Claims (15)
- Synergistisch wirksames Ottokraftstoff-Additivgemisch, bestehend ausa) wenigstens einem Umsetzungsprodukt einer Dicarbonsäure oder eines Dicarbonsäurederivates mit einem langkettigen, aliphatischen Amin, wobei das Umsetzungsprodukt eine Verbindung der folgenden allgemeinen Formel I umfaßt: worin

- für eine Brückengruppe steht, welche ausgewählt ist unter -(CH2)n- mit n = 2-4 und -CH=CH- und welche gegebenenfalls ein- oder mehrfach mit Substituenten, ausgewählt unter Hydroxy, C1-C4-Alkyl und Hydroxy-C1-C4-alkyl substituiert ist,
- R1
- für NR3R4 steht, worin
R3 und R4 gleich oder verschieden sind und für einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten aliphatischen Rest, ausgewählt unter C8-C20-Alkyl, einfach oder mehrfach ungesättigtes C8-C20-Alkenyl, C8-C20-Alkyloxy, und einfach oder mehrfach ungesättigtes C8-C20-Alkenyloxy, stehen; oder einer der Reste R3 und R4 für H steht und der andere Rest für einen aliphatischen Rest gemäß obiger Definition steht; - R2
- für OH oder O-NH2R5R6 + steht, worin
R5 und R6 unabhängig voneinander und unabhängig von
R3 und R4 die für R3 und R4 angegebenen Bedeutungen besitzen; und
b) wenigstens einem Fettsäureester oder einer Fettsäureester enthaltenden Komponente. - Additivgemisch nach Anspruch 1, wobei es sich bei dem Dicarbonsäurederivat um ein Dicarbonsäureanhydrid handelt.
- Additivgemisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei es sich bei dem aliphatischen Amin um ein primäres oder sekundäres C8-C18-Alkyl- oder C8-C18-Alkenylamin handelt.
- Additivgemisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei es sich bei dem Fettsäureester um ein Triglycerid, gegebenenfalls im Gemisch mit dem korrespondierenden Mono- und/oder Diglycerid, handelt.
- Additivgemisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche; wobei die Fettsäureester enthaltenden Komponente ausgewählt ist unter pflanzlichen Ölen.
- Additivgemisch nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Pflanzenöl ausgewählt ist unter Rapsöl, Kokosnußöl, Palmkernöl, Maisöl, Olivenöl, Sojaöl, Sonnenblumenöl, Leinöl, Erdnußöl und Ricinusöl.
- Additivgemisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welches a) das Umsetzungsprodukt von Maleinsäureanhydrid mit Tridecylamin oder Ditridecylamin und b) Ricinusöl enthält.
- Additivgemisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welches a) und b) in einem Volumen-Verhältnis im Bereich von etwa 1:5 bis 5:1 enthält.
- Additivgemisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bestehend aus einer synergistischen Kombination der Komponenten a) und b) und zusätzlich wenigstens einem Detergensadditiv.
- Verwendung eines Additivgemischs nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Verbesserung der Schmierfähigkeit von Ottokraftstoffen und/oder zur Verbesserung der Verschleißfestigkeit von Ottomotoren.
- Otto-Kraftstoffzusammensetzung, enthaltend eine Hauptmenge eines Kohlenwasserstoffkraftstoffs, sowie eine die Schmierfähigkeit verbessernde Menge wenigstens eines Additivgemisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 sowie gegebenenfalls weitere übliche Additive oder Komponenten enthält.
- Kraftstoffzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 11, die das Additivgemisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 in einer Menge im Bereich von 10 bis 150 ppm enthält.
- Schmierstoffzusammensetzung enthaltend neben einer Hauptmenge an üblichen Schmiermitteln wenigstens ein Additivgemisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
- Ottokraftstoff-Additivkonzentrat, enthaltend ein Additivgemisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 gegebenenfalls in Kombination mit weiteren üblichen Ottokraftstoff-Additivkomponenten.
- Additivkonzentrat nach Anspruch 14, zusätzlich enthaltend wenigstens ein Detergensadditiv.
