Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Befestigen von Führungsschienen (3) an Fahrzeugtüren mittels Durchsetzfügen oder Stanznieten oder Schweißen oder Kleben, wobei die Verbindung einer oder mehrerer Führungsschienen (3), insbesondere eines Führungsschienenpaares, eines Seilzug-Fensterhebers (2) mit einem Aggregateträger (1) der Fahrzeugtür unter Verzicht auf Bohrungen und unter Verwendung eines am Aggregateträger (1) ausrichtbaren Hilfswerkzeuges (28), an welches die Führungsschiene (3), insbesondere das Führungsschienenpaar, montiert oder angelegt sind, erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eine oder mehreren Führungsschienen (3) ein oder mehrere Positionieraufnahmen (23), wie Löcher, Durchbrechungen oder Einsenkungen, aufweisen, welche mit Positionierstiften (24), insbesondere Kegelstiften, des Fügewerkzeuges während des Fügevorganges zusammenwirken.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für das Durchsetzfügen ein Formstempel (10) mit Vorsprung und eine Matrize (12) mit Hinterschneidung verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem weiteren Arbeitsgang mittels eines oberen Formstempels mit Vorsprung und eines ebenen unteren Stempels die Fügestelle geglättet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für das Stanznieten ein Stempel (18), ein in der Fügestelle verbleibender Halbhohlniet (22) und eine Matrize (20), die eine runde Ausnehmung mit einer zentralen Erhebung aufweist, verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschienen (3) des Führungsschienenpaares beziehungsweise ihre Gleiterkonturen über Greifer oder Halter (29) vor dem Verbindungsvorgang in ihre Position mit parallel zueinander verlaufenden Gleiterkonturen gehalten werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positionierungsaufnahmen (23) entsprechenden Freiräumen des Aggregateträgers (1) zugeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positionierungsstifte (24) verschiebbar oder federnd -am Fügewerkzeug gehalten sind.
