The layers 11, 12, 13 are located in a cylindrical cavity 61, which is formed in a housing or frame 60, which is also cylindrical. On the underside of the ceramic layer 11 facing the viewer, two conductor tracks 31 are applied, which extend laterally along the layer boundary. Each conductor track 31 connects a line section 22 which extends through the middle layer 12 to a line section 21 which is arranged offset thereto and which extends through the first layer 11 (see FIG. 4).
