Abstract

Um einen Faltenbeutel (1) aus Papier zu schaffen, der neben seiner Funktion als Verpackungsmittel auch die eines Informationsträgers besser erfüllen kann als die bekannten Faltenbeutel, wird im Rahmen der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, daß der Faltenbeutel an mindestens einer seiner Seitenflächen (2) einen flächigen Informationsträger (5) aufweist, welcher mit dem Faltenbeutel verbunden ist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Faltenbeutel aus Papier.
Derartige Faltenbeutel aus Papier sind beispielsweise aus der DE 89 06 431 U1 bekannt. Dort wird ein Papierbeutel beschrieben, der aus gegenüberliegenden Seitenwandungen besteht, von denen mindestens eine eine Öffnung, beispielsweise eine Grifföffnung oder ein Aufhängeloch, aufweist, und einen Boden, wobei mindestens eine Seitenwand im Bereich der Öffnung durch mindestens eine zusätzliche Materiallage verstärkt ist.
Die DE 86 30 398 U1 beschreibt einen Faltenbeutel aus Papier zum Verabreichen von Backwaren, gebratenen Fleischwaren oder dergleichen, wobei mindestens die mit einer Einschlagklappe versehene Beutelwand aus derart steifem Papier besteht, daß der Faltbeutel mit eingesteckter Ware tablettartig versteift ist. Ein derartig versteifter Faltenbeutel setzt seitlich wirkenden Kräften bei der Übergabe oder beim Einpacken einen gewissen Widerstand entgegen, der eine Beeinträchtigung der Form der eingesteckten Ware weitgehend verhindert.
Weiterhin sind auf den Seitenflächen mit einem Aufdruck versehene Faltenbeutel bekannt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Faltenbeutel aus Papier zu schaffen, der neben seiner Funktion als Verpackungsmittel auch die eines Informationsträgers besser erfüllen kann als die bekannten Faltenbeutel.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der Faltenbeutel an mindestens einer seiner Seitenflächen einen flächigen Informationsträger aufweist, welcher mit dem Faltenbeutel verbunden ist.
Ein derartiger flächiger, mit dem Faltenbeutel verbundener Informationsträger stellt eine zusätzliche Fläche für Informations- oder Werbemittel dar. Da er aus einem anderen Material als dem in der Regel nur relativ schlecht bedruckbaren Faltenbeutel besteht, sind auf dem Informationsträger andere Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten als auf dem Faltenbeutel gegeben.
Gerade auf Papierbeuteln ist es im Gegensatz zu anderen Verpackungen, z.B. Metallbeuteln, Kunststoffbeuteln, schwierig, einen Informationsträger lösbar mit dem Faltenbeutel zu verbinden, ohne daß die Gefahr besteht, daß beim Lösen des Informationsträgers der Faltenbeutel an der Verbindungsstelle reißt. Andererseits muß der Informationsträger so fest mit dem Faltenbeutel verbunden sein, daß ein unbeabsichtigtes Lösen, das mit einer Umweltverschmutzung gleichgehen würde, vermieden wird.
Eine Ausbildung der Erfindung besteht darin, daß der Informationsträger lediglich in einem Teilbereich mit dem Faltenbeutel verbunden ist.
Hierdurch wird es möglich, die Vorder- und die Rückseite des Informationsträgers zur Informationsübermittlung zu verwenden, insbesondere wenn dieser lediglich entlang einer seiner Seitenkanten mit dem Faltenbeutel verbunden ist.
Es ist zweckmäßig, daß der Informationsträger im Bereich des Bodenfalzes mit dem Faltenbeutel verbunden ist.
Ist die parallel zum Bodenfalz in dessen Nähe verlaufende Seitenkante des Informationsträgers mit dem Faltenbeutel verbunden, kann der Informationsträger im oberen Bereich von dem Faltenbeutel weggebogen bzw. -geklappt werden, und die auf seiner Rückseite befindlichen Informationen sind lesbar.
Es liegt im Rahmen der Erfindung, daß der flächige Informationsträger mit dem Faltenbeutel durch Kleben verbunden ist.
Da auch der Faltenbeutel durch Kleben hergestellt wird, bietet sich diese Art der Verbindung an.
Vorteilhaft ist, daß die Klebeverbindung lösbar ist.
Bei Vorliegen einer lösbaren Klebeverbindung kann der Informationsträger ganz von dem Faltenbeutel abgenommen werden, ohne daß dieser beschädigt wird.
Im Rahmen der Erfindung liegt es daher, daß der Informationsträger mit dem Faltenbeutel mit einem Fungitivleim ablösbar verbunden ist.
Bei Verwendung eines derartigen Leimes ist zum einen sichergestellt, daß der Informationsträger von dem Faltenbeutel gelöst werden kann, ohne daß das relativ dünne Papier des Faltenbeutels beschädigt wird und zum anderen wird ein unbeabsichtigtes Lösen des Informationsträgers vermieden.
Es kann auch zweckmäßig sein, daß der flächige Informationsträger mit dem Faltenbeutel durch Verheftung verbunden ist.
DieVerheftung ist ein vorteilhaftes Verfahren zum Verbinden von dünnen, flächigen Elementen.
Eine Ausbildung der Erfindung besteht darin, daß der Informationsträger aus Papier oder Karton besteht.
Papier oder Karton sind gut bedruck- und beschichtbar, so daß vielseitige Verwendungsmöglichkeiten bestehen.
Eine Weiterbildung der Erfindung besteht darin, daß zumindest ein Teilbereich des Informationsträgers entlang einer Perforation abtrennbar ist.
So kann beispielsweise eine Rückantwortkarte Teil des Informationsträgers sein, die nach Ablösen entlang der Perforation ausgefüllt und abgesendet werden kann. Auch auf diese Weise kann ein Lösen des Informationsträgers ohne Beschädigung des Faltenbeutels erreicht werden.
Ebenso liegt es im Rahmen der Erfindung, daß zumindest ein Teilbereich des Informationsträgers als Etikettenträger ausgebildet ist.
Derartige Etiketten bieten sich beispielsweise als Sammelobjekt oder für Rabatt- bzw. Spielaktionen im Zusammenhang mit Werbeveranstaltungen an
Eine Weiterbildung der Erfindung besteht darin, daß der Informationsträger als Pappteller ausgebildet ist.
Insbesondere ein Pappteller in rechteckiger Form mit leicht angehobenen Kanten kann mit einem Faltenbeutel verbunden sein und dann gleichzeitig als Unterlage beim Verzehr eines in dem Faltenbeutel enthaltenen Nahrungsmittels und gleichzeitig - durch einen entsprechenden Aufdruck - als Informationsträger dienen.
Ebenso liegt es im Rahmen der Erfindung, daß der Informationsträger als Versteifungselement für eine Seitenfläche des Faltenbeutels ausgebildet ist.
Auf diese Weise kann die Seitenfläche des Faltenbeutels durch den Informationsträger zum Transport relativ schwerer oder nässender Gegenstände verstärkt werden.
Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand von beispielhaften Ausführungsbeispielen erläutert.

Fig. 1 zeigt einen erfindungsgemäßen Faltenbeutel 1, der aus zwei Seitenflächen 2 mit beidseits dazwischen angeordnetem Falz (nicht dargestellt) besteht, der einen Boden 3 und eine Öffnung 4 aufweist. Eine oder beide Seitenflächen 2 können einen Aufdruck aufweisen. Derartige Faltenbeutel 1 werden von dem Hersteller insbesondere an Betriebe der Nahrungsmittelindustrie, z.B. Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Obsthändler, etc. geliefert und dort in der Regel während des Verkaufsvorganges mit Ware befüllt und dem Kunden übergeben. Die Faltenbeutel müssen daher relativ kostengünstig herstellbar sein, im leeren Zustand kompakt sein und im gefüllten Zustand ausreichend widerstandsfähig, um eine Beschädigung des Faltenbeutels 1 während des Transportes der Ware zu verhindern.
Auf diesen Faltenbeutel 1 ist durch eine lösbare Klebeverbindung ein Informationsträger 5 aufgebracht, wobei die Klebeverbindung in einem Teilbereich 6 entlang der parallel zum Boden 3 des Faltenbeutels 1 angeordneten Seitenkante des Informationsträgers erfolgt. Somit kann der obere Teil des Informationsträgers 5 von dem Faltenbeutel 1 weggeklappt werden, wodurch ein eventuell auf der Seitenfläche 2 des Faltenbeutels 1 angeordneter Aufdruck sichtbar wird.
Der Informationsträger 5 besteht aus Karton, wie er bei Postkarten üblich ist und weist im unteren Bereich 7 eine Nachricht auf, während der obere Teil 8 durch eine Perforation 9 als ablösbare Postkarte (beispielsweise für Rückantworten, Preisausschreiben, Informationsanforderung, oder Bestellungen) ausgebildet ist. Trotz dieser unterschiedlichen Materialien des Faltenbeutels 1 (Papier) und des Informationsträgers 5 (Postkartenkarton) ist es im Rahmen der Erfindung möglich, diese beiden in unterschiedlichen Verfahren (Flexodruck, Offsetdruck) bedruckten Gegenstände innerhalb eines Inline-Herstellungsverfahrens so miteinander zu verbinden, daß der Informationsträger 5 von dem Faltenbeutel 1 gelöst werden kann, ohne daß der Faltenbeutel 1 an der Verbindungsstelle reißt oder es zu einem unbeabsichtigten Ablösen des Informationsträgers 5 kommt.
Aufgrund des für den Informationsträger 5 verwandten Materials (Karton) kann dieser - neben seiner Funktion als Informationsträger - auch zusätzlich als Teller ausgebildet sein, um den Verzehr der in dem Faltenbeutel enthaltenen Waren zu erleichtern oder aber als Versteifung für den Faltenbeutel beim Transport schwerer oder nässender Waren.
Wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist, kann auch zumindest ein Teilbereich 10 des Informationsträgers 5 als Etikettenträger ausgebildet sein, z.B. für Rabattmarken, Sammelbilder, etc., wobei auf dem unteren Bereich 7 entsprechende Erläuterungen vorgesehen sein können.

Claims (12)

  1. Faltenbeutel aus Papier, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Faltenbeutel (1) an mindestens einer seiner Seitenflächen (2) einen flächigen Informationsträger (5) aufweist, welcher mit dem Faltenbeutel (1) verbunden ist.
  2. Faltenbeutel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Informationsträger (5) lediglich in einem Teilbereich (6) mit dem Faltenbeutel (1) verbunden ist.
  3. Faltenbeutel gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Informationsträger (5) im Bereich des Bodenfalzes mit dem Faltenbeutel (1) verbunden ist.
  4. Faltenbeutel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der flächige Informationsträger (5) mit dem Faltenbeutel (1) durch Kleben verbunden ist.
  5. Faltenbeutel gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebeverbindung lösbar ist.
  6. Faltenbeutel aus Papier gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Informationsträger (5) mit dem Faltenbeutel (1) mit einem Fungitivleim ablösbar verbunden ist.
  7. Faltenbeutel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der flächige Informationsträger (5) mit dem Faltenbeutel (1) durch Verheftung verbunden ist.
  8. Faltenbeutel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Informationsträger (5) aus Papier oder Karton besteht.
  9. Faltenbeutel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Teilbereich (8) des Informationsträgers (5) entlang einer Perforation (9) abtrennbar ist.
  10. Faltenbeutel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Teilbereich (10) des Informationsträger (5) als Etikettenträger ausgebildet ist.
  11. Faltenbeutel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Informationsträger (5) als Pappteller ausgebildet ist.
  12. Faltenbeutel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Informationsträger (5) als Versteifungselement für eine Seitenfläche des Faltenbeutels (1) ausgebildet ist.
