Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung läßt sich in einer Vielzahl verschiedener erfinderischer Ausgestaltungen verwirklichen, von denen nachstehend eine Auswahl anhand der Zeichnungen erläutert wird.
Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Profils insbesondere eines Gewindes an Stangen aus Stahl, bei dem die Stangen im erhitzten Zustand, in dem das Material leicht verformbar ist, durch eine Vorrichtung zum Gewindeherstellen geführt werden.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Profils insbesondere eines Gewindes nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die warmgewalzten Stangen im Anschluss an ihre Herstellung einer Schneidvorrichtung (6) zugeführt werden, in der die Stangen geschnitten werden, bevor sie durch die Vorrichtung zum Gewindeherstellen (4) geführt werden.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Profils insbesondere eines Gewindes nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geschnittenen Stangen auf eine vorbestimmte Temperatur gebracht bzw. auf dieser gehalten werden, bevor sie durch die Vorrichtung zum Gewindeherstellen (4) geführt werden.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Profils insbesondere eines Gewindes nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geschnittenen Stangen im Anschluss an die Schneidvorrichtung (6) in einer Vorrichtung zum Oberflächenbehandeln (7) nachbearbeitet werden.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Profils insbesondere eines Gewindes nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geschnittenen Stangen nach dem Durchlaufen der Vorrichtung zum Gewindeherstellen (4) einer Wärmebehandlungsvorrichtung (5) zugeführt werden.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Profils insbesondere eines Gewindes an Stangen aus Stahl, bei dem die Stangen im Anschluss an einen Warmwalzprozessin einer Schneidvorrichtung (6) geschnitten werden und danach erkalten,dann auf eine vorbestimmte Temperatur erhitzt unddanach einer Vorrichtung zum Gewindeherstellen (4) zugeführt
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Profils insbesondere eines Gewindes an Stangen aus Stahl, bei dem die Stangen im Anschluss an einen Warmwalzprozessin einer Schneidvorrichtung (6) geschnitten werden und danach erkalten,anschließend in einer Vorrichtung zum Oberflächenbehandeln (7) nachbearbeitet,dann auf eine vorbestimmte Temperatur erhitzt unddanach einer Vorrichtung zum Gewindeherstellen (4) zugeführt
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Profils insbesondere eines Gewindes an Stangen aus Stahl, bei dem die Stangen direkt im Anschluss an einen Warmwalzprozessin einer Schneidvorrichtung (6) geschnitten,unmittelbar danach auf eine vorbestimmte Temperatur erhitzt oder abgekühlt oder auf einer vorbestimmten Temperatur gehalten undanschließend einer Vorrichtung zum Gewindeherstellen (4) zugeführt
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Profils insbesondere eines Gewindes nach einem oder mehreren Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stangen nach dem Durchlaufen der Vorrichtung zum Gewindeherstellen (4) einer Wärmebehandlungsvorrichtung (5) zugeführt werden.
- Anlage zum Herstellen eines Profils insbesondere eines Gewindes an Stangen aus Stahl, bei der die Stangen im erhitzten Zustand, in dem das Material relativ leicht verformbar ist, durch eine Vorrichtung zum Gewindeherstellen (4) geführt werden.
