Definitions
- the invention relates to a usable in a reclining furniture slatted frame forming a lying surface, with at least two, especially three, extending in the longitudinal direction of the lying surface extending and arranged with the formation of gaps Spring bodies and at least one on the spring bodies supporting upper lamella layer from itself in the transverse direction of the Lying surface extending, connected to the spring bodies Lamellae.
- Such slatted frames are particularly in one Bed frame used or placed on one, the Bed frame itself forms a support for the slatted frame.
- the support can be at individual points or over the entire surface respectively.
- a mattress is placed on the slatted frame made of latex or a plastic foam or even a futon in particular natural fibers, mostly with interposition other ingredients.
- Such a slatted frame has consistently a pronounced longitudinal extent, d. H. he is in Longitudinal direction longer than transverse direction. It will be one of those User-created lying area created.
- a slatted frame of the type described above is from the Utility model G 88 10 557.1 known.
- the slatted frame has three spring body extending in the longitudinal direction of the lying surface made of latex material or foamed plastic can exist.
- the spring body can also be in the form of Hoses can be provided with air or a liquid are filled.
- the three spring bodies are arranged so that two spring bodies along the edge areas in the longitudinal direction of the Lying surface extend while the third spring body in the middle is arranged between the two other spring bodies.
- the Slatted frame has an upper and a lower slat layer several transverse slats, whereby each the slats of the upper slat position with the slats align the lower slat position.
- the slats of the two slat layers are elastically connected to the spring bodies.
- the well-known slat grate aims to be a very sensitive Support the body of the sleeper through the side by side to reach lying slats, so that sensitive Body parts, such as B. the shoulder area or the hip area of the sleeper are supported more than the rest Areas so that it becomes an orthopedically correct location of the Body comes on or above the bed surface of the slatted frame.
- a slatted frame is from utility model G 89 10 759.4 known, in which in particular three spring bodies are provided, which extend in the longitudinal direction of the lying surface.
- the Slatted frames also have an upper and a lower one lower slat position. Loops are provided on the spring bodies, which are used to insert the slats, so that a such slatted base also using two or four Spring bodies can be built.
- a slatted frame which consists of two tubular spring bodies and an upper lamella layer is constructed.
- the slat layer is made of hose bodies that are closed on all sides flexible but inelastic material provided.
- the slatted frames described above have the disadvantage that when using the spine of the sleeper especially in Lateral position no maximum straightness reached.
- the slatted frame works like a water mattress after the Displacement principle. Heavy and bulging areas of the body, especially the buttocks and shoulders comparatively stronger due to the weight concentration and relatively lift lighter parts of the body through displacement. This takes place over the entire length and width, no matter what relative location the sleeper ultimately rests on occupies the bed surface of the slatted frame.
- the ones that sink too far heavy parts of the body squeeze the lighter parts of the body of the sleeper the higher, so that the body of the sleeper lies in an arch sagging downwards.
- the invention has for its object a slatted frame type described at the outset such that a individual adaptation to the different parts of the body Sleeper is possible with the aim that the spine of the Sleepers, especially in the lateral position, a maximum straightness reached.
- this is the beginning of the slatted frame described type achieved in that support pads are provided are, which have approximately the height of the spring body and in the Gaps between adjacent spring bodies can be inserted.
- the invention is based on the idea that the gaps formed with a slatted frame between the longitudinal and cross members be filled locally with support pads to create an individual Hardness adjustment or change in hardness of the slatted frame to reach. This applies in particular when two spring bodies are arranged but with arrangement of at least three spring elements. Special Effects are achieved when the spring body is made of hoses consist.
- the slatted frame then works through the support pads Reduced similar to a water mattress, namely based on the principle of displacement.
- the support pads used can be different Size and different hardness and so an individual adjustment to the body proportions of the user enable. This will cause the Avoid buttocks area and at the same time lifting too high lighter parts of the body, especially the shoulder area, eliminated.
- the shoulder area can advantageously be deeper or lighter, at least comparatively different from the buttocks area, sink in so that the straightness of the spine favors becomes.
- Areas of the upper slat position are not only on the spring bodies, but also on the support pads supported.
- the support pads themselves can be shaped Latex material, plastic foam or the like. But also springs, pre-stressed molded wood elements or granulate bags exhibit. Your dimension is based on the dimensions of the spaces Voted. It is also possible to last longer Support pads to use or support pads in turn from individual Assemble elements or individual upholstery parts to use in context. That or the support pads can also provided throughout the entire length of the slatted frame be so that they are also referred to as a narrow mattress can.
- the reclining furniture must have a continuous support surface, on which ultimately not only the spring body, but the support pads can also be supported.
- the gaps are particularly easily accessible in such a case, namely by lifting the slatted frame relative to the continuous one Supporting surface.
- the slatted frame is both an upper and also has a lower slat layer, there are gaps between the lamella layers and the spring bodies, which in Longitudinal direction are provided continuously. With one Training can support the pads in the longitudinal direction of the slatted frame be inserted even if the slat layers are firmly and permanently connected to the spring bodies.
- the Slat layers can also be detachable with the spring bodies be connected, which makes accessibility and interchangeability the support pad is lightened.
- the support pads can also be built up in layers in order to in this way and Way to vary the hardness and sinking depth. It can also be one Sink depth limit should be provided in the corresponding Design through inserts and / or training the spring body can be achieved.
- the support pads can between the spring bodies on the the entire length of the slatted frame can be provided continuously, being even with locally varying hardness and / or volume are trained to enable optimal adaptation. It it goes without saying that various support pads are then provided are dependent on the size, weight and weight distribution of each sleeper are trained. It is but also possible that the support pads have a length that is smaller than the length of the spring body, and a width that the Corresponds to the distance between adjacent spring bodies. The support pads or parts thereof therefore have an approximately length corresponding to the buttocks length so that they are locally relative to the slatted frame can be positioned like this Size distribution of the sleeper corresponds.
- the width of the support pads corresponds essentially to the distance between neighboring ones Spring bodies so that the support pads are already alone due to friction after insertion into the spaces Friction are localized and held so that they are in position do not change even when the sleeper is moving. In particular a lateral shifting of the support pads is excluded.
- the support pads are made for the Buttocks area are formed and determined, larger and / or trained harder than the support pads that the arm or Shoulder area are assigned. So the support pads with different degrees of hardness and / or different dimensions be provided.
- the support pads can be together and / or with the spring bodies be releasably connected.
- the connection can be caused by friction be secured.
- the support pads in the Comparison to the gaps between the spring bodies too have a slight excess width.
- the spring body itself is expediently designed to be elastic, so that by the connection with the slats an elastic connection and support of the individual slats is created.
- the slats of the upper and / or the lower slat position with the spring bodies are connected elastically and releasably.
- the gaps between the spring bodies for the Insert and replace the support pads more easily accessible.
- this training has the advantage that such Slatted frame dismantled in a simple manner and on a small scale Space can be transported.
- the support pads themselves can also consist of inserts with liquid or gaseous Substances are filled or can be filled, with the filling quantity also here can be adapted to the respective sleeper.
- the slats of the upper slat position with the spring bodies with the establishment of variable mutual Distances and / or doublings are connectable. So they can Spring body especially when using an upper and a lower slat position a variety of supports for the slats own, which are variable in their mutual distance or with either every support or every second Can be equipped with slats.
- the arrangement can also be so be taken that local doublings are possible, so on in individual places, two slats can be inserted one above the other can, so that this measure locally the hardness of Slatted base is changeable and adaptable to the sleeper.
- the slats with the spring bodies via pockets, zippers, Velcro connection strips or the like be connected.
- the specialist For example, it is possible To pierce the slats in the area of the spring body, through this Bores to attach loops attached to the spring bodies and with a continuous gag, for example a cord or the like to secure.
- the spring body can in particular consist of hoses that in particular about 60% to 70% filled with a liquid are.
- the hoses themselves are made of non-elastic, however flexible material. You can have a rectangular cross section own and are basically in the longitudinal direction of the lying surface arranged, two of the spring bodies extending along the longitudinal edge extend the slatted frame or form this longitudinal edge.
- the hoses can be filled with water in particular, an adjustment can also be made via the degree of filling.
- the hoses can also be used with a gas, especially with Air that can be filled.
- the hoses can be divided into individual chambers be subdivided or additionally have individual chambers. It it is also possible to separate the chambers from one another via partitions connect the individual chambers with each other via throttle valves to connect, which can also be designed lockable. It there are numerous possibilities of variation and Adaptation.
- a slatted base 1 is shown, with its Issues a lying surface 2 on the top, ultimately on the one Mattress 3 (Fig. 3) is supported.
- the slatted frame 1 and the Mattress 3 are usually combined with a piece of furniture 4 used, which is indicated in Fig. 3 and for example can consist of a bed frame.
- the slatted frame 1 or the lying surface formed by its top 2 is essentially rectangular and has a comparatively larger extension in the longitudinal direction 5 because in the transverse direction 6.
- the spring bodies 7 and 9 extend along the longitudinal edge of the slatted frame 1 in the longitudinal direction 5.
- the spring body 8 is in the middle between the spring bodies 7 and 9 provided so that an equal distance 10 between two adjacent spring bodies 7, 8 and 8, 9, respectively. If e.g. B. used two spring bodies 8 in the central region the slatted frame 1 then has a total of four spring bodies 7, 8, 8, 9. Between adjacent spring bodies 7, 8 and 8, 9 spaces 11 are formed, which in the longitudinal direction 5 go through and have a rectangular cross-section.
- support pads 12 can be inserted.
- the support pads 12 can be made from individual pieces of support or cushioning material consist, for example, of foam blocks Blocks made of latex material or molded articles.
- the support pads 12 usually have about the height of the gaps 11 and a dimension in the transverse direction which corresponds to the distance 10 in approximately corresponds.
- the support pads 12 can also opposite the Distances 10 have a slight oversize, so the support pads 12 inserted locally held by frictional forces and their relative position, therefore, not even when the sleeper is moving change.
- the support pads 12 usually have a lower Length as the length of the spring body 7, 8, 9 in the longitudinal direction 5, so that they are locally targeted in the gaps 11 according to the size and size distribution of the sleeper in the sleeping position can be arranged.
- a plurality of support pads 12 of different degrees of hardness and / or different dimensions can be provided to a Allow adaptation to the sleeper. It is also possible, assemble the support pads 12 from individual elements and to use like this.
- the support pads 12 can be detached from one another be connected, e.g. B. with a Velcro or the like. It is the same possible, the support pads releasably on the spring bodies 7, 8, 9 to arrange or to connect with these. It is understood that the support pads 12 in particular in the buttocks area and Shoulder area of the sleeper can be arranged. On the Arrangement of a support pad 12 in the shoulder area of the Sleepers can also be omitted. The shoulder area is coming Especially for side sleepers, it is much more expansive than that Buttocks area for exposure. A straight position of the spine To reach in a lateral position should therefore the shoulder can sink significantly deeper than the buttocks area.
- the slatted frame 1 has an upper lamella layer on its upper side 13 from individual slats 14.
- Each slat 14 consists in particular from a wooden strip that extends in the transverse direction 6 extends over the entire width of the slatted frame.
- the slats 14 of the upper lamella layer 13 are with the spring bodies 7, 8, 9 connected or supported on this.
- the connection can be non-detachable.
- the support pads 12 inserted into the intermediate spaces 11 in the longitudinal direction 5 and be positioned.
- Another option is from given below. But it is also possible that the slats 14 of the upper lamella layer 13 detachable with the spring bodies 7, 8, 9 are connected.
- the top of the spring body 7, 8, 9 be provided with pockets 15 through which the Slats 14 can be inserted in the transverse direction 6.
- the bags 15 can be formed by webbing strips or strips of fabric his. There is a possibility of using these strips as well a Velcro strip 16 on the top of the spring body 7, 8, 9 to be arranged releasably. Another option is given by the arrangement of a zipper 17, the is used in particular on the spring bodies 7 and 9.
- a lower lamella layer 18 can be provided be, which also consists of fins 14.
- this lower slat layer 18 can realize all those embodiments be that for the upper slat layer 13 already have been described.
- Fig. 2 shows the execution of a slatted frame 1, the only one upper slat layer 13, but not a lower slat layer 18 has.
- a slatted frame can only be used in conjunction with such a recliner 4, which is on its top a continuous closed surface for supporting the Slatted frame 1 has.
- the upper slat position 13 with the spring bodies 7, 8, 9 permanently be connected.
- the insertion and replacement of the support pads 12 can be done by lifting the slatted frame against the couch furniture 4 can be performed.
- Fig. 3 illustrates a further embodiment using a Cross-section, which is performed according to the line III-III in Fig. 1 is. It is part of the piece of furniture 4 in the form of a bed frame seen. There are support strips 19 on which the slatted frame 1 is supported with its lower lamella layer 18 is. This lower slat layer 18 has slats 14, which are arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction 5. The slats 14 are inserted through the pockets 15.
- the spring body 7, 8, 9 are formed here as hoses 20, which are extend as hose sections in the longitudinal direction 5 and approximately take the rectangular cross section shown.
- the hoses 20 are made of non-elastic but flexible material.
- the Hoses 20 or the chambers can be completely with a liquid or partially or with a gas, e.g. B. air.
- the upper lamella layer 13 has here in some areas double the number of slats 14. Two slats 14 are one above the other arranged so that a doubling 21 is created here is. It is understood that the associated pockets 15 accordingly are measured. Pockets 15 can also be formed one above the other and arranged to be, for example, slats 14 in the Doubling 21 and sections of slats 14 in a simple position to arrange and position. Here too are the support pads 12 arranged and fixed locally in the spaces 11.
- Velcro fasteners 22 consisting of a hook tape and a felt tape, connected to the corresponding parts be, so that in this way a detachable, but local effective fixation of the support pad 12 relative to the spring bodies 7, 8, 9 is given. If the support pads 12 out If there are several elements, the Velcro fasteners 22 can also between different elements of a so composed Support pad 12 may be provided, as shown in FIG. 5.
- Fig. 4 shows a section of a side view of a Spring body 9.
- the spring body 9 is designed here as a hose 20. Its interior is divided into 23 by partitions Chambers 24 divided. Each chamber 24 can be separate from the others Chambers can be filled. But it is also possible, at least in to arrange some of the partitions 23 a throttle valve, the Flow cross-section including a final position can be made adjustable. It is also possible for everyone Hose 20 with a continuous chamber 5 in the longitudinal direction provided and to provide additional chambers 24 which over the Longitudinal direction 5 are arranged distributed, so as the spring hardness the spring body 7, 8, 9 set up locally variable can.
- Fig. 4 also shows schematically that with the top each spring body z. B. a hook band 25 permanently connected, is glued, for example.
- the hook band 25 is a felt band 26 assigned, so that pockets 15 for receiving of the slats 14 can be formed, the distance 27th can be variably set between adjacent slats 14 can. In this way, the slats 14 can be closer or can be moved closer together, creating a Variation of the spring properties in the longitudinal direction 5 locally distributed over the lying surface 3 results.
- a support pad 12 is shown, which from is built up of several elements.
- the support pad 12 can be used in this way. Its height corresponds approximately to the height of the space 11. Es is also possible, the two elements 28 and 29 still one assign flat, low-height element 30, which increases the overall height of the support pad 12 is increased so that such a support pad 12 only under preload and / or with slight Compression in the space 11 can be accommodated. Also the individual elements 28, 29, 30 can be different be hard-trained to be an intended one To achieve effect.
