Definitions
- the invention relates to a deposit device according to the Preamble of claim 1, and a deposit container, for use in such a deposit facility suitable is.
- a deposit facility of the type mentioned is from DE 298 11 122 U1 known. It preferably serves the unattended Receiving valuable items such as banknotes, Checks or the like at banks also outside from their business hours.
- a deposit container is said to be of one contracted transport company between the installation site a deposit facility and the credit institution transported, inserted into the deposit facility and can be removed from it without the carrier has the ability to access its content. The Removal of the deposited objects should continue as before by an employee of the credit institution.
- the object of the invention is a deposit device and propose a deposit container to be used therein, where access to the contents of the deposit container is excluded by unauthorized persons.
- the task is for the deposit facility by the Features of claim 1 and for the deposit container solved by the features of claim 5.
- the invention is based on the consideration that an unauthorized person Then access to the contents of the deposit container is not possible if its closure only by Means can be actuated that are within the deposit box are and a control of the shutter actuation is only possible indirectly.
- the closure is in the deposit container arranged motor between its closed position and its open position adjustable so that a manual adjustment from the outside is not possible.
- the motor is controlled depending on the position of the deposit container in the holding frame by one in the Control electronics arranged in deposit containers. Since none direct electrical connection from the engine to the outside world exists, the motor can not be simply put on Voltage to the motor connections. The Rather, the holding frame and the deposit container must be different are in a given spatial allocation to each other, in order to be able to transmit corresponding control signals. Furthermore, those for control electronics and the motor required electrical energy and at least the control signals controlling the motor movement wirelessly transferred to the deposit container.
- the deposit device comprises one on the deposit container arranged latch and one arranged on the holding frame Bolt trap, the bolt in the bolt trap engages as soon as the closure from its closed position is moved and the deposit container in the holding frame fixed. Conversely, the bar only becomes immediate before the closing position of the lock is reached withdrawn from the latch.
- the wireless coupling of electrical energy and the control signals are in accordance with a preferred one Expression of the invention by an on an outer wall the first electrical coil arranged in the deposit container, which with the deposit container pushed into the holding frame a second coil arranged on the holding frame adjacent and is inductively coupled to it in such a way that an inductive energy transfer from the holding frame to the control electronics arranged in the deposit container and / or control signals can take place.
- control signals between the holding frame and the deposit container exchanged via an optoelectric interface.
- Fig. 1 shows a safe 10 with a safe door 12, one this opposite rear wall 14 and side walls, of which only the rights seen from the safe door 12 Side wall 16 can be seen.
- the vault 10 In the vault 10 is a holding frame aligned parallel to the side wall 16 18 installed.
- the rear wall 14 In the rear wall 14 is an acceptance opening 20 embedded.
- an operating compartment 24 In a building wall 22, behind which Safe 10 has been installed is an operating compartment 24 installed.
- the passage opening 26 of the operating compartment 24 and the acceptance opening 20 aligned intermediate transport 28 may be provided.
- This consists of two parallel endless conveyor belts 30 built up, between whose adjacent runs the individual envelopes can be transported. Instead of the endless conveyor belts can also transport roller pairs or others Means of transport are used.
- the underside of the holding frame 18 is continuous Guide rail pair arranged with an insertion opening.
- a deposit container 70 in the direction of Arrow A can be inserted or against the direction of Arrow A can be pulled out.
- the holding frame 18 has a take-over transport 40 equipped, which is aligned with the acceptance opening 20, which is embedded in the rear wall 14 of the safe 10. Closes at the other end of the takeover transport 40 a downwardly curved guide surface 42, through the one on a transport route shown in dashed lines 44 transported envelope in the direction of the deposit container 70 is steered.
- a deposit printing device 46 inserted with the Envelopes delivered in a known manner to the individual Envelope identifying sequence numbers can be printed can.
- the takeover transport 40 is made up of two to one another parallel endless conveyor belts 48 built between the envelopes of which are adjacent to each other be transported. Instead of the endless conveyor belts also pairs of transport rollers or other means of transport for Come into play.
- the contact surface 58 is penetrated by a take-off roller 64, which engages the bottom envelope and is so rotatable that the envelope 62 in the direction of the transfer transport 40 is promoted. From there it is taken to the operating compartment 24 transported where it was taken by a user, filled with objects to be deposited and opened vice versa transported into the deposit container 70 can be.
- an opening 74 is formed through a along the Top 72 of the deposit container 70 parallel to itself even sliding closure plate 76 closable is.
- the when inserting the deposit container 70 in the Retaining frame 18 lagging wall 77 is hereinafter called Inscribed front wall. It is at least partially as Door 78 formed using a lock 80 on the front wall 77 is securely closable. For easier Handling of the deposit container 70 is on the front wall 77 a handle 82 attached.
- Threaded spindles 84 rotatably mounted (only one can be seen). A transport nut 86 is screwed onto each of these, which in turn attached to the closure plate 76 is.
- the lead screws 84 are by a motor 88 can be driven in both directions of rotation. With the Motor 88 distal end of the threaded spindles 84 is between one with the top 72 of the deposit container 70 and one from this outstanding position adjustable latch 90 arranged.
- first printed circuit board 92 Inside the deposit container 70 near its top 72 a first printed circuit board 92 is arranged which control electronics for the motor 88 and for processing of control signals and the generation of message signals wearing. There is one on the first printed circuit board 92 first electrical coil 94 and a first part of a symbolically by a laser diode and a photo transistor shown bidirectional optoelectric coupler 96 arranged. Furthermore, the first printed circuit board 92 carries one Key switch 98, the actuating element of the front wall 77 enforced.
- the first printed circuit board 92 is at a short distance one arranged in the holding frame 18 parallel to this opposite circuit board 100, on which a second Coil 102 is arranged so that both coils 94, 102 are inductive are closely linked.
- a second Coil 102 is arranged so that both coils 94, 102 are inductive are closely linked.
- an alternating voltage is applied to the second coil 102.
- This is coupled into the first coil 94 and on the first circuit board 92 in a known manner rectified.
- the other part of the optoelectric coupler 96 is arranged.
- the control electronics are now ready for operation.
- the optoelectric coupler 96 an identification signal held in the deposit container 70 queried and if it is a approved deposit container acts, a control signal "Open the closing plate” transferred to the deposit container.
- the motor 88 is opened the closure plate 76 is acted on, so that this in the in Fig. 3 with 76 'position is transferred.
- the bolt 90 goes off its lowered position shown in FIG 3 in FIG.
