststoffplatte und/oder das Passepartout und/oder das Bild vorgesehen sind, und
    dessen der Glasplatte oder Glaskunststoffplatte und/oder dem Passepartout oder dem Bild abgewandten unteren Wandung (56) eine längs verlaufende Öffnung (58) aufweist, welche seitlich durch kurze Wandteile (60, 62) begrenzt ist.
  8. Bilderrahmen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andrückplatte (26) innerhalb des zweiten Profilrahmens (24) angeordnet und von mehreren umfangsmäßig verteilten Vorspannfedern (64) beaufschlagt ist, welche sich randseitig zwischen der Andrückplatte (26) und der Innenleiste (50) des zweiten Profilrahmens (24) abstützen und die Andrückplatte (26) gegen die Glasplatte oder Klarsichtkunststoffplatte (20) und/oder das Passepartout (22) und/oder das Bild (4) drücken.
  9. Bilderrahmen nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 5 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halte-/Klemmittel (14) etwa T-förmige Profilstücke (66) sind, deren T-Balken (68) in den Hohlraum (40) der Kastenprofilleisten (38), die kurzen WandEnde des einen Teils des T-Balkens als Gabel (70) ausgebildet ist, deren einer Schenkel (72) das eine innere kurze Wandteil (62) hintergreift und dessen anderer Schenkel (74) dieses kurze Wandteil (62) untergreift, und dessen T-Steg (76) eine Abwinkelung (78) aufweist, die die Rahmenleiste (8, 10) des Grundrahmens (6) rückseitig übergreift, derart, daß im montierten Zustand der Innenrand (78) des Grundrahmens zwischen der Unterseite der Kastenprofilleiste (38) des zweiten Profilrahmens (24) und der Abwinkelung (78) des Halte-/Klemmittels (14) angeordnet ist, und daß der T-Balken (68) oberseitig ein elastisches Organ (80) aufweist zum Andrücken des T-Balkens (68) gegen die kurzen Wandteile (60, 62) des Hohlraumes (40) der Kastenprofilleisten (38) des zweiten Profilrahmens (24).
  10. Bilderrahmen nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Organe (80) durch Gummileisten gebildet sind.
  11. Bilderrahmen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Herstellung eines rechteckförmigen Bilderrahmens vier der zu einer Einheit verbundenen, endseitig auf Gehrung geschnittenen Profilleisten (18 und 24) mit Hilfe von in die Hohlräume (40) der aneinander grenzenden Kastenprofilleisten (38) einführbaren Spreizelementen (82) miteinander verbindbar sind.
  12. Bilderrahmen nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spreizelemente (82) aus zwei übereinander liegenden Metallwinkelblechen (84, 86) bestehen, deren Schenkelbreite etwa der lichten Weite des Hohlraumes (40) der Kastenprofilleisten (38) entspricht, wobei beide Schenkel des außen liegenden Winkelbleches (84) wenigstens eine Gewindebohrung (88) aufweisen, in die Madenschrauben (90) einschraubbar und gegen das untere Winkelblech schraubbar sind, wodurch das untere Winkelblech (86) gegen die Innenseite der oberen Wandung (52) und das obere Winkelblech (84) gegen die Innenwandung der kurzen Wandteile (60, 62) der Öffnung (58) des Hohlraumes (40) der Kastenprofilleiste (38) gedrückt und damit die beiden Kastenprofilleisten miteinander verbunden werden.
  13. Bilderrahmen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (36) eine T-Nut oder schwalbenschwanzförmige Nut ist.
