Claims (19)
- Leckschutzauskleidung für Tanks zur Lagerung von wassergefährdenden Medien, bestehend aus mindestens einer druckstabilen, hohlraumbildenden Einlage und mindestens einer auf dieser Einlage aufliegenden medien resistenten Folie oder Bahn aus Kunststoff, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Eckbereich zwischen der Tankwandung (1) und dem Tankboden (2) umlaufend ein Befestigungswinkel (4) mit einem parallel zur Tankwandung (1) verlaufenden Schenkel (4a) und einem parallel zum Tankboden (2) verlaufenden Schenkel (4b, 4c) lagefixiert angeordnet ist, wobei der parallel zur Tankwandung (1) verlaufende Schenkel (4a) stabil ausgebildet ist und mediendicht mit der Tankwandung (1) verbunden ist, zwischen dem Befestigungswinkel (4) und den zu diesem benachbarten Wand- und Bodenabschnitten des Tanks ein zur Leckageüberwachung geeigneter Hohlraum (7) angeordnet ist, die bodenseitige hohlraumbildende Einlage (3) entweder den gesamten Tankboden (2) oder den Tankbodenbereich außerhalb des parallel zum Tankboden (2) verlaufenden Schenkels (4b, 4c) des Befestigungswinkels (4) bedeckt und die auf der hohlraumbildenden Einlage (3) aufliegende Folie oder Bahn (5) an dem parallel zum Tankboden (2) verlaufenden Schenkel (4b, 4c) des Befestigungswinkels (4) mediendicht befestigt ist.
- Leckschutzauskleidung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der umlaufende Befestigungswinkel (4) aus mehreren Einzelteilen (4', 4", 4a, 4b, 4c) besteht, die nach der Montage mediendicht miteinander verbunden sind.
- Leckschutzauskleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Tankwandung (1), im Bereich des parallel zur Tankwandung (1) verlaufenden Schenkels (4a) des Befestigungswinkels (4) Anschlußstutzen (10, 11) für eine Leckageüberwachungseinrichtung vorgesehen sind.
- Leckschutzauskleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Tankboden (2) Anschlußstutzen (11) für eine Leckageüberwachungseinrichtung vorgesehen sind.
- Leckschutzauskleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Bildung des Hohlraumes (7) zwischen dem Befestigungswinkel (4) und den zu diesem benachbarten Wand- und Bodenabschnitten des Tanks Abstandshalter (6) oder zwischen dem Befestigungswinkel (4) und den zu diesem benachbarten Wandabschnitten des Tanks eine Einlage (14) angeordnet sind.
- Leckschutzauskleidung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erforderlichen Abstandshalter (6) an dem Befestigungswinkel (4) angeformt sind.
- Leckschutzauskleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der parallel zum Tankboden (2) verlaufende Schenkel (4b) am Tankboden (2) fixiert ist.
- Leckschutzauskleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der parallel zum Tankboden (2) verlaufende Schenkel (4b) des Befestigungswinkels (4) im Einbauzustand in etwa gleicher Höhe wie die hohlraumbildende Einlage (7) angeordnet ist.
- Leckschutzauskleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schenkel (4a, 4b, 4c) des Befestigungswinkels (4) aus identischen oder unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen bestehen.
- Leckschutzauskleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der parallel zum Tankboden (2) verlaufende Schenkel als flexibler Lappen (4c) ausgebildet ist, der mit dem parallel zur Tankwandung (1) verlaufenden Schenkel (4a) verbunden ist
- Leckschutzauskleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem parallel zum Tankboden (2) verlaufenden Schenkel (4b, 4c) eine kleb-, verschweiß- oder vulkanisierbare Kunststoffschicht (13) angebracht ist, mit der die auf der Einlage (3) aufliegende Folie oder Bahn (5) mediendicht verbunden ist.
- Leckschutzauskleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der parallel zum Tankboden (2) verlaufende Schenkel (4b) als stabiles Bauteil ausgebildet ist und in einem festgelegten Abstand zur Tankwandung (1) mit nach oben vorstehenden Befestigungsbolzen (17a) ausgerüstet ist, auf die eine elastische Unterlage (17b), auf dieser aufliegend die Folie (5) und anschließend ein Dichtungsband (17c) aufgesteckt sind, die mittels sich über mehrere Bolzen (17a) erstreckende Klemmschienen (17d) unter Druckspannung medien dicht arretiert sind.
- Leckschutzauskleidung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bolzen (17a) als Gewindebolzen ausgebildet sind und die Klemmschienen (17d) mittels unter Federbelastung stehender Befestigungsmuttern (17g) arretiert sind.
- Verfahren zur Ausrüstung eines Tanks mit einer Leckschutzauskleidung, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:a) Anordnung eines umlaufenden Befestigungswinkels (4) im Eckbereich des Tanks, zwischen Tankwandung (1) und Tankboden (2) in einem definierten Abstand zur Tankwandung (1) und zum Tankboden (2), um den für eine Leckageüberwachung erforderlichen Hohlraum (7) zu bilden,b) mediendichte Befestigung des parallel zur Tankwandung (1) verlaufenden Schenkels (4a) des Befestigungswinkels (4) an derTankwandung (1) durch Kleben oder Schweißen,c) Auflegen einer den gesamten Tankboden (2) oder den Tankbodenbereich zwischen dem umlaufenden, parallel zum Tankboden (2) verlaufenden Schenkel (4b, 4c) des Befestigungswinkels (4) bedeckenden hohlraumbildenden Einlage (3) auf den Tankboden (2),d) Vorbereitung mindestens einer Folie oder Bahn (5) als Zuschnitt in den entsprechenden Abmessungen zur mediendichten Abdeckung des Tankbodens (2), wobei der Zuschnitt so bemessen wird, daß der parallel zum Tankboden (2) verlaufende Schenkel (4b, 4c) des Befestigungswinkels (4) überlappt wird,e) Auflegen der zugeschnittenen Folie oder Bahn (5) auf die Einlage (3) und Befestigung der Überlappungsbereiche der Folie oder Bahn (5) an dem parallel zum Tankboden (2) verlaufenden Schenkel (4b, 4c) des Befestigungswinkels (4) durch Schweißen, Kleben, Vulkanisation oder mittels einer mechanischen Klemmvorrichtung (17) undf) Montage einer Leckageüberwachungseinrichtung.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der umlaufende Befestigungswinkel (4) während der Montage im Tank aus mehreren Einzelteilen (4', 4", 4a, 4b, 4c) zusammengesetzt wird, die mediendicht miteinander verbunden werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der parallel zum Tankboden (2) verlaufende Schenkel (4b, 4c) vor dem Verschweißen der Einzelteile (4',4") des Befestigungswinkels (4) am Tankboden (2) lagefixiert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Nachrüstung des Tanks als erster Verfahrensschritt eine Dichtheitsprüfung der auszukleidenden Bereiches durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die auszukleidenden Flächen ein aushärtbarer Flüssigkunststoff und/oder korrosionshemmender Farbstoffanstrich aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hohraumbildende Einlage (3) aus mehreren Einzelteilen gebildet wird, zwischen denen Saug- und Prüfleitungen verlegt werden, die an die Anschlußstutzen (10, 11) angeschlossen werden.
