Description

The present invention relates to a packaging in one semi-rigid material such as cardboard or corrugated cardboard, convertible at the point of sale in two displays for the packaged items.

More specifically, the invention relates to such a packaging, from a single blank of semi-rigid material suitably precut and repressed, in which the packaged articles are completely isolated and protected from the outside and who, on the spot exhibition for sale of packaged goods, can be converted from extremely simple way in two separate or adjacent displays for these items.

It is becoming commonplace in supermarkets or hypermarkets, to display products or objects for sale in the same packaging where they were transported.

Often, packs are used in the very form where they were used for the transportation and storage of packaged products. This is the case, for example, for fresh products such as fruit or vegetables, which are offered to buyers in trays or trays that were used to transport them from the places of production.

In other cases, the packages include films protectors made of a heat-shrinkable plastic, that it is necessary to remove before the exhibition for sale objects conditioned.

In other cases, finally, in order to better attract attention potential buyers and allow easier access to them conditioned articles, the packaging is transformed into displays on the same sales premises. For this purpose, we eliminate some parts of these packaging, tearing for example lines of rupture primers which join a part forming display the rest of the packaging.

The present invention aims to propose a new packaging which can not be converted into a display at the point of sale of articles packaged only after elimination of part of the packaging, which ensures the inviolability of the latter and thus provides the addressee with items conditioned the guarantee that they have been protected from any access fraudulent during their transport or storage, as long as the conditioning has not been converted into displays.

  • les premières parois attenantes des deux corps sont articulées entre elles par une ligne d'amorces de rupture parallèle aux panneaux rectangulaires des deux corps, et les volets associés à ces parois sont également attenants entre eux par des lignes d'amorces de rupture parallèles à ces panneaux et raccordées à celle par laquelle les premières parois sont articulées entre elles ;
For this purpose, the subject of the invention is a packaging made of a semi-rigid material such as cardboard or corrugated cardboard, convertible into two displays at the places of sale of the packaged articles, this packaging comprising two substantially identical bodies adjoining each other. each body having a substantially rectangular panel, to which are adjoined by fold lines, along two parallel sides, two first walls erected perpendicularly to this panel and, along two other parallel sides, two second walls also erected perpendicularly to this panel, the first walls of each of the bodies having, at each of their ends, a flap hinged to them by a fold line perpendicular to the panel of the body concerned, these flaps being applied against the contiguous portion of the second walls and being made integral, in particular by collage, a first wall of each body being attentive ante to a first wall of the other body and disposed in the same plane as the latter, while the flaps respectively disposed at the two ends of these first adjoining walls are also adjacent to each other and arranged in the same plane,
this conditioning being characterized in that:
  • the first adjoining walls of the two bodies are articulated to each other by a line of fracture primer parallel to the rectangular panels of the two bodies, and the flaps associated with these walls are also adjacent to each other by lines of fracture primer parallel to these panels and connected to that by which the first walls are hinged together;
  • the first wall of each body opposite to those which are adjacent comprises a portion which overlaps a similar portion of the corresponding wall of the other body and is secured to it, in particular by gluing, each of the two overlapping portions being adjacent to the remainder of the first wall by a line of rupture primer, that it is thus possible to break on the places of sale for sale articles conditioned to have access to the interior of the packaging, the two bodies of it can thus each form a display, after having been separated from one another by tearing the lines of rupture primers by which a first wall of each of the bodies and the associated flaps are adjacent to a first wall of the other body and associated shutters.

The overlapping parts of a first wall of each body thus provide a guarantee of inviolability of the packaging, since it is necessary to separate them from the rest of the wall corresponding to access the interior of the packaging and convert it into two separate displays.

Note the great ease with which both bodies can be separated at the point of sale to form displays.

  • une première partie de chaque ensemble est attenante à une première partie de l'autre ensemble suivant une ligne d'amorces de rupture parallèle aux côtés des panneaux rectangulaires suivant lesquels ces premières parties sont articulées par une ligne de pliage, chaque volet attenant à chacune de ces premières parties étant lui-même attenant au volet correspondant de l'autre première partie par une ligne d'amorces de rupture disposée dans le prolongement de celle suivant laquelle les deux premières parties sont attenantes ;
The subject of the invention is also a pre-cut and repressed blank made of a semi-rigid material such as cardboard or corrugated cardboard for carrying out the packaging defined above, this blank comprising two substantially identical adjoining assemblies, each intended to form a body of the packaging, each set comprising a rectangular panel, along two parallel sides of which are adjacent by fold lines two first parts intended to form two first walls of the corresponding body and along two other parallel sides which are adjacent two second parts intended to form two second walls of this body, the first parts comprising at each end a flap hinged by a fold line disposed in the extension of the side of the panel along which the second contiguous wall is hinged,
this blank being characterized in that:
  • a first part of each set is adjacent to a first part of the other set along a line of parallel rupture primers alongside the rectangular panels according to which these first parts are articulated by a fold line, each component adjoining each of these first parts being itself adjacent to the corresponding flap of the other first part by a line of failure primers arranged in the extension of that according to which the first two parts are adjacent;
  • each first part of each non-adjacent set to a first part of the other set comprises a portion protruding from the edge of this first part opposite the fold line by which it is articulated on the corresponding rectangular panel, each portion of protrusion being adjacent to the remainder of the first part of the body by a line of rupture primer and having such dimensions that after conditioning of the packaging, it comes to overlap with the same portion of the corresponding first part of the other body, which it can thus be made integral, especially by collage.

  • La figure 1 est une vue en perspective du conditionnement fermé ;
  • La figure 2 est une vue analogue à la figure 1, illustrant l'ouverture du conditionnement par séparation des parties des deux corps venant à recouvrement ;
  • La figure 3 est une vue en plan du flan de carton ondulé prédécoupé et refoulé dont est issu ce conditionnement ;
  • An embodiment of the invention will be described hereinafter in more detail, by way of example, with reference to the accompanying drawings. On these drawings:
  • Figure 1 is a perspective view of the closed package;
  • Figure 2 is a view similar to Figure 1, illustrating the opening of the packaging by separating the parts of the two bodies overlapping;
  • Figure 3 is a plan view of the corrugated cardboard blank pre-cut and reprocessed from which this conditioning;
  • Figure 4 is a perspective view of the two displays from the packaging of Figure 1.
As can be seen in the drawings, the packaging conforms to the invention comprises two adjacent bodies 1 and 1 ', from a single Corrugated cardboard blank, properly cut and repressed. The bodies 1 and 1 'are substantially identical and the body parts 1' will be hereinafter referred to by the same reference numerals as the parties corresponding of the body 1, assigned index '.

Each body 1, 1 'comprises a rectangular panel, respectively 2, 2', along two parallel sides of which are articulated by folding lines two first walls, respectively 3-3 a , 3'-3 ' a , erected perpendicular to the panel 2, 2 'associated, and following two other parallel sides which are also articulated by folding lines of the second walls 4, 4', also erected perpendicularly to the panel 2, 2 ', associated.

The ends of the first walls has 3-3, 3'-3 'are hinged by fold lines perpendicular to the panels 2, 2', shutters, respectively has 5-5, 5'-5 ', laminated against the external face of the walls 4, 4 ', contiguous.

According to the invention, a first wall 3 of the body 1 is contiguous along a line of fracture primer 6 parallel to the panel 2 to a first wall 3 'of the body 1' and is arranged in the same plane as the latter, while that the flaps 5 attached to the wall 3 are also attached to the flaps 5 'associated with the wall 3' of rupture of primer 6 lines, also parallel to the panel 2 and disposed in the same plane as the line 6 to which they are connected.

Chaque portion 7, 7' est attenante au reste de la paroi 3a, 3'a associée par une ligne d'amorces de rupture 8, 8'.Furthermore, the first walls 3 a , 3 ' a , each comprise, along their edge opposite the fold line by which they are articulated on the panel 2, 2' associated, a projecting portion 7, 7 a , which comes overlapping with the corresponding portion of the other body, against which it can thus be glued. Each portion 7, 7 'is attached to the rest of the wall 3 a, 3' associated with a rupture of primer line 8, 8 '.

When the packaging has been filled with the articles to be packaged, it is thus possible to secure the two bodies 1 and 1 'by gluing one against the other parts 7 and 7 'coming to recovery, which bring thus to the recipient a guarantee of inviolability of the packaging.

Once it has arrived at the places of sale of the packaged articles, it suffices to break the lines of rupture primers 8 and 8 'to eliminate overlapping wall portions and to simultaneously break the lines of fracture primers. 6 and 6 a to separate the two bodies 1 and 1 'and thus obtain, as seen in Figure 4, two distinct display units used directly on the shelves of sales.
