Definitions
- the invention first relates to a filter bag for a vacuum cleaner, with a holding plate and one Anthers, the anthers being tubular is with a closed free end area and an end region connected to the holding plate.
- Filter bags of the type in question are from the State of the art in various embodiments known. Here, for example, reference is made to EP B1 0 510 314.
- the dust bag consists of two superimposed layers, which in Longitudinal edge arrests extending the direction of the dust bag and one across the longitudinal edge arrests transverse arrest of the free end area have, the longitudinal edge arrests in such a distance from each other that exceeds the extension of the holding plate.
- a filter bag in question standing type which in the unfolded, set up Condition, d. H. in working condition, improved Properties regarding a complete and trouble-free filling with dust and the like having.
- This Transversal edge preferably folded edge, extends more preferably parallel to a retaining plate edge; more preferably in the middle of the holding plate.
- This Connection zone of the layers - cross-border arrest or Transversal edge folding is preferably interrupted by a provided dust bag filling opening, which is covered is arranged to a holding plate filling opening. It is further proposed that the holding plate be elongated is trained with a cross to the Longitudinal edge arrests extending longitudinal axis.
- this installed condition of the filter bag d. H. by doing Operating state of the same result from the selected Excess material on both sides of the holding plate - viewed in the longitudinal direction of the same - approximately in the Holding plate level gusset, which in another Design each in the area of a transverse edge the holding plate are arrested, for example by gluing or welding.
- the holding plate can made of a known, possibly multi-layer cardboard-paper material consist. However, that is also conceivable Formation of a plastic holding plate. As an anther material can be more common, possibly also multi-layer Paper material must be selected.
- the dust bag material is a textile Goods is.
- An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is preferred, where the dust bag material is a fleece, for example a meltblown material, where the nonwoven material has a much greater thickness than one Has paper filter material.
- embossing is a fold of the dust bag material as with paper stock.
- Block floor formed is by means of a suitable Adhesive or via a suitable method on the holding plate attached to the filter bag.
- a fold is outside, along a pre-embossing.
- This Embossing should be chosen so that only the surfaces are stiffened are between which the fold lines are without Embossment result.
- the dust bag material remains flexible and bendable in this folding area.
- the block bottom advantageous, d. H. the area of attachment of the dust bag to the Pre-stamped holding plate, but also the preferred as Folded longitudinal and transverse edges.
- the invention further relates to a method for Manufacture of a filter bag for a vacuum cleaner, with a holding plate and a dust bag, the Anthers due to folding and arrest from one Material web is formed by closing one free end area and connecting the other end area to the holding plate.
- Such methods of manufacture of filter bags are known. Come here especially paper materials, but also textile or Non-woven materials for the dust bag are used.
- the material web with such a cross to Length of the anther considered width is chosen that the assigned extension of the Holding plate is surpassed and that the holding plate in a handling area of the material web on this is applied.
- the one about the extension material web sections protruding from the holding plate form in the erected state of the dust bag, d. H. in the operating state thereof, which side walls preferred in a projection outside the holding plate floor plan extend.
- the holding plate is here preferably elongated, wherein whose longitudinal axis preferably extends to the longitudinal extent of the anther extends and overlaps the transhipment area of the material web. This transhipment area - Folded edge - is, at least originally, continuous educated.
- the method provides that first the holding plate is arrested with the web of material and then two opposite longitudinal edge arrests and one Cross-border arrest - to form the bottom of the anther - The material web is carried out. Alternatively, will in this regard further proposed that initially two opposite longitudinal edge arrests and if necessary a cross-border arrest - to form the bottom of the anther - The material web is carried out and then the holding plate is arrested with the material web becomes.
- the holding plate in front or after creating the longitudinal arrests with the Material web is arrested in a further procedural step be provided for in the area a gusset resulting in a transverse edge of the holding plate the material web sections protruding over the holding plate to be arrested with the holding plate.
- a filter bag producible which after deployment in the operating position complete and trouble-free with dust and the like can be filled.
- Anthers material a textile or non-woven material, such as Polyester fleece, electret fleece or fleece with meltblown is chosen, it is further suggested that the Material web associated with the arrest associated with fold lines formed on the holding plate becomes.
- a non-woven dust bag material as usual with paper materials for example fold a block bottom, which block bottom by means of a suitable adhesive or via suitable processes can be attached to the holding plate.
- This can a full-surface embossing or compaction of the material web in the folding areas. Is conceivable but also only to make local embossments. These embossments are to be selected here that the surfaces that bound the later fold lines be braced. The later fold or bend lines themselves have no embossments, which means that the dust bag material in this folding area remains flexible and bendable. Beyond that it is also possible, these knockouts also in the field of To carry out longitudinal arrests and transverse edge arrests, in order to be able to form lap folds here.
- the Arrests of the longitudinal edges, the anther bottom forming transverse edge and the arrest of the anther on the holding plate can be suitably be formed by welding.
- a filter bag 1 in a first embodiment consisting of a holding plate 2 and a the holding plate 2 arrested dust bag 3.
- the holding plate 2 is elongated rectangular in plan trained and consists in the illustrated Embodiment from a conventional, multi-layer Card-paper material. However, one is also conceivable Plastic formation of the holding plate 2. Near one Narrow-side end area is at a distance from the assigned Transverse edge 4 of the holding plate 2 to form a Filling opening 5 with one on the longitudinal axis x of the holding plate 2 aligned opening.
