Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Regelung der Höhe (a) eines Walzenspaltes (53) zwischen einer Leim-Auftrags-Walze (5) und einer Andrück-Walze (10) einer Beleimungs-Vorrichtung für eine Wellpappe-Bahn (47), umfassendTransport der Wellpappe-Bahn (47), die mindestensaus einer Deck-Bahn (50) undeiner Well-Bahn (49) mit von der Deck-Bahn (50) abgewandten Spitzen (54) besteht,Auftragen von Leim (55) mittels der Leim-Auftrags-Walze (5) auf die Spitzen (54) der Well-Bahn (49), wobei die Deck-Bahn (50) gegen die Andrück-Walze (10) anliegt, undAndrücken der Wellpappe-Bahn (47) mit einer konstanten vorgegebenen Kraft zwischen der Leim-Auftrags-Walze (5) und der Andrück-Walze (10).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Walzenspalt (53) auf die Wellpappe-Bahn (47) ausgeübte Ist-Kraft fortlaufend erfaßt und mit einer vorgegebenen Soll-Kraft verglichen wird und
daß bei Abweichungen der Ist-Kraft von der Soll-Kraft die Höhe (a) des Walzenspaltes (53) solange verstellt wird, bis die Ist-Kraft gleich der Soll-Kraft ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe (a) des Walzenspaltes (53) über seine Länge unterschiedlich ist.
- Beleimungs-Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3mit einem Gestell (1),mit einer in dem Gestell (1) angeordneten, um eine Mittel-Längs--Achse (8) drehantreibbaren Leim-Auftrags-Walze (5),mit einer in dem Gestell (1) angeordneten, um eine Mittel-Längs--Achse (11) drehantreibbare Andrück-Walze (10),mit einem Walzenspalt (53) zwischen der Leim-Auftrags-Walze (5) und der Andrück-Walze (10) zum Hindurchführen einer aus mindestens einer Deck-Bahn (50) und einer Well-Bahn (49) bestehenden Wellpappe-Bahn (47),mit einer Kraft-Meßeinrichtung (34) zum Erfassen einer im Walzenspalt (53) senkrecht auf die Wellpappe-Bahn (47) wirkenden Ist-Kraft,mit einer Abstands-Einstell-Vorrichtung (36) zur Veränderung der Höhe (a) des Walzenspaltes (53) durch Verschiebung der Walzen (5, 10) relativ zueinander im wesentlichen in einer durch die Mittel--Längs-Achsen (8, 11) aufgespannten Ebene undmit einer Regel-Einrichtung (43) zum Vergleich der Ist-Kraft mit einer vorgegebenen Soll-Kraft im Walzenspalt (53) und zur Ansteuerung der Abstands-Einstell-Vorrichtung (36).
- Beleimungs-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Walze (5) ortsfest im Gestell (1) gelagert ist und
daß die andere Walze (10) in Lager-Hebeln (13, 14) gelagert ist, die schwenkbar im Gestell (1) gelagert sind. - Beleimungs-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leim-Auftrags-Walze (5) ortsfest im Gestell (1) gelagert ist und
daß die Andrück-Walze (10) relativ zur Leim-Auftrags-Walze (5) verschiebbar ist. - Beleimungs-Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens mit einer verschiebbaren Walze (10) ein Andrück-Antrieb (19) zur Ausübung einer vorgegebenen konstanten Kraft auf diese Walze (10) gekoppelt ist.
- Beleimungs-Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der mindestens einen verschiebbaren Walze (10) eine Andrück-Einstell-Einrichtung (32) angreift.
- Beleimungs-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraft-Meßeinrichtung (34) und die Abstands-Einstell-Vorrichtung (36) an der mindestens einen verschiebbaren Walze (10) angreifen.
