Claims (10)
- Walzgerüst mit Stütz- und / oder Arbeitswalzen zum Walzen von Blechen oder Bändern, mit zwischen den Arbeitswalzen-Einbaustücken angeordnetem, der oberen Walze zugeordnetem Walzbalken am unteren Walzenumfang und am Walzbalken befestigtem Wasser-Abstreifer, der von außen durch Verstellmittel gegen die Walzenoberfläche anstellbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mit Profilquerschnitt (4a) ausgebildete Wasser-Abstreifer (4) in einer Tragleiste (6) geführt ist, dass im Wasser-Abstreifer (4) ein in Erstreckung der Tragleiste (6) verlaufender Hohlraum (7) gebildet ist und dass der Hohlraum (7) mit Druckmedium beaufschlagbar ist. - Walzgerüst nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wasser-Abstreifer (4) elastisch ist und in einem Schlitz (8) der Tragleiste (6) geführt ist. - Walzgerüst nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragleiste (6) mit dem Walzbalken (3) verbunden ist. - Walzgerüst nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragleiste (6) auf einer Einbaufläche (9), die parallel zur Walzenachse verläuft, lösbar befestigt ist. - Walzgerüst nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlraum (7) auf der Rückseite (4b) des Wasser-Abstreifers (4) angeordnet ist. - Walzgerüst nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wasser-Abstreifer (4) auf der Rückseite (4b) eine Hohlkehle (4c) bildet. - Walzgerüst nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wasser-Abstreifer (4) aus Gummi oder einer Gummimischung hergestellt ist. - Walzgerüst nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlraum (7) an das Werks-Druckluftnetz anschließbar ist. - Walzgerüst nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druck der Druckluft im Hohlraum (7) auf einen Anpressdruck des Wasser-Abstreifers (4) an dem Walzenumfang ( 3a) einstellbar ist. - Walzgerüst nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druck der Druckluft unabhängig vom Reibverschleiß der Dichtlippe (4d) des Wasser-Abstreifers (4) eingestellt ist.
