Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Homogenisieren fließfähiger Stoffe, mit einem Homogenisator (1) und mit einem Einlaufbereich (2), durch den die Stoffe in den Homogenisator (1) eintreten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einlaufbereich einen Strombegrenzer (10) zum Steuern des Einstroms fließfähiger Stoffe in diesen Einlaufbereich (2) aufweist und das zwischen Strombegrenzer (10) und Homogenisator (1) eine Einrichtung (11, 12, 13) zum Zumischen von Substanzen zu den den Einlaufbereich (2) durchströmenden fließfähigen Stoffen angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Strombegrenzer (10) eine Einrichtung zum aktiven Fördern der fließfähigen Stoffe aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Strombegrenzer (10) eine Querschnittsverengung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der lichte Querschnitt des Einlaufbereichs (2) sich vom Strombegrenzer (10) zum Homogenisator (1) hin erweitert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugleistung des Homogenisators (1) höher ist als der vom Strombegrenzer (10) eingestellte Einstrom in den Einlaufbereich (2).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zweiter Strombegrenzer (8) zwischen der Einrichtung (11, 12, 13) zum Zumischen von Substanzen und dem Homogenisator (1) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Strombegrenzer eine Einrichtung (8) zum aktiven Fördern der fließfähigen Stoffe aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Strombegrenzer eine drehfest auf der Homogenisatorachse (3) angeordnete Pumpeinrichtung (8) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (11, 12, 13) zum Zumischen von Substanzen als Einrichtung zum Zumischen von Pulvern ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Zumischen von Pulvern ein Pulverventil (12) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pulverventil (12) im geschlossenen Zustand die Einrichtung zum Zumischen von Pulvern im Bereich der Mündung in den Einlaufbereich (2) abschließt.
