Claims (12)
- Machine à fragmenter (13), en particulier pour fragmenter de la viande fraîche ou de la viande congelée, dotée d'un ensemble de découpe (14) qui comporte au moins une lame (4,15), l'ensemble de découpe (14) présentant un disque perforé doté de trous après la dernière lame (15) dans le sens du flux de matière.
- Machine à fragmenter (13) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'identification comporte notamment des informations sur la taille des trous et de préférence sur l'épaisseur du disque perforé.
- Machine à fragmenter (13) selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que des données complémentaires, de préférence la durée de fonctionnement et la charge du disque perforé peuvent être enregistrées et interrogées sur le moyen.
- Machine à fragmenter (13) selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'on détermine son usure avec les paramètres de charge et de durée de fonctionnement.
- Machine à fragmenter (13) selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le moyen est disposé dans un espace creux fermé.
- Machine à fragmenter (13) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le moyen est connecté de manière bidirectionnelle à un émetteur (9)-récepteur (9).
- Selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le moyen est une puce-capteur.
- Machine à fragmenter selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que celle-ci peut être mise en service uniquement si le dispositif de sécurité est installé.
- Machine à fragmenter selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le disque perforé (6) présente des trous ayant que un diamètre ≤ 6 mm et de préférence une épaisseur ≥ 5 mm.
- Machine à fragmenter selon une des précédentes revendications, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un contrôle d'épaisseur du disque perforé (6), qui est relié de préférence à la durée de service du disque perforé, avec lequel de préférence la machine ne peut pas être mise en service si l'épaisseur du disque perforé est inférieure à une épaisseur minimale par usure.
- Procédé de sécurisation des machines à fragmenter selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les données d'identification du disque perforé (6) disposé derrière la dernière lame (15) dans le sens d'écoulement de la matière dans la machine à fragmenter (13) sont extraites et qu'à partir de là, il est contrôlé si le disque perforé respectif (6) satisfait aux critères de norme de sécurité respectives et la machine à fragmenter peut être mise en service uniquement si le résultat de ce contrôle est positif.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'on peut extraire en plus la durée de fonctionnement et/ou la charge mécanique du disque perforé (6), et que l'on peut par cela contrôler son usure, et qu'en cas de trop grande usure, l'on ne peut pas mettre en marche la machine à fragmenter.
