Eine Schliessfachanordnung zur Aufbewahrung und Abgabe von Gegenständen hat eine Vielzahl von quaderförmigen Fächern (12), die jeweils durch eine verriegelbare Klappe (14) verschliessbar sind, und eine Bedien- und Steuereinheit mit einem Bedienfeld und einer Datenverarbeitungseinheit (32) zum Verwalten der Fächer (12) und zum Steuern von Verriegelungseinrichtungen (70) für die jeweiligen Klappen. Den Fächern (12) sind mobile elektrische Kühlboxen (36) zugeordnet, wobei jedes Fach (12) einen mit einer Stromversorgung (34) verbundenen elektrischen Anschluss (52) zum Versorgen einer in das Fach (12) einschiebbaren Kühlbox (36) hat.

Description

Schließfachanordnunq zur Aufbewahrung und Abgabe von Gegenständen
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schließfachanordnung zur Aufbewahrung und Abgabe von Gegenständen, umfassend eine Vielzahl von quaderförmigen Fächern, die jeweils durch eine verriegelbare Klappe verschließbar sind, und eine Bedien- und Steuereinheit mit einem Bedienfeld und einer Datenverarbeitungseinheit zur Verwaltung der Fächer und zum Steuern von Verriegelungseinrichtungen, die den jeweiligen Klappen zugeordnet sind.
Eine Schließfachanordnung der vorstehend genannten Art ist beispielsweise aus der DE 197 16 138 A bekannt. Eine solche Schließfachanordnung ist in erster Linie zum Verkauf von Waren bestimmt, die der Kunde beispielsweise fernmündlich bestellen kann. Die Waren werden dann von der Lieferfirma in der Schließfachanordnung abgelegt, wo sie der Kunde abholen kann. Hierzu muß er sich an der Bedien- und Steuereinheit identifizieren und/oder die Waren in an sich bekannter Weise bar bezahlen. Ist auf diese Weise sichergestellt, daß die Lieferfirma ihr Geld erhält und nur der berechtigte Kunde Zugriff zu dem Fach mit den bestellten Waren erhält, wird die Verriegelungseinrichtung des betreffenden Faches freigeschaltet, so daß der Kunde die Waren entnehmen kann.
Probleme bereitet bei diesen Anordnungen der Vertrieb von leicht verderblichen Lebensmitteln, die gekühlt werden müssen. Bei der Anordnung gemäß der DE 197 16 138 A wird ein die Fächer enthaltendes Regal in ein Gehäuse eingeschoben, das insgesamt kühlbar ist und auf seiner Vorderseite den Zugriff zu den einzelnen Fächern ermöglichende Klappen hat. Nachteilig an dieser Lösung ist, daß das gesamte Gehäuse gekühlt werden muß, auch wenn sich nur in einem Teil der Fächer Gegenstände befinden, die gekühlt werden müssen.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Schließfachanordnung der eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, die es mit einfachen Mittel erlaubt, nur die Waren zu kühlen, die dies auch benötigen. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß den Fächern mobile elektrische Kühlboxen zugeordnet sind und daß jedes Fach einen mit einer Stromversorgung verbundenen elektrischen Anschluß zum Versorgen einer in das Fach einschiebbaren Kühlbox hat.
Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Schließfachanordnung kann jedes Fach also wahlweise zur Aufnahme von zu kühlenden oder nicht zu kühlenden Waren genutzt werden. Sollen leicht verderbliche Lebensmittel in dem Fach aufbewahrt werden, so werden sie in die Kühlbox gepackt. Diese wird in das Fach eingeschoben und mit dem Anschluß verbunden, so daß die Waren in der erforderlichen Weise gekühlt werden. Dabei können unterschiedliche Kühlstufen einstellbar sein, so daß normale Lebensmittel, aber auch Tiefkühlkost zumindest für eine begrenzte Zeit aufbewahrt werden kann. Ist dies nicht erforderlich, werden die Waren direkt in dem Fach abgelegt. Dadurch reduziert sich der Kühlaufwand für die Schiießfachanordnung gegenüber der bekannten Lösung erheblich.
Vorzugsweise ist der elektrische Anschluß im jeweiligen Fach ein Steckerteil, daß mit einem komplementären Gegensteckerteil an der Kühlbox verbindbar ist, so daß die Herstellung der elektrischen Verbindung außerordentlich einfach ist. Beispielsweise kann das Steckerteil an der Fachrückwand angeordnet sein, so daß durch das Hineinschieben bzw. Herausziehen der Kühlbox die Steckverbindung hergestellt bzw. unterbrochen werden kann.
Um zu vermeiden, daß ein Kunde die Kühlbox ohne Genehmigung durch den Lieferanten einfach mitnimmt, ist vorzugsweise in jedem Fach eine mittels der Datenverarbeitungseinheit steuerbare Arretiervorrichtung zum Arretieren einer in das jeweilige Fach eingeschobenen Kühlbvox vorgesehen. Im Gegensatz zu einer rein mechanischen Arretierung bietet dies die Möglichkeit, daß der Kunde die Kühlbox mitnehmen kann, wenn er vorher beispielsweise zugleich mit seiner Identifizierung und Entrichtung des Kaufpreises eine Pfandgebühr für die Kühlbox bezahlt hat. Benötigt er die Kühlbox nicht, kann er die Waren einfach aus der Kühlbox entnehmen.
Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist das Steckerteil in dem jeweiligen Fach eine in Kfz-Innenräumen verwendete Steckerbuchse und die Stromversorgung liefert eine der üblichen Kfz-Bordspannung entsprechende Spannung. Dies bietet die Möglichkeit für den Kunden, die Kühlbox mitzunehmen und beispielsweise über die Steckerbuchse für den Zigarettenanzünder an das Bordnetz anzuschließen. Dies ist insbesondere in ländlichen Gebieten von Vorteil, wo die Kunden oft noch einen längeren Weg bis nach Hause zurückzulegen haben.
Um das Anschließen der Kühlbox an die Bordsteckdose des Kfzs zu erleichtem, ist der Gegenstecker an der Kühlbox zweckmäßigerweise über ein Anschlußkabel mit dem Kühlaggregat der Kühlbox verbunden. Um auf der anderen Seite auch in diesem Fall die Möglichkeit zu erhalten, die Kühlbox allein durch das Einschieben in das Fach mit dem elektrischen Anschluß des Faches zu verbinden, ist es zweckmäßig, wenn die Kühlbox ein Aufnahmefach für das Anschlußkabel hat und der Gegenstecker an einer Kühlboxaußenwaπd arretierbar ist. Für die Herstellung der Steckverbindung zwischen der Kühlbox und dem elektrischen Anschluß des Faches wird der Gegenstecker an der Kühlboxaußenwand arretiert. Wenn der Kunde die Kühlbox mitnimmt und an die Bordsteckdose seines Kfz anschließen will, löst er die Arretierung und kann so die Länge des Anschlußkabels nutzen.
Vorzugsweise ist in der Leitung zwischen der Stromversorgung der Schließfachanordnung oder des jeweiligen Faches und dem Steckerteil des jeweiligen Faches ein Schalter angeordnet, der von der Bedien- und Steuereinheit steuerbar ist. In dem Moment, wo der Kunde die Waren aus der in dem Fach verbliebenen Kühlbox entnommen hat, kann diese somit abgeschaltet oder mit verminderter Kühlleistung betrieben werden, um Energie zu sparen.
Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der folgenden Beschreibung, welche in Verbindung mit den beigefügten Zeichnungen die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles erläutert. Es zeigen:
Figur 1 eine schematische Frontansicht einer erfindungsgemäßen Schließfachanordnung und
Figur 2 eine schematische, teilweise geschnittene Seitenansicht eines einzelnen Schließfaches mit einer darin angeordneten Kühlbox.
Die in Figur 1 dargestellte allgemein mit 10 bezeichnete Schließfachanordnung enthält eine Vielzahl quaderförmiger Fächer 12, die jeweils durch eine Tür oder Klappe 14 verschließbar sind, sowie eine Bedien- und Steuereinheit 16. Die Schließfächer 12 können Teil eines einzigen Regals sein oder auch jeweils von einer Box gebildet sein, wobei die gesamte Anordnung durch das Aufeinanderstapeln dieser Boxen gebildet ist.
Die Bedien- und Steuereinheit 16 hat ein Bedienfeld 18 mit einer Anzeigeeinrichtung 20, einer Tastatur 22, einem Eingabeschlitz 24 für Kredit- und/oder Ideπtifizierungskarten, Eingabeschlitzen 26 und 28 für Münzgeld bzw. Geldscheine und einem Geldrückgabefach 30. In dem Bedien- und Steuerteil sind ferner eine Datenverarbeitungseinrichtung 32 und eine Stromversorgung 34 gestrichelt angedeutet. Die vorstehend beschriebenen Teile sind bei Verkaufsautomaten an sich bekannt und brauchen daher nicht näher erläutert zu werden.
Figur 2 zeigt ein einzelnes Fach mit einer darin angeordneten elektrischen Kühlbox 36. Diese besteht aus einem kastenförmigen Gehäuse 38, das in seinem unteren Teil einen Raum 40 für ein nicht dargestelltes Kühlaggregat und ein Aufnahmefach 42 für ein Anschlußkabel 44 enthält und an seiner Frontseite durch eine Tür 46 verschlossen ist.
Das Anschlußkabel 44 verbindet das Kühlaggregat mit einem Stecker 48, der in eine an der Rückwand 50 des Faches 12 angeordnete Steckerbuchse 52 eingesteckt ist. Bei dieser Steckerbuchse handelt es sich um eine Buchse, wie sie beispielsweise für Zigarettenanzünder in Kraftfahrzeugen installiert ist. An diese Steckerbuchsen für Zigarettenanzünder sind auch andere Elektrogeräte anschließbar, die mit der Bordspannung eines Kfz, üblicherweise 12 oder 24 Volt betrieben werden können.
Die Steckerbuchse 52 ist mit der Stromversorgung 34 über eine Leitung 54 und einen Schalter 56 verbunden, der seinerseits über eine Steuerleitung 58 mit der Datenverarbeitungseinheit 32 verbunden ist und durch diese gesteuert, zumindest aber geöffnet und geschlossen werden kann.
Nach dem Einschieben in das Fach 12 wird die Kühlbox 36 in dem Fach 12 arretiert. Eine hierzu geeignete Arretiervorrichtung ist beispielsweise an der Rückwand 50 des Faches angeordnet und umfaßt in dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel einen Rasthacken 60, der in einer an der Rückwand der Kühlbox 36 angeordnete Öse 62 eingreift und durch einen nicht näher dargestellten Stellmechanismus, beispielsweise einen Elektromagneten 64 in eine Freigabestellung bewegt werden kann. Dieser Stellmechanismus 64 steht über eine Steuerleitung 66 mit der Datenverarbeitungseinheit 32 in Verbindung, die ferner über eine Steuerleitung 68 auch einen Verr egelungsmechanismus 70 zum Verriegeln der Klappe 14 des Faches 12 steuert.
In der Schließfachanordnung befindet sich ferner ein Gebläse 72, dessen Ansaugöffnung über nicht dargestellte Leitungen mit den Fächern 12 verbunden ist, um diese zu entlüften. In den Klappen 14 sind jeweils Belüftungsöffnungen 74 ausgebildet, durch die Umgebungsluft in die Fächer 12 eintreten kann.
Die soweit beschriebene Anordnung arbeitet folgendermaßen:
Die zu kühlenden Waren befinden sich in der Kühlbox 36, die ihrerseits in dem Fach 12 angeordnet ist, wie dies in Figur 2 dargestellt ist. Dabei ist das Kühlaggregat über die Steckverbindung 48, 52 und die Leitung 54 an die Stromversorgung 34 angeschlossen. Der Schalter 56 ist geschlossen, so daß das Kühlaggregat arbeiten kann. Die Kühlbox ist über die Arretiervorrichtung 60, 62, 64 in dem Fach 12 arretiert.
Wenn der Kunde die Ware vorbestellt hat, muß er sich zunächst an der Bedieneinheit 16 identifizieren, damit nicht ein anderer Kunde die vorbestellten Waren mitnimmt. Sofern der Preis für die Ware nicht schon von einem Kundenkonto abgebucht wurde, geschieht dies bei der Identifizierung oder der Kunde entrichtet den Kaufpreis in bar mit Hilfe der Einrichtung 26, 28, 30. Nachdem sich der Kunde indentifiziert hat und sichergestellt wurde, daß der Lieferant seinen Kaufpreis erhält oder erhalten hat, wird dem Kunden das Fach mittels der Anzeigevorrichtung angezeigt und die Verriegelungsvorrichtung 70 aufgesteuert, so daß der Kunde die Waren nach dem Öffnen der Klappe 14 und der Kühlboxtür 46 aus der Kühlbox 36 entnehmen kann. Möchte der Kunde die Kühlbox insgesamt mitnehmen, um die Waren auch während des Transportes kühl zu halten, so muß er dies der Bedieneinheit 16 über das Bedienfeld mitteilen. Nach Entrichten einer Pfandgebühr, was ebenfalls durch Abbuchung vom Konto oder bar geschehen kann, steuert die Datenverarbeitungseinheit 32 den Arretiermechanismus 64 und damit den Haken 60 in eine Freigabestellung, so daß die Kühlbox 36 aus dem Fach 12 entnommen werden kann, wobei gleichzeitig die Steckverbindung 48, 52 unterbrochen wird. Der Kunde schließt die Klappe 14 des Faches 12, löst den Stecker 48, der beispielsweise mit Hilfe eines Bajonett-Verschlusses an der Rückwand der Kühlbox 36 gehalten ist, von der Kühlbox und zieht das Anschlußkabel 44 aus dem Aufnahmefach 42 heraus, so daß er den Stecker 48 bequem in die Steckerbuchse des Zigarettenanzünders in seinem Kfz einstecken kann.
Ist die Kühlbox 36 dagegen im Fach verblieben, so steuert die Dateπverarbeitungseinheit 32 den Schalter 56 so, daß die Leitung 54 zu der Kühlbox 36 unterbrochen und das Kühlaggregat abgeschaltet wird.

Claims

P a t e n t a n s p r ü c h e
1. Schließfachanordπung zur Aufbewahrung und Abgabe von Gegenständen, umfassend eine Vielzahl von quaderförmigen Fächern (12), die jeweils durch eine verriegelbare Klappe (14) verschließbar sind, und eine Bedien- und Steuerteinheit (16) mit einem Bedienfeld (18) und einer Datenverarbeitungseinheit (32) zum Verwalten der Fächer (12) und zum Steuern von Verriegelungseinrichtungen (70), die den jeweiligen Klappen (14) zugeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Fächern (12) mobile elektrische Kühlboxen (36) zugeordnet sind und daß jedes Fach (12) einen mit einer Stromversorgung (34) verbundenen elektrischen Anschluß (52) zum Versorgen einer in das Fach (12) einschiebbaren Kühlbox (36) hat.
2. Schließfachanordnung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der elektrische Anschluß (52) in dem jeweiligen Fach (12) ein Steckerteil ist, das mit einem komplementären Gegensteckerteil (48) an der Kühlbox (36) verbindbar ist.
3. Schließfachanordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steckerteil (52) an der Fachrückwand (50) angeordnet ist.
4. Schließfachanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jedem Fach (12) eine mittels der Datenverarbeitungseinheit (32) steuerbare Arretiervorrichtung (64, 60) zum Arretieren einer in das jeweilige Fach (12) eingeschobenen Kühlbox (36) vorgesehen ist.
5. Schließfachanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steckerteil (52) eine in Kfz-Innenräumen verwendete Steckerbuchse ist und daß die Stromversorgung (34) eine der üblichen Kfz-Bordspannung entsprechende Spannung abgibt.
6. Schließfachanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gegenstecker (48) an der Kühlbox (36) über ein Anschlußkabel (44) mit dem Kühlaggregat der Kühlbox (36) verbunden ist.
7. Schließfachanordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühlbox (36) ein Aufnahmefach (42) für das Anschlußkabel (44) hat und daß der Gegenstecker (48) an einer Kühlboxaußenwand arretierbar ist.
8. Schließfachanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Leitung (54) zwischen der zentralen Stromversorgung (34) und dem Steckerteil (52) des jeweiligen Faches (12) ein Schalter (56) angeordnet ist, der von der Bedien- und Steuereinheit (16) steuerbar ist.
9. Schließfachanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine mit jedem Fach verbundene Absaugeinrichtung (72) zum Entlüften der Fächer (12) hat, wobei jedes Fach (12) über eine Belüftungsöffnung (74) mit der Umgebung verbunden ist.
