Claims (8)

  1. Machine à cintrer à deux rouleaux avec un rouleau de guidage (3, 5) élastique à la pression et un rouleau de cintrage (6) rigide à la pression, le rouleau de cintrage pouvant être soumis à l'action d'au moins un autre rouleau élastique à la pression (8; 10; 11, 13; 21, 23), caractérisée en ce que la machine à cintrer à deux rouleaux comprend un dispositif de commande (17) qui commande le dispositif d'entraînement (16) des rouleaux entraînés, et est conçue de manière à pouvoir amener une tôle (20) à cintrer pour au moins un double passage à travers le rouleau de guidage et le rouleau de cintrage.
  2. Machine à cintrer à deux rouleaux selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'autre rouleau élastique à la pression (8, 10 ; 11, 13; 21, 23) est sollicité par un rouleau d'appui (14, 32, 33) rigide à la pression.
  3. Machine à cintrer à deux rouleaux selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que sont prévus deux autres rouleaux élastiques à la pression (8, 10 ; 11, 13) qui se trouvent des deux côtés du plan E passant par les axes (4, 7) du rouleau de guidage (3, 5) et du rouleau de cintrage (6).
  4. Machine à cintrer à deux rouleaux selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les deux rouleaux élastiques à la pression (8, 10 ; 11, 13) sont sollicités par un rouleau d'appui (14) rigide à la pression commun.
  5. Machine à cintrer à deux rouleaux selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée, en ce que les deux rouleaux élastiques à la pression (8, 10 ; 11, 13) sont sollicités chacun par leur propre rouleau d'appui (32, 33) rigide à la pression.
  6. Machine à cintrer à deux rouleaux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de guidage (30, 31) qui est conçu pour amener la tôle cintrée entre le rouleau de cintrage (6) et l'autre rouleau (18).
  7. Machine à cintrer à deux rouleaux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le rouleau de cintrage (6) présente un diamètre de 30 à 80 mm.
  8. Procédé de cintrage de tôle pour obtenir des corps de forme tubulaire au moyen d'une machine à cintrer à deux rouleaux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la tôle (20) à cintrer est guidée au moins deux fois à travers le rouleau de guidage (3, 5) et le rouleau de cintrage (6).
