Abstract

본 발명은 슬릭핑 백, 이불, 의류, 천을 씌운 가구 및 매트리스 표면과 같은 품목에 사용하기 위한, 화섬면(fiberfill butt) 및 이 화섬면의 하나 이상의 측면과 접한 내화성 아라미드 섬유층을 포함하는 내화성 물질에 관한 것이다. 상기 화섬면은 폴리에스테르 섬유 또는 폴리올레핀 섬유일 수 있는 합성 섬유를 포함할 수 있다. 그렇지 않으면 상기 화섬면은 천연섬유를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 아라미드 섬유층은 폴리(m-페닐렌 이소프탈아미드) 섬유, 폴리(p-페닐렌 테레프탈아미드) 섬유 또는 폴리(m-페닐렌 이소프탈아미드)와 폴리(p-페닐렌 테레프탈아미드) 섬유의 블렌드를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 아라미드 섬유층은 화섬면에 니이들-펀칭(needle-punching)되거나, 하이드로인탱글린(hydro-entangling)되거나, 또는 적층화(laminating)될 수 있다.

Claims (19)

  1. (a) 화섬면(fiberfill batt) ; 및 (b) 상기 화섬면의 하나이상의 측면과 접하는 내화성 아라미드 섬유층을 포함하는 내화성 물질.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아라미드 섬유층이 상기 화섬면의 한 측면과 접하는 내화성 물질.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아라미드 섬유층이 상기 화섬면의 양 측면과 접하는 내화성 물질.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화섬면이 합성 섬유를 포함하는 내화성 물질.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 합성 섬유가 폴리에스테르 화섬면 또는 폴리올레핀 섬유중의 하나를 포함하는 내화성 물질.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화섬면이 천연 섬유를 포함하는 내화성 물질.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화섬면이 유연화된(slickened) 내화성 물질.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아라미드 섬유층이 폴리(m-페닐렌 이소프탈아미드) 섬유, 폴리(p-페닐렌 테레프탈아미드) 섬유 또는 폴리(m-페닐렌 이소프탈아미드)와 폴리(p-페닐렌 이소프탈아미드) 섬유의 블렌드 중의 하나를 포함하는 내화성 물질.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 아라미드 섬유층이 직포(woven fabric)를 포함하는 내화성 물질.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 아라미드 섬유층이 부직포(non-woven fabric)를 포함하는 내화성 물질.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 부직포가 니이들-펀치된 직물(needle-punched fabric)을 포함하는 내화성 물질.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 부직포가 하이드로인탱글된 직물(hydroentangled fabric)을 포함하는 내화성 물질.
  13. 화섬면의 하나 이상의 측면을 아라미드 섬유층과 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는, 내화성 물질의 제조 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 접촉 단계가 아라미드 섬유층을 화섬면 위에 배치시킴을 포함하는 방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 접촉 단계가 아라미드 섬유층을 화섬면 층으로 니이들-펀칭시킴을 포함하는 방법.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 접촉 단계가 아라미드 섬유층을 화섬면에 하이드로인탱글링시킴을 포함하는 방법.
  17. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 접촉 단계가 아라미드 섬유층을 화섬면으로 적층화(laminate)시킴을 포함하는 방법.
