Claims (4)
- Lastumschalter für einen Stufenschalter,
mit einem ihn umgebenden separaten Ölgefäß, in dessen Wandung und diese durchdringend in mindestens einer horizontalen Ebene kreisförmig angeordnet für jede zu schaltende elektrische Phase elektrische Anschlusskontakte für die Lastableitung einerseits und jede der beiden Seiten A und B des Lastumschalters, zwischen denen umgeschaltet und die Verbindung zur Lastableitung hergestellt wird, andererseits, vorgesehen sind,
wobei im Inneren des Ölgefäßes ein Lastumschaltereinsatz vorgesehen ist, der seinerseits einen Kraftspeicher, elektrische Schaltmittel zur Lastumschaltung, Mittel zur Betätigung der elektrischen Schaltmittel sowie Überschaltwiderstände aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Inneren des Ölgefäßes (1) eine waagerecht verlaufende obere Lagerplatte (10) vorgesehen ist, die alle Bauteile des Lastumschaltereinsatzes trägt
und dass die obere Lagerplatte (10) an ihrem Umfang formschlüssig und/oder kraftschlüssig an den ins Innere des Ölgefäßes (1) reichenden Teilen der Anschlusskontakte (21) befestigt ist. - Lastumschalter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlusskontakte (21, 22) jeder Phase im Inneren des Ölgefäßes (1) mit Dauerhauptkontaktpaaren in Verbindung stehen, wobei jedes Dauerhauptkontaktpaar zur Aufnahme oberer und unterer Dauerhauptkontakt-Kontaktfinger (18, 19) obere und untere Dauerhauptkontaktträger (16, 17) besitzt
und dass die obere Lagerplatte (10) an den jeweils oberen Dauerhauptkontaktträgern (16) aller Phasen, die in einer horizontalen Ebene kreisförmig angeordnet sind, befestigt ist. - Lastumschalter nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oberen Dauerhauptkontaktträger (16) jeweils einen oberen Zentrierbügel (28) mit einem nach oben gerichteten Arretierungsstift (29) aufweisen,
dass jeder dieser Arretierungsstifte (29) mit jeweils einer Arretierungsbohrung (32) am Umfang der oberen Lagerplatte (10) korrespondiert,
und dass die obere Lagerplatte (10) mit ihrer Unterseite auf den oberen Zentrierbügeln (28) lagefixiert aufliegt. - Lastumschalter nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem vertikalen Abstand von der oberen Lagerplatte (10) und parallel zu dieser verlaufend und mit ihr mechanisch fest verbunden eine untere Lagerplatte (15) vorgesehen ist,
dass die unteren Dauerhauptkontaktträger (17) jeweils einen unteren Zentrierbügel (30) mit einem jeweils nach oben gerichteten Zentrierstift (31) aufweisen
und dass jeder dieser Zentrierstifte (31) mit jeweils einer Zentrieröffnung (33) am Umfang der unteren Lagerplatte (15) korrespondiert, derart, dass eine zusätzliche Fixierung erfolgt.
