Abstract
Description
Als Rost mit kontinuierlicher Entaschung ist der Vorschubrost mit gegeneinander bewegten Rostgliedern bekannt. Dieser ist aber nur für Feuerungen über 200 kW wirtschaftlich realisierbar.
Claims (5)
- Rost für feste Brennstoffe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser in seiner Zylinderachse drehbar gelagert und angetrieben ist, sowie daß dessen Mantelfläche mit umlaufenden Nuten als Rostfläche ausgebildet ist, wobei der Kern dieser Rostwalze entweder voll oder hohl sein kann.
- Rost nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Abstreifer (3) in die umlaufenden Nuten der Rostwalze (1) greift und dieser die Rostnuten bei Drehung der Rostwalze (1) reinigt.
- Rost nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Abstreifer (3) in die umlaufenden Nuten der Rostwalze (1) greift und dieser sowohl Rostfläche wie Rostnuten bei Drehung der Rostwalze (1) reinigt.
- Rost nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rostwalze (1) nach unten abgesenkt werden kann, um durch den dabei sich öffnenden Spalt zwischen Rost (1) und Trennwand (5) Fremdkörper aus dem Feuerraum zu entfernen.
- Rost nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennwand (5) von der Rostwalze (1) weggezogen oder weggeschwenkt werden kann, um durch den dabei sich öffnenden Spalt zwischen Rostwalze (1) und Trennwand (5) Fremdkörper aus dem Feuerraum zu entfernen.
