Definitions
- the invention relates to a beverage bottle according to the preamble of claim 1, in particular to a wine or champagne bottle, with a bottleneck opening into a pouring spout. It further relates to a method for closing such a beverage bottle.
- a wine bottle can also be used with a screw cap be equipped.
- a metallic cap used which has a screw thread on the bottleneck is screwed and thus closes the pouring opening of the wine bottle.
- a closed with such a screw cap wine bottle is already in their appearance clearly from a closed with a cork stopper Wine bottle distinguishable. Closing systems with screw cap are predominantly for comparatively cheaper and thus used inferior wines. Because of this, one enjoys in a wine bottle offered with screw wine also a lesser appreciation among the consumers as one in a closed with a cork stopper Wine bottle offered wine.
- Cork plugs Contrary to the high esteem among the consumers can be a closure with Cork plugs, however, also adversely affect the in such a way closed wine bottle stored wine.
- Such deterioration of the wine can occur at 10% up to 16% of such stored wine occur.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, a beverage bottle, in particular a bottle of wine or champagne, of the type mentioned above, whose Closure system on the one hand avoiding taste impairment the stored therein drink even with a long storage time allows and on the other hand appeals to the appreciation of consumers to a special degree. Furthermore, a particular for attaching such a closure system appropriate method for closing a beverage bottle can be specified.
- this object is achieved according to the invention by the bottleneck in the immediate vicinity of the pouring a first circumferential lip and in a slightly larger compared to this Distance from the pouring opening has a second circumferential lip bead, and in that the pouring spout is closed by a crown cork coming from one from a mold cap and one at this and at one part of the bottle neck surrounded encapsulated capsule formed, wherein the mold cap is dimensioned such that, taking into account the dimensioning the bottleneck and the second circumferential lip the impression of a so-called upper belt mouth for the beverage bottle arises.
- the bottle points at the bottleneck wide circumferential bead, which terminates flush with the pouring opening.
- the invention is based on the consideration that a taste impairment the beverage stored in the beverage bottle, in particular the stored in wine, by a consistent renouncement of cork as closure material can be avoided.
- a mechanically stable closure element be provided on a metallic basis.
- a crown cork closure element particularly favorable.
- a crown cork makes it possible to close the beverage bottle with conventional equipment.
- the beverage or wine bottle should be in addition Appearance of a wine bottle closed with a cork stopper.
- the metallic closure element is surrounded by an outer packaging, the outer appearance of a provided with a cork closure Beverage bottle replicates.
- This lip ridge surrounds the crown cork in the mounted state with its arranged at its outer edge, through its so-called teeth separate Biegelippen.
- the bottleneck also shows in comparison to first lip bead slightly larger distance to the pouring opening a second circumferential lip on.
- the second circumferential Lippenwulst expediently one Compared to the first circumferential lip around one millimeter larger Outside diameter on.
- a second lip beaded bottle in its appearance in open Condition also a champagne or champagne bottle close, so that even in the open State a special esteem is attainable with the customers.
- the outer packaging while a mold cap.
- capsule Enclosure encased, as it is in a conventional cork stopper closed bottle of wine or champagne could find application.
- the Capsule extends beyond the mold cap and continues to surround also an upper part of the bottle neck of the beverage bottle. Especially because of it is a close to a inferior regarded as a screw cap Appearance of the beverage bottle avoided to a special degree.
- the crown cork in particular according to DIN 6099 may be formed, advantageously made of stainless steel.
- there consists of the so-called mirror and the teeth of the crown cork forming Metal body expediently from the material ASI 316.
- a sealing material is preferably also as LD-PE designated low density polyethylene provided.
- the mold cap is preferably also made of plastic, in particular also made of HDPE high density polyethylene.
- the Mold cap torsional or torques with respect to the actual bottle body be exposed.
- the mold cap advantageously against rotation.
- These are more advantageous Design on a circumferential inner side of the mold cap a number of for example, designed in the manner of an elongated cylinder body locking elements formed. These are arranged so that they over the crown cork inverted mold cap in each case in a space between two adjacent Engage teeth of the crown cork.
- Torque is applied via the locking elements and the corresponding teeth of the crown cork intercepted or supported, so that no rotation of the mold cap relative to the bottle body can be done.
- the mold cap in such a way is dimensioned so that they together with the second circumferential lip bead forms a shell that completely surrounds the crown cork.
- the mold cap can be dimensioned in a suitable embodiment be that they are flush with their peripheral edge with the second circumferential lip bead concludes.
- the Form cap but a substantially cylindrical shell formed, the with a circumferential recess for receiving the second circumferential Lippenwulstes is provided.
- the recess may be in the manner of a groove or Groove be formed whose profile so to the outer profile of the second lip bead adapted to be at least partially with attached mold cap positive connection results.
- the mold cap is in position mechanically fixed and thus has a particularly high stability. moreover the mold cap is particularly good at against externally applied forces Supported bottleneck, so that, for example, the mechanical attachment
- the outer capsule has a particularly high stability and resistance results.
- the capsule can be made of polyethylene foil laminated on both sides with aluminum or made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film, but is preferably made of Tin formed.
- PVC polyvinyl chloride
- said Task solved by first forming the mold cap with a to form the Capsule provided starting body, in particular of tin, in conjunction and then over the provided with the crown cork pouring is set, followed by the starting body to form the capsule the form cap as well as at the respective part of the bottleneck rolled or shrunk becomes.
- Such a sequence is a particularly time-saving and effective manufacturing process reachable.
- the mold cap in the manner of a Pre-assembled in the output body for the capsule are arranged. That way prepared intermediate can then easily over the the Pouring opening already closing crown cork and put on the second lip bead of the bottle neck set or brought into contact with this become.
- This is then followed by a capsule formed from tin uniform rolling and a capsule formed on PVC basisshrinking the capsule to the mold cap and to the upper part of the bottle neck, whereby a particularly uniform and thus high-quality impression of the closure system arises.
- the closure measures only for a comparatively short period of time exposed, so that comparatively high throughput rates can be achieved.
- the advantages achieved by the invention are in particular that by the combination of a metallic closure element with a surrounding this Mold cap on the one hand, a high-quality closure with high Sealing effect and on the other hand, a protection of the actual closure element mechanical action can be achieved.
- this arrangement also optically a comparatively traditional design achievable. Just by the wrapping of the mold cap and the upper part of the bottle neck with a common capsule is also ensured that the impression of a Beverage or wine bottle with Oberbandmündung mediated, so that at the customers a relatively high esteem with the thus associated drink.
- the wine bottle 1 according to Figure 1 comprises a bottle body 2, on which a Bottom neck 4 is formed. Instead of the wine bottle 1 it could be also to trade a champagne bottle.
- the bottleneck 4 opens into a in FIG. 1 invisible pouring opening 6, which closed with a closure system 8 is.
- the closure system 8 is in terms of its visual impression, so in particular with regard to its dimensioning taking into account the Dimensioning of the bottle neck 4, designed such that for a customer or consumers the impression of a so-called upper band mouth arises.
- the closure system 8 makes the impression of being on the outside Bottom neck 4 arranged, circumferential bead 9, which is flush with the pouring spout 6 completes.
- the closure system 8 is designed such that even with a long storage time Impairment of the stored drink, especially in the wine bottle 1 stored wine, is excluded in terms of taste. To is the closure system 8 with the consistent abandonment of a cork stopper designed. Instead, the closure system 8 comprises, as in Figure 2 in cross section and shown in exploded view in Figure 3, a crown cork 10, which closes the pouring opening 6 of the wine bottle 1.
- a crown cork 10 which closes the pouring opening 6 of the wine bottle 1.
- the crown cork 10 is designed according to DIN 6099 and has, adapted to the Sizing of the bottle neck 4, a free diameter of 26.75 mm and a height of 6.8 mm. But there may be other diameters, for example about 24.75 mm, 29.75 mm, 32.75 mm or 36.75 mm, depending on Nominal diameter of the bottle neck 4, be selected.
- the crown cork 10 is in an interior region 16 on its side facing the bottle interior provided with a sealing element 18.
- the sealing element 18 is in the embodiment made of plastic, namely low density polyethylene (LD-PE) and dimensioned in its dimensions such that it is the pouring opening 6 completely covers.
- LD-PE low density polyethylene
- the sealing element 18 When mounted crown cork 10, the sealing element 18 in Consequence of the clamping effect of the first lip bead 14 encompassing bending ribs 12 completely pressed against the peripheral edge of the pouring opening 6, so that it is completely sealed. It can do that in the wine bottle 1 stored beverage, especially the stored wine, only with the material of the sealing element 18 come into contact. Thus, an impairment of the stored wine, in particular in terms of flavor, by For example, entry of cork material safely excluded.
- the crown cork 10 is made of stainless steel.
- his metal body made of ASI 316 material.
- ASI 316 material Although such a choice of materials requires a slightly higher processing overhead compared for example to a crown cork made of tinplate or aluminum sheet, but also allows in unfavorable conditions a long storage time without affecting the Closing effect due to corrosion.
- the closure system 8 is therefore also special for a permanent storage of wine even at less favorable, for example saline or sulphurous, outside atmosphere suitable.
- the bottleneck 4 has a second circumferential Lips 20 on. This is slight compared to the first lip ridge 14 larger dimensioned and has a compared to this by about one millimeter larger outside diameter.
- the second lip 20 ensures that the pouring opening 6 closing crown cork 10 largely before mechanical effects, for example by a contact or hooking with crown corks of other beverage bottles, is protected.
- the thus designed mouth area awakens with opened wine bottle 1 a particularly high-quality impression, whereby just in contrast to a bottle mouth prepared for a screw cap a qualitative proximity to a champagne or champagne bottle will be produced.
- the crown cork 10 with completely closed wine bottle 1 surrounded by a mold cap 22.
- This is at completely closed Wine bottle 1 is placed over the crown cork 10 and dimensioned so that they together with the second lip bead 20 forms a shell that the crown cork 10 completely surrounds and thus any direct mechanical contact with Foreign parts excluded.
- the mold cap 22 can be dimensioned in such a way that it is flush at its peripheral edge 24 flush with the second lip bead 20.
- the mold cap 22 but a substantially cylindrical formed jacket 25, which has a circumferential recess 26th is provided for receiving the second circumferential lip bead 20.
- the recess 26 is designed in the manner of a groove or groove whose profile is such is adapted to the outer profile of the second lip 20, that at attached mold cap 22 an at least partially positive connection with the second lip bead 20 results.
- the mold cap 22 is in position mechanically fixed and thus has a particularly high stability.
- the Form cap 22 is otherwise dimensioned substantially such that they on the one hand can be easily pushed over the crown cork 10, and that on the other hand in terms of size relationships, taking into account the dimensioning the bottleneck 4 and the second circumferential lip bead 20 the impression of a top band mouth of the wine bottle 1 arises.
- the mold cap 22 is made of plastic, namely high-density polyethylene (HD-PE), produced.
- the mold cap 22 is common with an upper part 27 of the Bottle neck 4 enclosed by a capsule 28.
- the capsule 28 can thereby from a so-called "Duplo foil", both sides aluminum-laminated Polyethylene film or made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film is in Embodiment but designed as a tin capsule.
- the mold cap 22 and the Capsule 28 together form a surrounding the crown cork 10 outer packaging.
- the capsule 28 is similar in design to one usually for one with cork stoppers locked wine bottle inserted bottle cap or tin capsule, so that in particular with regard to the chosen dimensions the mold cap 22, the second lip bead 20 and the bottle neck 4 for the completely closed wine bottle 1 the impression of a conventional with Cork stopper closed wine bottle results.
- the thus formed Closure system 8 thus allows not only a high quality storage of the wine without taste impairment even with long storage time, but by the optical design also a special appreciation safe for the customers.
- the pouring opening is in a first step 6 closed with the crown cork 10.
- further step is - as in particular in FIG 3 indicated - the mold cap 22 provided in a formation of the capsule 28
- the capsule 28th by a suitable cutting tool first in an area below the Mold cap 22, for example in the through the peripheral edge 24 and the bottleneck 4 groove formed, separated. Subsequently, the mold cap 22 - partly because of their suitably chosen dimensioning - up be deducted from the bottleneck 4 comparatively simple, so that the crown cork 10 is now exposed. This is thus accessible for opening and can - for example by means of a cap lifter - be lifted.
- the now opened wine bottle 1 has a bottleneck 4, which in its mouth region is embossed by the lip beads 14, 20.
- the opened wine bottle 1 in its appearance also a former Close with cork closed champagne bottle, so that even when open the wine bottle 1 not caused, for example, by a screw thread inferior impression.
- the wine bottle 1 thus has in the closed state even at long Storage time corrosion-resistant closure system 8, on the one hand, an impairment the tightness of the crown cork 10 safely avoids and on the other hand gives the customer a high-quality overall impression.
- the wine bottle 1 is also characterized by a mouth area, the due to the Lippenwulste 14, 20 also gives a high-quality impression.
