Claims (26)
- Schleifvorrichtung zum Schleifen eines platten- oder leistenförmigen, insbesondere eine profilierte Oberfläche aufweisenden Werkstückes (6), vorzugsweise aus Holz oder einem Holzwerkstoff, mit einem über mindestens zwei Umlenkwalzen (2, 3) geführten umlaufenden Schleifband (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schleifband (1) aus einem an den Umlenkwalzen (2, 3) anliegenden Trägerband (11) und einer Vielzahl verformbarer Schleifelemente (4) besteht, die sich quer zur Umlaufrichtung des Trägerbandes (11) erstrecken und parallel zueinander verlaufend an dem Trägerband(11) befestigt sind.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleifelemente (4) form- und/oder kraftschlüssig direkt oder indirekt am Trägerband festgelegt sind.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleifelemente (4) in trägerbandseitige Aufnahmen (13) eingesetzt sind.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmen als hinterschnittene Nuten ausgebildet sind.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmen (13) direkt in das Trägerband (11) eingebracht sind.
- Schleifvonichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmen (13) in Trägerleisten vorgesehen sind, die fest mit dem Trägerband (11) verbunden sind.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägerband (11) aus einem Gummi oder einem Kunststoff besteht.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Schleifelement (4) sich über die gesamte Breite oder nahezu die gesamte Breite des Trägerbandes (11) erstreckt.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Schleifelement (4) einen Bürstenstreifen (14) aufweist, der aus einer Vielzahl von Borsten (16) besteht, die in einem Borstenträger (15) festgelegt sind, der in der zugeordneten Aufnahme (13) des Trägerbandes (11) formschlüssig einliegt, wobei zumindest eine Seite des Bürstenstreifens (14) mit einem Schleifleinen (17) abgedeckt ist, das sich zumindest über die gesamte Seitenfläche des Bürstenstreifens (14) erstreckt.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schleifleinen (17) in dem dem Borstenträger (15) zugewandten Randbereich mit dem Bürstenstreifen (14) verbunden ist.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schleifleinen (17) eine Vielzahl von parallel und im Abstand zueinander verlaufenden Schlitzen aufweist, die sich von der dem Borstenträger (15) abgewandten Seite bis in den diesem zugewandten Randbereich hinein erstrecken, so daß sich eine Vielzahl von Lamellen (18) ergibt.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleifelemente (4) aus Kunststoffborsten mit aufgetragenen Schleifkörpern bestehen.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleifelemente (4) aus Schleifschwämmen bestehen.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese rotierend oder oszillierend in der Schleifebene bewegbar ist.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Umlenkwalzen (2, 3), gesehen in Richtung der Bearbeitungsseite des Schleifbandes (1), Auslenkrollen (5) angeordnet sind, die gegenüber den Umlenkwalzen (2, 3) vorstehen, wobei jeder Umlenkwalze (2, 3) eine Auslenkrolle (5) zugeordnet ist.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlaufgeschwindigkeit des Schleifbandes (1) größer ist als die Durchlaufgeschwindigkeit des Werkstückes (6).
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägerband (11) aus einer Vielzahl sich quer zur Umlaufrichtung erstreckenden, parallel zueinander angeordneten und gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Trägerleisten (23) besteht.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerleisten an umlaufenden Anschlußmitteln befestigt sind, die mit den Umlenkwalzen (2, 3) korrespondieren.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußmittel aus mindestens zwei parallel und mit Abstand zueinander verlaufenden Ketten (20) oder Riemen, vorzugsweise Zahnriemen, die Umlenkwalzen (2, 3) als Ritzel, Riemen- oder Zahnräder ausgebildet sind.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Trägerleisten (23) die Schleifelemente (4) angeordnet sind.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jeder Trägerleiste (23) mehrere Schleifelemente (4) angeordnet sind.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleifelemente (4) entgegengesetzt zur Transportrichtung des Werkstückes (6) schräg verlaufend angeordnet sind.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der den Schleifelementen (4) gegenüber liegenden Seite des Trägerbandes (11) mindestens ein Niederhalter (24) angeordnet ist, mit dem das Trägerband (11) und mit diesem die Schleifelemente (4) in einer gegenüber dem Werkstück (6) gleichbleibenden Position gehalten wird.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlitze schräg verlaufend angeordnet sind.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlitze zur Mitte des Schleifelementes (17) hin schräg verlaufen.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schleifelement (4) aus zwei spiegelbildlichen Teilen besteht.
