- le tissu est réalisé selon une armure unie ou dérivée de l'uni, la densité en chaíne et en trame étant de préférence équilibrée ;
- les fils de chaíne ou de trame sont fragilisés ou coupés individuellement à intervalles prédéterminés sans détérioration notable des caractéristiques des fils de trame ou de chaíne situés en dessous de la zone de fragilisation ou de coupe;
- les zones de fragilisation ou de découpe d'une série de fils du tissu sont réalisées avec un décochement latéral et vertical entre deux fils ou groupes de fils consécutifs.
- à réaliser un tissu chaíne et trame à partir de mèches sans torsion de filaments continus à usage technique,
- à associer ce tissu éventuellement avec un mat fibreux,
- deux cylindres entraínés en synchronisme avec le déplacement du tissu ;
- l'un des cylindres comportant à sa surface une série de lames dont la largeur correspond sensiblement à la largeur des fils (ou groupes) à découper, lesdites lames étant décalées les unes par rapport aux autres, tant latéralement que circonférentiellement selon un dessin reproduisant une armure de type « satin ».

Claims (8)
- Matériau textile en nappe constitué par un tissu chaíne et trame réalisé à partir de mèches sans torsion de filaments continus à usage technique (verre, carbone, aramide..), caractérisé en ce que :le tissu est réalisé selon une armure unie ou dérivée de l'uni, la densité en chaíne (C) et en trame (T) étant équilibrée ;les fils de chaíne (C) ou de trame (T) sont fragilisés ou coupés individuellement à intervalles prédéterminés sans détérioration notable des caractéristiques des fils de trame ou de chaíne situés en dessous de la zone de fragilisation ou de coupe;les zones de fragilisation ou de découpe d'une série de fils du tissu (C) ou (T) sont réalisées avec un décochement latéral et vertical entre deux fils consécutifs.
- Matériau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les mèches de filaments constituant la chaíne (C) et la trame (T) se présentent sous la forme de rubans aplatis, de grande largeur par rapport à l'épaisseur.
- Matériau selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la largeur des mèches de filaments est comprise entre 3 mm et 15 mm, tant dans le sens chaíne que dans le sens trame alors que l'épaisseur est avantageusement comprise entre 0,3 mm et 3 mm.
- Matériau selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'intervalle compris entre deux zones de fragilisation sur un fil donné est compris entre 5 et 30 cm, ces zones étant décalées d'un fil au fil qui lui est adjacent.
- Matériau selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est associé à une nappe fibreuse à base de fibres discontinues, la liaison des deux composants étant obtenue par couture/tricotage, les colonnes de mailles s'étendant parallèlement entre les fils de chaíne, de part et d'autre de chaque fil.
- Procédé pour la réalisation d'un matériau selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, qui consiste :à réaliser un tissu chaíne et trame à partir de mèches sans torsion de filaments continus à usage technique,à associer ce tissu éventuellement avec un mat fibreux,
- Installation pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend, disposé entre un poste d'alimentation (1) et un poste de réception (2), un ensemble (3) permettant de réaliser la découpe des fils de chaíne (C) ou de trame (T) du tissu, à intervalles réguliers et de manière décalée d'un fil au fil voisin, ledit ensemble comprenant :deux cylindres (4,5) entraínés en synchronisme avec le déplacement du tissu ;l'un des cylindres (5) comportant à sa surface une série de lames (7) dont la largeur correspond sensiblement à la largeur des fils à découper, lesdites lames (6) étant décalées les unes par rapport aux autres, tant latéralement que circonférentiellement selon un dessin reproduisant une armure « satin ».
- Installation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le contre-cylindre (4) est revêtu d'une couche de caoutchouc ou élastomère, la pression entre les deux cylindres (4,5) étant réglable.
