Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un fil multicolore sans fin filé à l'état fondu, constitué d'une pluralité de filaments, les filaments de couleurs différentes ou colorables différemment étant rassemblés et étirés par groupes pour former au moins deux fils,
    avec au moins des étapes supplémentaires suivantes:
    préparation, une préparation des fils étant réalisée avec un agent de préparation au moins en avant d'un premier organe d'extraction,
    étirage,
    texturation, les fils étant frisés,
    refroidissement,
    compactage et
    bobinage des fils,
    caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une deuxième préparation est réalisée en aval du premier organe d'extraction et en avant de l'étirage.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les fils sont maintenus séparés jusqu'à l'étirage inclus, sont alors assemblés sous forme d'un fil et texturés, refroidis, compactés et bobinés ensemble.

    au moins un dispositif de préparation (5.1, 5.2, 5.3), dont l'un est disposé en amont de l'organe d'extraction,
    deux paires de galettes (8, 10) entre lesquelles les fils (4) sont étirés,
    un dispositif de texturation (11),
    un cylindre de refroidissement (12),
    un dispositif de compactage (15) et
    un dispositif de bobinage (18),
    caractérisé en ce qu'un deuxième dispositif de préparation (9.1, 9.2, 9.3) est disposé entre l'organe d'extraction (6, 7) et la première paire de galettes (8.1, 8.2).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième dispositif de préparation (9.1, 9.2, 9.3) de chaque fil (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) est disposé séparément.
  7. Dispositif selon les revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de préparation (5, 9.1, 9.2, 9.3) est constitué de deux unités de préparation immédiatement voisines.
