Claims (19)
- Verfahren zum Umgreifen von gehalten geförderten, flachen Gegenständen (3), wobei die Gegenstände (3) von zufördernden Greifern (5) im Bereich einer ersten Kante gehalten nacheinander in einer Zuförderrichtung (Z) einer Umgreifstelle (1) zugefördert werden und in der Umgreifstelle (1) von wegfördernden Greifern (6) im Bereich einer zweiten Kante ergriffen und nacheinander in einer Wegförderrichtung (W) weggefördert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuförderrichtung (Z) und die Wegförderrichtung (W) sich im Bereiche der Umgreifstelle kreuzen und dass die Gegenstände (3) durch die zufördernden Greifer (5) im Bereiche von vorlaufenden Kanten gehalten auf eine in der Umgreifstelle (1) angeordnete Umgreifunterlage (10) gezogen und durch Öffnen der zufördernden Greifer (5) auf dieser deponiert, dann von den wegfördernden Greifern (6) oder von anderen Schiebemitteln, die im Bereiche von in Wegförderrichtung (W) nachlaufenden Kanten auf die Gegenstände (3) wirken, in Wegförderrichtung (W) über die Umgreifunterlage (10) geschoben und dann von den wegfördernden Greifern (6) in Wegförderrichtung (W) weggefördert werden, wobei die wegfördemden Greifer (6) zum Ergreifen der Gegenstände während der schiebenden Bewegung geschlossen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Kante und die zweite Kante der Gegenstände (3) miteinander einen Winkel (α) bilden und dass sich die Projektionen der Zuförderrichtung (Z) und die Wegförderrichtung (W) auf die Oberfläche der Umgreifunterlage (10) unter demselben Winkel (α) schneiden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (α) ein rechter Winkel ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände (3) sich bei der Zuförderung überlappen und mit den vorlaufenden Kanten nach oben gerichtet gefördert werden und dass die zufördemden Greifer (5) oberhalb der Umgreifunterlage (10) bewegt und mindestens im Bereich der Umgreifunterlage (10) von oben angetrieben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände (3) sich auch bei der Wegförderung überlappen und mit vorlaufenden Kanten gegen oben gerichtet gefördert werden und dass die wegfördernden Greifer (6) oder Schiebemittel im wesentlichen in der Ebene der Oberfläche der Umgreifunterlage (10) bewegt und mindestens im Bereich der Umgreifunterlage (10) von unten angetrieben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wegfördernden Greifer (6) mit den wegzufördernden Gegenständen nach Verlassen des Bereiches der Umgreifunterlage (10) um 180° um die Wegförderrichtung (W) gedreht werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände (3) durch Schiebemittel über die Umgreifunterlage (10) geschoben werden und dass sie während dieser Schiebebewegung durch die wegfördernden Greifer (6.6', 6') im Bereich von Kanten ergriffen werden, die parallel zur Wegförderrichtung ausgerichtet sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände während ihrer Deponierung auf der Umgreifunterlage (10) und/oder während ihrer geschobenen Bewegung über die Umgreifunterlage (10) seitlich ausgerichtet werden.

- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zufördervorrichtung (20) und die Wegfördervorrichtung (30) derart angeordnet sind, dass sich die Projektionen der Zuförderrichtung (Z) und der Wegförderrichtung (W) auf der Oberfläche der Umgreifunterlage (10) unter einem Winkel (α) von 90° schneiden.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umgreifunterlage (10) mindestens zwei in Wegförderrichtung (W) ausgerichtete und voneinander beabstandete Parallelteile (10.1 und 10.2) aufweist und dass die Wegfördervorrichtung (30) derart ausgestaltet und angeordnet ist, dass die wegfördernden Greifer (6) sich im wesentlichen in der Ebene der Oberfläche der Umgreifunterlage (10) bewegen und durch den Abstand zwischen den Parallelteilen (10.1 und 10.2) hindurch angetrieben werden.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umgreifunterlage (10) mindestens zwei in Wegförderrichtung (W) ausgerichtete und voneinander beabstandete Parallelteile (10.1 und 10.2) aufweist, dass die Einrichtung ferner Schiebemittel aufweist, die über die Oberfläche der Umgreifunterlage (10) ragend und durch den Abstand zwischen den Parallelteilen (10.1, 10.2) angetrieben in Wegförderrichtung (W) bewegt werden und dass die Wegfördervorrichtung (30) derart angeordnet ist, dass die wegfördernden Greifer (6) gegenüber den Schiebemitteln seitlich versetzt sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zufördervorrichtung (20) derart ausgestaltet und angeordnet ist, dass die zufördernden Greifer (5) sich mindestens im Bereich der Umgreifstelle (1) über der Oberfläche der Umgreifunterlage bewegen und von oben angetrieben werden.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuermittel Kulissen sind und dass die zufördernden und/oder die wegfördernden Greifer (5, 6) Steuerrollen aufweisen, die auf den Kulissen abrollen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umgreifunterlage (10) zuförderungsseitig eine Auffahrrampe (24) zur Verzögerung der unteren Bereiche von hängend zugeförderten Gegenständen (3) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner Ausrichtmittel (11.1, 11.2, 40) zum seitlichen Ausrichten mindestens der vorlaufenden Teile der Gegenstände (3) während der Deponierung auf der Umgreifunterlage (10) und/oder während der geschobenen Bewegung über die Umgreifunterlage (10) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner ein Bremsmittel (22) aufweist zum Bremsen der Gegenstände (3), wenn sie von den zufördernden Greifern (5) losgelassen werden.
- Verwendung des Verfahrens gemäss Anspruch 1 oder der Einrichtung gemäss Anspruch 10 zum Umgreifen von rechteckigen Druckprodukten von einer im Bereich einer längeren Kante gehaltenen Förderung zu einer im Bereich einer kürzeren Kante gehaltenen Förderung oder umgekehrt.
