Claims (9)
- Wärmedämmschale zum Umschließen von hydraulischen Einrichtungen, insbesondere von Pumpen, Armaturen und/oder Rohren, wobei die Wärmedämmschale eine oder mehrere Öffnungen aufweist, durch die Teile der hydraulischen Einrichtung hindurch geführt sind, und wobei zwischen der Innenwand der Wärmedämmschale und der Außenwand der hydraulischen Einrichtung ein Zwischenraum ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an allen Öffnungen (3) Dichtmittel (11) vorgesehen sind, die an den Teilen (4, 5, 6) der hydraulischen Einrichtung (2) dicht anliegen, so daß der Zwischenraum (10) gegenüber der Umgebung abgeschlossen ist. - Wärmedämmschale nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtmittel durch Dichtlippen (11) gebildet sind, die über den gesamten Umfang der Öffnung (3) umlaufen.
- Wärmedämmschale nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtmittel (11) stoffschlüssig mit der Wärmedämmschale (1) verbunden sind.
- Wärmedämmschale nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtmittel (11) derart in die Öffnungen (3) der Wärmedämmschale (1) eingespritzt sind, daß sie chemisch und/oder mechanisch in die Mikrostruktur der Wärmedämmschale (1) eingekoppelt sind.
- Wärmedämmschale nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtmittel (11) einstückig mit der Wärmedämmschale (1) ausgebildet sind.
- Wärmedämmschale nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtmittel (11) formschlüssig und/oder kraftschlüssig in den Rändern der Öffnungen (3) der Wärmedämmschale (1) einliegen.
- Wärmedämmschale nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus Kunststoff gespritzt oder gegossen ist.
- Wärmedämmschale nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus zwei Schalenhälften (12a, 12b) besteht, die formschlüssig und/oder kraftschlüssig dicht aneinander gehalten sind.
- Wärmedämmschale nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Schalenhälften (12a, 12b) über ein Scharnier (13) klappbar miteinander verbunden sind, wobei das Scharnier (13) einstückig mit den beiden Schalenhälften (12a, 12b) ausgebildet ist.
