Claims (21)
- Tor mit einem zwischen einer Öffnungsstellung und einer Schließstellung bewegbaren Torblatt und einer einer Öffnungsbewegung des Torblattes von der Schließstellung in die Öffnungsstellung entgegenwirkenden und mindestens ein zwischen einer Verriegelungsstellung, in der es ggf. zusammenwirkend mit einem weiteren Verriegelungselement der Öffnungsbewegung entgegenwirkt, und einer Freigabestellung, in der es die Öffnungsbewegung freigibt, verstellbares Verriegelungselement (40) sowie mindestens ein zwischen einer Haltestellung, in der es das Verriegelungselement (40) in der Verriegelungsstellung hält und einer Freigabestellung, in der es eine Verstellung des Verriegelungselementes (40) freigibt, bewegbaren Halteelement (50) aufweisenden Verriegelungsanordnung (30), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (50) durch eine Schwenkbewegung um eine vorzugsweise parallel zum Torblatt verlaufende Schwenkachse (52) von der Haltestellung in die Freigabestellung überführbar ist.
- Tor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mindestens eine Verriegelungselement (40) durch eine Drehbewegung um eine vorzugsweise parallel zur Schwenkachse verlaufende Drehachse zwischen der Verriegelungsstellung und der Freigabestellung verstellbar ist.
- Tor nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mindestens eine Verriegelungselement (40) eine Scheibe mit einer sich von deren Rand in Richtung auf die Drehachse (42) erstreckenden Einbuchtung (47) aufweist, in der das mindestens eine weitere Verriegelungselement (14) in der Schließstellung des Torblattes aufgenommen ist.
- Tor nach Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet durch eine zur Führung der Torblattbewegung dienende Führungsschienenanordnung (22) und mindestens eine einerseits in der Führungsschienenanordnung (22) aufgenommene und andererseits über ein Befestigungselement (14), wie etwa eine Laufrollenachse drehbar an dem Torblatt befestigte Laufrolle (16), wobei das Befestigungselement (14) in der Schließstellung in der Einbuchtung (47) aufgenommen ist.
- Tor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (50) eine in der Haltestellung formschlüssig in das mindestens eine Verriegelungselement (40) eingreifende und sich vorzugsweise bezüglich der Schwenkachse (52) etwa in Umfangsrichtung erstreckende Sperrklinke (56) aufweist.
- Tor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungselement (40), das Halteelement (50) und/oder die Führungsschienenanordnung (22) an einer Zarge (20) des Tores befestigt ist.
- Tor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine das Halteelement (50) in die Haltestellung drängende erste Vorspanneinrichtung (80).
- Tor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine das mindestens eine Verriegelungselement (40) in die Freigabestellung drängende zweite Vorspanneinrichtung (48).
- Tor nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mindestens eine Verriegelungselement (40) eine in der Freigabestellung die Sperrklinke (56) aufnehmende Aufnahme (49) aufweist, wobei das Verriegelungselement (40) auch bei in der Aufnahme (49) aufgenommener Sperrklinke (56) gegen die Vorspannkraft der ersten Vorspanneinrichtung von der Freigabestellung in die Verriegelungsstellung verstellbar ist.
- Tor, insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit einem zwischen einer Öffnungsstellung und einer Schließstellung bewegbaren Torblatt mit einer einer Öffnungsbewegung des Torblattes von der Schließstellung in die Öffnungsstellung entgegenwirkenden Verriegelungsanordnung mit einem zum Freigeben der Öffnungsbewegung betätigbaren Betätigungselement (58), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement in Form eines mit dem Fuß betätigbaren Pedals gebildet ist.
- Tor nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pedal (58) in der Schließstellung in einer Höhe von weniger als 50 cm, vorzugsweise weniger als 30 cm, besonders bevorzugt weniger als 20 cm oberhalb des Bodens des mit dem Tor verschlossenen Raumes angebracht ist.
- Tor nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pedal (58) mindestens eine sich bei Freigabe der Öffnungsbewegung etwa parallel zum Boden des mit dem Tor verschlossenen Raumes erstreckende und vorzugsweise an diesem Boden anliegende Anlagefläche aufweist.
- Tor nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement mindestens eine zur Führung einer die Freigabe der Öffnungsbewegung bewirkenden Schwenkbewegung des Pedals dienende Führungsfläche aufweist.
- Tor nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pedal einen Abschnitt in Form eines U-Profils aufweist, der eine an einer Zarge (20) des Tores befestigte und vorzugsweise in Form eines U-Profils gebildete Konsole übergreift.
- Tor nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pedal (58) um eine parallel zum Torblatt verlaufende Schwenkachse (52) verschwenkbar an der Konsole (70) befestigt ist.
- Tor nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pedal (58) mit Hilfe eines die Konsole (70) und das Pedal (58) durchsetzenden Befestigungsbolzen (54) an der Konsole (70) befestigt ist.
- Tor nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Vorspanneinrichtung (80) zwischen der Konsole und dem Pedal (58) angeordnet ist.
- Tor nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mindestens eine Verriegelungselement (40) an der Konsole (70) befestigt ist.
- Tor nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pedal (58) an dem Halteelement (50) befestigt und vorzugsweise einstückig damit gebildet ist.
- Tor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Torblatt eine Mehrzahl von in Bewegungsrichtung des Torblattes hintereinander angeordneten und über senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung verlaufende Gelenkachsen aufweisende Gelenke miteinander verbundenen Paneele (10) umfaßt.
