Definitions
- the present invention relates to a support base for cooling devices, in particular Refrigerators, with a flat plate body and a stop attached to it to secure the tray against slipping out of a tray bracket of the cooling device.
- the invention further relates to the support base bracket of such a cooling device.
- Glass panels are known as trays for refrigerators, which are at their rear and front edges are bordered with plastic injection molding retaining strips.
- the holding strips you can use the glass plates at their front end in the corner areas enclose so far that a stop can be attached, the can engage in corresponding recesses in the refrigerator inner wall, to prevent the deck from accidentally coming out of the deck bracket from slipping out.
- Such cooling devices or trays can, however, be improved in various ways. First, it would be desirable to consider such trays to improve their resilience. On the other hand, it has been shown that such Glass plates with plastic injection molding holding strips when lying on the refrigerator side Carrying floor bracket cause cracking noises. There were therefore additional skids on the contact surfaces to the inner container of the cooling device proposed, which in turn cause disadvantages themselves.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object of an improved Refrigerator or an improved tray of the type mentioned create, avoid the disadvantages of the prior art and the latter in more advantageous Educate wise.
- an improved securing of the trays should be can be reached in the cooling unit.
- the invention proposes a supporting floor according to claim 1 before.
- the stop is therefore separate and spaced from the edge profile on the front the support plate.
- By separating the stop from the front Edge profiles can both be tailored to their specific function become.
- the stop can be positioned anywhere, regardless of the front edge profile and are used for every installation situation.
- the separation of the Stop from the front edge profile also allows the latter to be independent from the stop function.
- the stop does not need to be molded onto the edge profile to be.
- An elastic buffer is preferably provided as a stop, which supports the supporting floor to prevent it from slipping out of the corresponding base bracket of the cooling unit guaranteed.
- Such an elastic buffer body prevents damage to the Tragêthalterung, which usually in the form of support ribs on the inner container wall of the cooling device is formed.
- the stop is outside the support area of the Arranged base.
- the support floor does not lie with the stop on the cooling unit side Tragêthalterung on, so that the unwanted crackling noises can be avoided.
- the plate body is preferably made of glass, whereby a Noise development when lying on the supporting floor bracket is completely avoided is.
- the support base comprises two elastic buffers opposite sides of the glass plate are arranged.
- the Stop with a specially provided projection on the inside of the container cooperate to hold the support plate.
- it is preferred Stop designed so that it with the base bracket of the refrigerator interacts.
- the stop is pending the support on which the supporting floor rests.
- the support base bracket a recess in which the stop of the tray engages.
- the support bracket can protrude on the inside walls of the cooling unit Have support ribs, at least one of which is an interruption for the stop has.
- the stop can have different shapes and geometries. According to one advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is in particular as a button-shaped projection provided on the underside of the tray.
- the elastic buffer can consist of rubber or a rubber-elastic plastic. He can also out another suitable elastic plastic.
- the stop is formed separately from the plate body and firmly connected to it.
- the connection between the stop and the plate body is cohesive formed, in particular the stop can be glued to the plate body his.
- the stop is preferred adapted to the supporting body.
- the stop can be transparent be trained.
- the stop is formed separately and spaced from a profile bar, the one Bordering the edge of the supporting body.
- the attacks in the Near the front edge of the deck, i.e. the edge, that of a flap or one Door of the refrigerator is facing be arranged. This can be done by simple Lifting the front edge of the respective shelf releases the stop and the respective supporting floor can be removed.
- an edging Profile bar provided a metal bar, the two a support plate edge has overlapping legs, the free ends of which are folded back and parallel Support legs form on opposite surfaces of the deck rest.
- the profile bar thus has an overall c-shaped profile with inside, i.e. leg ends folded back towards the concave side. hereby considerable advantages are achieved regardless of the design of the attack.
- the formation of the metal profile strip results in a particularly stable Protection of the edge of the floor against impact.
- the turned over effect Support leg a double suspension of the profile strip in the smallest space.
- the overlapping legs can spring apart and together, on the other hand, the support legs can be relative to the overlapping, outer Feather thighs. Eventually there will be a significant simplification of the flooring or assembly reached.
- the support legs elastically clamp the opposite ones Surfaces of the deck between them.
- the connection between the profile bar and the support body can be designed free of adhesive and alone caused by the clamping. In this way the assembly of the trays considerably relieved.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the profile strip one curved in cross section, in particular curved in the form of a circular arc
- the body of the groin has the two folded back support legs connect.
- the profile body protruding outwards is free of sharp edges that users of the refrigerator bump into or food could be damaged when loading and unloading.
- the profile strips can be outside the support areas of the tray may be arranged. You can find out about the extend the entire edge into the side area of the supporting body with which this rests on the supporting floor bracket. However, the support bracket hears expediently stands on or stands before reaching the corresponding profile strip the supporting body accordingly over the supporting bracket, so that the Profile strip does not rest on the supporting floor bracket.
- the profile strip itself is preferably made of sheet steel, in particular made of a stainless steel sheet.
- the support floor 1 shown in the figures consists essentially of a flat Glass plate 2, which forms the supporting body.
- the tray has 1 two profile strips 3, on the one hand the front edge of the glass plate 2, i.e. their the edge facing the refrigerator door and the opposite edge embrace the rear edge of the glass plate 2.
- the refrigerator has a support base 4 from the inner walls of the refrigerator inner container projecting support ribs 5, on which the tray 1 rests.
- the glass plate lies directly on the support ribs 5 2 yourself on.
- the support ribs 5 extend only in areas where the glass plate 2 is not bordered with the profile strips 3. This can result in a significant Increase the load capacity of the tray 1 can be achieved.
- the elastic buffer 6 is a button-shaped Projection with a circular outline on the underside of the glass plate 2 and lies on the outer edge with which the glass plate 2 on the supporting floor bracket 4 rests.
- the support ribs 5 are recessed in the area of the elastic buffer 6, i.e. they only extend in areas in which the elastic buffer 6 is not arranged is, so that not the elastic buffer, but the glass plate 2 itself directly the support rib 5 rests (see FIG. 1).
- the glass plate 2 are positioned on the glass plate 2 in such a way that when the corresponding support base is in the inserted position 1 to the end of the corresponding support rib 5 facing away from the refrigerator door connect so that when pulling out the tray 1 directly to the abut the corresponding end of the support ribs 5 facing away from the refrigerator door.
- the glass plate To remove the tray 1, the glass plate must be on its front End are raised slightly so that the elastic buffer 6 over the support ribs 5th be lifted away.
- the stop on the glass plate 2 be positioned such that it is in the inserted position of the corresponding Tray 1 from the end of the refrigerator door facing away from the corresponding Support rib 5 is spaced, so that according to this spacing the tray 1 can be pulled out a bit.
- the move out corresponds to the distance between the stop and the corresponding one End of the support rib 5, the fully inserted position of the tray is available.
- the pull-out path advantageously enables the one with food Loaded tray 1 preferred to better remove the food to be able to.
- the extension path is marked with X in FIG.
- the height of the elastic buffer 6 projecting perpendicular to the glass plate 2 is such dimensioned that the entire thickness of the supporting floor in the area of the elastic buffers 6, thus the sum of the thickness of the glass plate 2 and the height of the elastic buffer 6, smaller is the clear distance between two superimposed support ribs 5.
- the edge-encompassing profile strip 3 consists of a stainless steel sheet and is in their cross section shown in Fig. 3. It has an arcuate cross section curved profile body 7, with its concave inside is pushed over the corresponding edge of the glass plate 2. It overlaps with opposite ones Legs 8 opposite sides of the glass plate 2. Die free ends of the legs 8 are turned back to the concave inside of the profile strip 3, so that they form parallel support legs 9. hereby two spring kinematics are achieved. On the one hand, the legs 8 can be put together with the support legs 9 on and to spring, which is essentially the central central region of the profile strip 3 is twisted. On the other hand, the support legs 9 springs 8 relative to the legs.
- the support legs 9 clamp the glass plate 2 between them and cause one Clamp fit of the profile strip 3 on the glass plate 2. A gluing of the profile strips 3 can be omitted.
- the radius of curvature 10 of the profile body 7 which is curved in the shape of a circular arc can be about three quarters to five quarters, preferably about four fifths to six One fifth of the thickness of the glass plate 2. According to the preferred shown Embodiment corresponds to the radius of curvature 10 of the circular-arc shaped profile body 7 the thickness of the glass plate 2.
- the arcuate profile bar body 7 extends at least over one Arc length of about ⁇ .
- the circular arc preferably extends Profile bar body 7 over a circular arc length of about 1 1 ⁇ 2 ⁇ .
- the folded-back support legs 9 extend over a suitable length, to achieve the desired clamping properties.
- the free ends of the support legs 9 extend at least up to the height of the center of curvature 11. In further training the invention, they can easily go beyond that, so that the bearing surface of the Support leg 9 on the glass plate 2 is longer than the remaining glass plate surface from the end of the support leg 9 to its edge. Basically, however other geometries of the profile strip 3 are also possible.
