Claims (11)

  1. Surface de cuisson en vitrocéramique, qui est prévue dans un plan de travail (1), constituée d'un cadre (2) de surface de cuisson doté d'une plaque vitrocéramique (3) qui présente une zone partielle (5) latérale déviant vers le haut depuis le plan principal de la plaque vitrocéramique (3), dans laquelle zone partielle latérale (5) sont prévus des évidements pour des éléments de commande et/ou des affichages (6), au moins un espace intermédiaire (10) étant prévu entre la zone latérale (5) et le plan de travail (1), cet espace intermédiaire raccordant un espace en dessous de la plaque vitrocéramique (3) à un environnement extérieur de la surface de cuisson en vitrocéramique, caractérisée en ce qu'un support de récipient (8) s'appuie sur la zone partielle latérale (5) déviant vers le haut depuis le plan principal (4) de la plaque vitrocéramique (3).
  2. Surface de cuisson en vitrocéramique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de commande et/ou les affichages (6) sont disposés, au moins en partie, dans l'espace intermédiaire (10).
  3. Surface de cuisson en vitrocéramique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la zone partielle latérale (5) déviant vers le haut depuis le plan principal (4) de la plaque vitrocéramique (3) dépasse de la partie découpée et présente un écart (A) par rapport au plan de travail (1).
  4. Surface de cuisson en vitrocéramique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le cadre (2) de la surface de cuisson, qui est disposé dans la zone partielle (5) au-dessus du plan de travail (1), repose de préférence sur le plan de travail (1).
  5. Surface de cuisson en vitrocéramique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la zone partielle latérale déviant vers le haut depuis le plan principal (4) de la plaque vitrocéramique (3) présente une double courbure (7) de manière similaire à une fonction de tangente hyperbolique.
  6. Surface de cuisson en vitrocéramique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la zone partielle (5) s'étend essentiellement en parallèle au plan principal (4).
  7. Surface de cuisson en vitrocéramique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les évidements pour les éléments de commande (6) sont disposés sur le bord extérieur de la zone partielle (5) et ouverts sur le côté.
  8. Surface de cuisson en vitrocéramique selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de commande (6) sont disposés sur le cadre (2) de la surface de cuisson se trouvant au-dessus du plan de travail (1).
  9. Surface de cuisson en vitrocéramique selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de commande sont entourés en partie par la plaque vitrocéramique (3).
  10. Surface de cuisson en vitrocéramique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la plaque vitrocéramique (3), du côté opposé à la zone partielle (5), présente un approfondissement (9) dans la plaque vitrocéramique (3) pour la fixation d'un côté du support de récipient (8).
  11. Surface de cuisson en vitrocéramique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'espace intermédiaire formé par la zone partielle (5) et le plan de travail (1) resp. le cadre (2) de la surface de cuisson est utilisable pour l'amenée d'air primaire vers des brûleurs à gaz (11).
