Claims (6)
- Fahrstufe (1) für Rolltreppen, umfassend einen Tritt (2) und eine am Tritt (2) anschliessende bogenförmige Schürze (3), wobei der Tritt und die Schürze auf einer Innenfläche angeordnete Verstärkungsrippen und/oder Verstärkungssparren zur Verstärkung der fahrstufe aufweisen und wobei zwischen einem in Fahrtrichtung vorne angeordneten Randbereich des Trittes und einem entfernten Rand Bereich eine Verbindingsstruktur zur Verbindung der Stufe mit einer Antriebsvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, und wobei die Fahrstufe (1) im normalen Betriebszustand sichtbare Aussenflächen (7, 8, 9, 10) und nicht sichtbare Innenflächen (5, 6) aufweist, und wobei die Innenfläche (5, 6) einstückig als ein Leichtmetallgussteil mit Durchgängen (14) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sichtbaren Aussenflächen (7, 8, 9, 10) vollflächig aus einem über extradierten Kunststoffmaterial ausgebildet sind, und dass das Kunststoffmaterial unlösbare Verankerungen (12, 13) aufweist, wobei die Verankerungen (12, 13) in den Durchgängen (14) von den sichtbaren Aussenflächen (7, 8, 9, 10) zu den nicht sichtbaren Innenflächen (5, 6) angeordnet sind.
- Fahrstufe für Rolltreppen nach dem Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Aussenfläche des Trittes (2) in Längsrichtung der Rolltreppe verlaufende Nuten (7) und Stege (8) ausgebildet sind und dass auf der Aussenfläche der Schürze (3) weitere Nuten (9) und Stege (10) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Stege (8,10) eine allseitig die Aussenfläche der Fahrstufe bedeckende Kunststoffbeschichtung aufweisen.
- Fahrstufe für Rolltreppen nach dem Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Aussenfläche des Trittes (2) in Längsrichtung der Rolltreppe verlaufende Nuten (7) und Stege (8) ausgebildet sind und dass auf der Aussenfläche der Schürze (3) weitere Nuten (9) und Stege (10) ausgebildet sind, wobei zumindest die Stege in einem Spritzgussverfahren vollständig aus einem Kunststoffmaterial ausgebildet sind.
- Fahrstufe für Rolltreppen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Gussteil zwischen den Aussenflächen und den Innenflächen des Trittes (2) und der Schürze (3) Durchgänge (14) ausgebildet sind, die im Spritzgussverfahren von der Aussenfläche bis zur Innenfläche (5,6) mit dem Kunststoffmaterial durchspritzt werden.
- Fahrstufe für Rolltreppen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Durchgänge (14) auf der Innenfläche Verankerungen (12,13) aus einem Guss mit der Kunststoffbeschichtung auf der Aussenfläche ausgebildet sind.
- Fahrstufe für Rolltreppen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kunststoffmaterial mit Farbstoffpigment eingefärbt ist.
