Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung mit einem aus zwei übereinander angeordneten Walzen bestehenden Walzenpaar (5), dessen Walzenspalt allein nur von einer Warenbahn (21) durchlaufen ist, und einer folgenden benachbart angeordneten Walze (28) besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zur Übergabe eines dünnen, unverfestigten Vlieses (21) an die Walze (28) ergänzt ist durcha) eine im Anschluss an das Walzenpaar (5) angeordnete, mit Innenabdeckung (27) versehene, ansonsten unter Saugzug stehende Siebtrommel (19), wobeib) das Vlies (21) die untere Walze des Walzenspaltes teilweise umschlingt, weiterhinc) die Innenabdeckung (27) der Siebtrommel (19) auf der Oberseite der Siebtrommel (19) angeordnete ist und sich über mehr als 180° erstreckt, und dabeid) die unmittelbar oberhalb der Übergabelinie an der Walze des Walzenpaars und unmittelbar oberhalb der Übergabelinie an der folgenden Walze (28) endet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die benachbart angeordnete Walze (28) von einem weitertransportierenden Endlosband (17) umschlungen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endlosband (17) mit zugeordneter Absaugeinrichtung (24) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Siebtrommel (19) Kühlluft wie Umgebungsluft (26) zugeführt ist.
